Except for the noisy party in the next room our stay was fine. Room was ready for us early (1300) It was clean and orderly. The check in was fast and the employees were very polite. I informed them of the toilet that kept filling every 15 minutes and they sent someone to fix it.

Had a good night's sleep with our little dog next to us, clean room, no complaints really.

Not a bad price or place to stay when you just need to lay your head down for the night. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. The parking lot needs a lot of repair and I had to dodge a lot of pot holes. The only problem was there's no wifi in the rooms, which would've been helpful.

Internet was down while we were there, but everything else was acceptable. Good price.

original room was not completely cleaned (dirty wet towels) Spoke with the person at the desk and was rapidly changed to another room. Hotel is older but Ok for a one night stay

The location it is a great location, target, mcdonalds, waffle house, walmart you name it it is around. It is a safe place for female that are traveling alone. And the complimentary breakfast is included.

ROOM WAS CLEAN, CHECK IN WAS REALLY SLOW, BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE, BATHROOMS WERE IN NEED OF REMODELING. TV DIDNT WORK WORTH CRAP AND NEITHER DID THE ALARM CLOCK BUT THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFY AND THEY HAD THE AIR TURNED ON BEFORE WE CHECKED IN. ALL IN ALL IT WAS A GOOD SATY AND VERY GOOD FOR THE PRICE

You get what you pay for. But not a bad stay. At the rate for northern va. I would stay again and suck it up

The hotel is not fancy - but it was comfortable, convenient, a great value, and the staff was friendly and courteous. A great place to stay for a night or two while traveling along I-95 or visiting the local historic sites.

Enjoyed the stay and the continental breakfast.

carpet had numerous large burn holes. bathroom shower tiles were moldy. it was difficult to control the water temperature in the shower. the tv had a blurry picture. bed was very comfy. desk clerk was friendly and helpful

The price was right for a short stop on our move, but the front desk area is really ghetto with locked glassed off areas, and the steps up to the second floor outside were in need of repair on the concrete. My fiance would not shower there because the bathroom looked gross.

We spent one night in Room 213 at the North Fredricksberg Days Inn. The supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke but as it was late and we were tired when we checked in we opted to ignore the smell and sot bother looking to change rooms. Only when we were changed out of our traveling clothes and comfortable for the night did we find we also had no internet access. The front desk clerk said there was a problem with the router. Again, we didn't ask to change rooms - too late, too tired. It is our fault, granted, but we found ourselves out of touch and I awoke with a migraine from the smell of the room.

Unfortunately, this will be the second bad review that i give sinve I've been with hotel.com. I travel to this location becasue of a Statewide National Football game for my organization. However, all of my parents and myseld included made reservations prior to our stay and we let them know that we will be coming in really early and wanted to see if we could check in early. We where told that we could and by the time we got there no one knew what was going on therefore, all my 30 boys and their parents had to stand outside and change clothes before our game and we had no room. It took about 21/2 hours for any of us to recieve a room. So, I was not pleased with this stay at ALL!!!!!

Nicely remodeled living area and granite sink. However, the bathroom was beyond disgusting. The walls were cracked, the floor looked dirty, and the shower faucet was leaky. Shower was dirty. Breakfast was stale, not even good coffee. Not staying there again!

The room was comfortable but very dissatisfied with the internet service. Was not able to connect most of the night also unable to get on in the mrning.

Room was "Clean" and bed was comfy. BUT: TV was shot - just a red picture Paint peeling in bathroom Loose plumbing in shower Daylight coming in under the room door Some of the lobby staff seemed to be "Bothered" with customers. The rate was great, and like I say, the room was clean... I'd stay there again, but not sure I'd suggest it to my friends that are a little pickier than I.

We found the hotel hard to get to because it's behind a restuarant (kind of hidden). The lack of communication caused my family to be given a room that was in need of repairs. There was bugs in the room and the cleaning person(s) came in and only gave us clean towels. The beds were not made in both rooms, the trash cans were not emptied and floor not cleaned. Management was very kind to us and the worker by the name of Jews was very helpful and did all she could to help.

We stayed for 2 nights and they didn't change the sheets. It's a good stay for your money but not for an extended vacation.

It was ok for a night stay. I stayed 2 nights and one of those stay I did not get maid service. Stairs leading to 2nd floor was uneven and rusty. In bad need of a upgrade. Price was ok.

Listen to the words of others! This place is terrible. All the people that panned it were right. Room was old and dirty, stains everywhere. Bathroom dirty. Tried to take a shower, shower head only dripped boiling hot water when turned on, even if faucet was set all cold. No plug so couldn't even take a bath. When will I learn that you get what you pay for?

The room were the worst dust all over the walls, light switch did not work. Holes is the bathroom walls spiders everywhere. It was the worst I have seen in my entire life!! I will never stay here again nor recommend this hotel to anyone. This Hotel needs to close down and renovate IMMEDIATELY!!! The lady Latisha at the front desk was nice but of course it wasn't her fault. the contintal breakfast was horrible hard Krispy creak doughnuts!! This place is not suitable for your animals to stay in. Thanks

Hotel is convenient to rt 95 and cheap, but thats where the good part ends. Towels and washcloths had pubic hair stuck to them. Our non smoking room had blankets full of cigarette burns. The air did not work. I put the chair in front of the door and went to sleep only to wake up with my leg stuck through a big hole in my sheet. I wouldnt eat the free breakfast if you paid me. Bring your own towels,blankets and sleep with a gun under your pillow, or dont be cheap like me and stay somewhere else

close to highway. was the hottest room ever. ac did not work even though maintanence came to "fix" it. couldn't change rooms to a cooler one. couldn't sleep due to heat which made time go by so slow. thank god perkins was next door and they offered a discount for staying here. won't be back. you get what you pay for that is for sure!

Didn't have a goo night's sleep; scratchy sheets, loud AC.

It was quiet and very easy to access from I-95. The cleanliness was not up to standard. The blankets were worn, with holes in spots. The bathroom was dirty, and showed visible signs of wear.

Cheap motel, very old and outdated but pool was nice. For a quick stop it served it purpose.

costumer service was fine, but the room is a whole different story. Being that it was a Days Inn , my expectations were much higher. The room was not cleaned very well, what appeared to be blood stains on the bathroom door, deteriorated toilet seat, rusted bathtub drain and faucet, scattered hair on the bathroom floor. Seriously just plain GROSS!!! This will be my last stay at a Days Inn hotel ever! Again, the staff was ok and the location was fine.... but thats it!
