Nice place for the price I paid

Even tho they didn't have parking and we had to use parking garage, we just used a very helpful valet.

A fabulous place, only disappointed that there was a fee for wifi!

I selected this hotel because they take small pets. The fee is very reasonable. Valet service on Saturday afternoon (3 hours after checkout time) took almost 30 minutes but was prompt at checkout time Sunday. Room service was timely and my ribeye was absolutely delicious and perfectly medium-rare. My only important concern was noise from the adjoining room (heard EVERYthing through the common door) and from the street festival, even though I was on the 14th floor. The closet door was also scuffed up and didn't represent the hotel well since it was the first thing I saw when I entered the room. My call to room service Sunday morning went unanswered for more than two minutes, but the breakfast was good. The coffee was just a little bitter, but my over-medium eggs were perfect.

excellent stay clean & comfy, did not like $30 for valet but it was worth it!

For a few hours overnight everyone and everything was GREAT! I will have to have a longer visit to actually give a fair critique.... but overall I was very satisfied in every way.

Nice hotel. No fridge or microwave in room. Valet parking was great. Had shuttle to and from places. No need to drive.

This Hotel has great service, rooms were very clean and they give cookies to your pet. I totally recommend it

Clean and comfortable room. TV was not working when we got to the room at midnight. We called the front desk and they sent someone to take care of it within five minutes. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Convention Center was within a mile and it was an easy walk to get there. The hotel also offered us a shuttle bus to get there or any other place we needed to go in the area. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel overall was nice but I was disappointed that they didn't have a car garage to park our car in! We had to park across the street in a public car garage that was $20 for one night!! That's outrageous to me! I wont be staying there again!

The service was great. Hotel personnel were all very courteous, professional and helpful during our very short stay. This hotel is also close to the theatre district where we were attending an event. The hotel even provides drop off and pick up shuttle services to locations within a certain radius downtown.

I stayed at the hotel during my AKA conference. I really enjoyed the entire visit. The hotel provided a shuttle for the day. I wish that during events they would extend the hours for the shuttles, but overall the stay was absolutley wonderful.

This hotel was fantastic. We were extremely pleased with the check-in procedure and the fact that a room was available very early in the day. The room was comfortable & roomy. Overall it was an excellent hotel and stay.

This hotels right around the corner from the downtown theater district. The Verizon wireless center, countless restaurants, the hard rock cafe, and the aquarium. It was great. Our room was beautiful and the concierge was so helpful and nice. The valet parking is work the 14.00. They were so courteous and polite. Definitely will be staying here again.

wife and i stayed for our anniversary, everything was great. staff was excellent, would def recommend only bad experience was parking. unless you want to park in a garage somewhere else, valet was required, and an extra $15. if you have to use the valet, they should just add it to the bill, instead of having an unexpected expense.

You must Pay to Valet or find somewhere else to park.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend getaway to see the space center and aquarium. The hotel had a great shuttle service to the aquarium, and the staff was excellent. They did have onsite parking available overnight, but there is a fee. I would call first to check the fee.

We had to make a quick trip to Houston and didn't have reservation prior to the date, I got on line while my husband was driving and found DT Hotel available for the night, not only that it was only 3 blocks from the event, it was dirt cheap, what a great treat! Love the hotel will definitely come back!

My husband and I live in Houston but we wanted to stay downtown since we were attending a concert at the Verizon Center. The hotel was wonderful. The staff were very responsive and courteous. We enjoyed the room and its comfort. We will definitely stay at the Doubletree in Houston again! My husband especially liked the warm cookie we received upon our arrival. That was a nice touch.

This hotel was conveniently located near theaters and fine restaurants. Walking distance!

The double tree hotel by the Hilton downtown Houston, Texas has an amazing staff and extremely clean rooms. Perfect getaway for couples.

This hotel has a consistency of excellence. I always have a great stay no matter how busy the hotel is. Great location, friendly helpful staff, and of course amazing valet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel was totally professional and the ideal weekend gettaway! The staff was very courteous and friendly and the service was emaculate!!! I would definitely recommend this location if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.

$14 valet parking during the weekend - "come and go as you like!" 1 time fee. Welcomed us with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Very dramatic views of downtown Houston. Friendly staff, clean towels and and bedding. I give te DOUBLETREE an overall A++.
