My husband and I came to the hotel for the beginning of bike week. It was central to everything we wanted to see, easily accessible, and clean. We had the basic room, so no microwave or fridge, but we had a cooler, and just kept drinks in it, and made sure we didnt order huge quantities of food, so no wasting. It was overall pleasant, though our bed was hard, but I did see mattresses out in the backlot, so they were slowly updating them and hadnt made it to our room yet. We would definitely stay there again, as it was affordable and close to lots of things, the bar next door was cozy as well.

I just needed this place for one night before heading back home. The stay was great and the rooms were clean! I would stay again!!

Decent hotel for the price. Bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly. The overall room was pretty clean, however the sheets and towels were stained. I couldn't tell if the sheets had been washed or not. I put a card on our pillow indicating we would like FULL service. When we returned i checked the sheets and they had the same stains on them, so obviously they just made our bed instead of putting on new, clean sheets. But for the price i suppose you can't expect much. It was very close to the beach, broadway at the beach and the grans strand which was wonderful! Over-all we might stay again if we were on a budget.

There was mold and mildew on ceiling in main room. Also bed should've been replaced and also pillows. Also air conditioning was making very weird noises.

I think the pictures were a bit misleading. There was no table in the room, the tv had only a few channels and this was big because the hotel was so far away from popular areas. They changed the sheets every three days and house keeping asked it I wanted the bathroom cleaned. Room service came by the room as late at 3pm but on the day of check out was knocking on doors as early as 8am. Wasnt aweful but wasnt what I expected for the amount of money.

The staff kept letting themselves in the room with thier own key with out knocking very unprofessional also no continental breakfast and always had towait for coffee...

First and foremost, hotel doesn't have bed bugs! I checked for that first. Hotel room was very clean, and cleaning staff did a great job each morning. Room does need a bit of updating, but I just needed a place to rest at the end of a long day of sightseeing. No, it wasn't a fancy resort, but relatively it was a very nice place to stay. You couldn't hear people next door or above you. Most hotels, when someone flushes a toilet or turns on the water, you can hear it, not here. Very soundproof. Only complaints I have are #1, water pressure for shower could have been better. Maybe it was just my room, not sure. Or maybe I"m just used to my powerful shower at home, but I thought it could be better. #2, the mattress could have had more cusion. Again, maybe I'm just used to my comfy bed at home. I felt safe in the neighborhood. Not in a bad area. It's right next door to a Mc Donalds, and you can see the Airport from the hotel, so if you need a place close to Airport, that's the place to stay. Once in a great while I would hear an airplane.

This place should be at the least 4 stars. Had a king bed, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, great ac.room real clean.every time I come back to myrtle beach I'm staying here.

Was clean and we ll priced

Pet friendly. Heated pool. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wish they would serve breakfast and have a microwave & refridgerator in each room.

Other than having to call to get certain things for room, since there was none, the dogs on the floor we were on didn't wake us up with barking. Bed was like a rock. May have to choose somewhere else next time.

Good hotel---have stayed here several times before

Pro: good location. 5-10 min drive to beach, coffee in lobby, Waffle House right next door, and a great pancake house across the street Con: dirty bathtub walls, dirty carpet, rooms need an upgrade and good exterminator (bug found in sheets), staff lacking some fundamental principles of customer service

Cleanliness was an issue. Urine on the toilet rim, lots of hair throughout including the bedding.

Compared to our stay at Red Roof Inn - Brunswick it did not. No hair dryer in the bathroom (major complaint). Also there was no frig or microwave. Only coffee - no continental breakfast.

I was not impressed. At check in we were given the key to a room that some one was sleeping in! Wall are thin and the noise was loud.

It was nice but it could have been better if someone didn't flattin one of my tires as a joke it could have been different if I would have seen someone near my ride

The location was very convenient, minutes from the beach! Was able to get a walk in on the beach every morning hassle free! Upon arrival I always intensively check the bedding, desks, furniture, and bathroom for cleanliness. The room was very clean. Housekeeping did not bother us at all. Left a bag of toiletries outside our room on the 3rd night. Our final night in the room however, I woke in the middle of the night to use the restroom, and upon entering the rest room I saw a small roach crawling in the sink! I am completely terrified of bugs and even more so completely disgusted by roaches!!!!!!! I ran the water to was the bug down the drain and closed it with the built in stopper, in order to keep it from coming back! Obviously I think frantically checked the rest of the room an our belongings for any signs of bugs of any kind! There were none. However this one bug honestly ruined the room for me! I felt completely filthy after that and refused to use that bathroom the rest of the day! I don't really feel that it was the cleanliness of the hotel but maybe some guests that were staying that may have brought some "extra travelers" with them! That was the only bug I saw there but of all the bugs it had to be a ROACH?!

Carpets could have been a little cleaner but everything else appeared clean. I would stay there again. Not far from the beach-just a short walk away. Close to everything. A little bummed they had no breakfast but it was the off season so I could see why they didn't.

The only complaint I would have is there is no DVD player in the room. The room was clean, front desk staff was all very friendly and helpful. Too cold to use the pool, but it looked great. This was the Red Roof Inn in Myrtle Beach, SC.

This motel was out of the way for most of the Myrtle Beach attractions. It was however within walking distance to the beach.Breakfast at this time of the year is only coffee but McDonald's is almost next door.

I stayed only one night to get rest from trip for I was just picking up my son who lives at Myrtle Beach. Had I had more time, I would have stayed a couple nights more. Every staff member I passed going to the lobby told me good morning. Even the cleaning ladies. Because of the price,convenience, and hospitality,.I will definitely be checking back in there soon.

I only stayed one day and night but was comfortable and was able to relax and enjoy myself.

Bath tub had hair in it, bed looked like someone rolled around on it when we walked in, on line advertised free breakfast but they don't serve it at this time of year.

Everything was good but beds were too low to the floor !

The hotel was good in all ways except they did not have a breakfast !

The motel service , rates, room and maintenance was very close to perfect enjoyed the entire stay from that aspect. Only have one comment and that regards our dog. There is a vacant lot next to the motel that we were told is the designated area for curbing your pet which is really more like a wilderness and hard to navigate. Appears all with pets keep it picked up but the motel appears to do nothing to that area except designate it for use. Would be much better if a portion were cleared, grassed over and mowed. Outside of that, near perfect stay.

No Breakfast just a message that breakfast has been suspended. Need to put that on the web site

Good value for the price.

It was not what i expected the rooms to small the bathroom to small and i didnt the dog smell.The breakfast could have been a little better one of the waffle irons was broken .The was bigger than i expected not the cleanliness one but good size.

Everything was good except the hallway smelled really bad of urine and pet odors.
