Hotel Ercilla - بيلباو

The hotel was even better than I hoped. The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. The room bar well stocked as well as all you could need in the bathroom re-stocked every day. The location is conveniently close to the Guggenheim Museum, the Metro and shops. I will definitely stay there in the future and would recommend it as a good place to stay.

Rude staff, completely ugly lobby and bar area. Needs a thorough cleaning and upgrade and renovation.Very close to everything.

Convenient location for Guggenheim in a pretty commercial section. Also near Casco Viejo. The hair dryers were broken in both our rooms. Staff did not offer any discount though they seem to welcomed our feedback though looked not too surprised about it.

The hotel main areas were nice and well kept. Our rooms was quite pretty, with a very big bathroom (with tub), but I think this room needed a bit of care (the painting in the bathroom was coming off in some places and the hair dryer did not work. The bedlinen was different for the twin beds. In general I am pleased with the hotel, as the main aim of the trip was to enjoy Bilbao rather than staying in our room. Location is great!

I think the breakfast buffet price was exaggerated.

Public areas tired and dirty. Rooms reasonable value for money. Location good - 15 mins from Guggenheim and Casco Viejo.

This hotel is nothing like its photos online. Apart from the fact that the modern very dimly lit lobby looks modern and trendy the rooms are very tired and old. Don't for one minute believe the photos you see - the gym looks nothing like the photo and the solarium - its a plastic grass covered rooftop with pot holes and absolutely no furniture to sit or lie on - solarium - I don't think so! The worse part of this hotel, apart from the smoke filled unpleasant lobby is the extremely rude staff at at the front desk, especially the men and the even ruder staff at the restaurant. To be fair, the young lady who checked us in and made a phone call on our behalf was very pleasant - shame about her co-workers. Stay clear of this one!

Hotel is in a nice location. Tons of shopping in the area. When we checked in, they put us in a terrible room. We're on our honeymoon, which I put in the comments when I reserved the room. They put us in a room with 2 twin beds, unmatching sheet sets, brown stain on the sheets, tiny window with not much light for the room. It was bad. I called and they let us switch to a much nicer room. King bed, large window, lots of light. Still not great for the price, but it worked. During checkout, there was a huge line and only one person working the desk who spoke very little English. They weren't staffed to handle the amount of checkouts they had that day which they should have been able predict. Also expensive parking at this hotel.

The hotel is in a great area (walking distance to the bus terminal, the Guggenheim, shopping, restaurants, etc...) and the staff were friendly. The room itself was great; large, clean and quiet. Would stay there again if I return to Bilbao.

This hotel is in need of a major update and increased maintenance of its building.

Los cuartos estan muy limpios solo que el aire no servia y se calentaba mucho, el restaurante del hotel muy bueno y los desayunos muy abundantes, Si traes coche el estacionamiento es MUY caro 18 euros por dia

Otelin girişi merdivenli, eşya taşımak için bir asansör var ancak bozuktu. Bellboy'lar birbirleri ile muhabbet ediyorlardı. Tüm eşyamızı kendimiz taşıdık. Check out günü de aynı şey oldu. Bellboy'lar hiç bir destek olmadılar.

bien, pero no me gustan los hoteles con wifi pagando, lo mas seguro es que hasta que no cambien el sistema cambie de hotel en Bilbao

Muy bien situado en casco urbano. No se necesita transporte público. Tranquilidad en la habitación. Reformado. Muy limpio. Es lo que esperas encontrar cuando vuelves a descansar tras un ajetreado día. Wifi de pago y desayuno no incluido son los únicos incovenientes que encontré.

Es cierto que, para el hotelazo que es o era, las habitaciones, al menos, algunas, están bastante usadas y necesitan una renovación. Pero en general, la estancia estuvo bien y todo fue correcto, desde la atención en recepción a los amenities del baño. La habitación resulta algo pequeña, aunque el baño es suficientemente espacioso. Las ventanas dan a un patio de vecinos y puede ser un poco agobiante. Pero es un lugar práctico si vas a disfrutar de Bilbao, sobre todo en fiestas, y sólo pasas por el hotel a descansar, ducharte, etc.

Un hotel en el centro de Bilbao,cerca de todo lo que hay que ver y visitar, con parking para depreocuparse del coche y poder tomar los mejores pintxos en las cercanias .Muy recomendable

Tuvimos la "suerte" de que nos dieran una habitación grande. La cama cómoda pero demasiado grande, casi no nos encontramos en ella. Jeje. El barrio muy pintón. Los sitios de pintxos muy monos pero resultan carillos, esta en todo el centro de Bilbao lo que deja el casco antiguo el Gugenheim y resto de lugares turísticos a distancia de paseo. La única pega es que el parking cuesta un dinerillo.

La ubicaciòn es lo mejor, ya que esta en el centro de Bilbao, a pocos pasos de la Gran Via, Del casco historico, Las paradas de metro estan cerca, muy buena ubicaciòn. Lo unico negativo es lo pequeñas y sencillas que son las habitaciones y que los pasillos huelen a cigarro, la 7ma planta por lo menos... lo demas todo bièn.

Vi ble positivt overrasket over at vi fikk et så bra hotell med sental beliggenheten til en veldig hyggelig pris. Vi bestilte tidlig og kunne velge en rompris som ikke kunne avbestilles eller endres, men for vår del var dette helt greit og vi fikk mye for pengene. Mulig vi syntes at vårt rom var noe slitt i forhold til at dette er et firestjerners hotell, men den sentrale beliggenheten veier opp. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake og anbefaler dette til andre.

El Hotel Ercilla está bien situado, pero necesita una remodelación interior. Una de las habitaciones que ocupamos era prácticamente interior y muy oscura. El secador de pelo es muy antiguo(como los de un gimnasio) y hay una necesidad de remodelar la decoración bastante llamativa. Los accesorios que ofrecen (gel y shampoo, limpiazapatos..) son escasos. Por ejemplo no hay crema hidratante ni cepillo de dientes.Tiene lo justito para pasar.

Sin duda alguna el motivo para elegir este hotel es su situación. Por lo visto hay habitaciones remodeladas, pero otras no, así que es una lotería. En nuestro caso nos tocó una de las antigüas, pero lo que menos nos gustó no fue eso, sino que en la habitación de enfrente había unos huéspedes con un perro que todas las veces que estuvimos en el hotel (por la mañana y para la siesta) ladraba. No discuto que dejen llevar animales, pero no comparto que en un hotel de 4*, en unas fechas en las que el hotel dispone de habitaciones suficientes, hagan compartir pasillo con huéspedes que quieren descansar.

A pesar que indiqué en la reserva que era fumador, solo tienen 2 plantas para las personas que tenemos este vicio. Si el hottel tiene 8 plantas, creo que sería más justo tener 3 plantas de fumadores. Pero bueno, es un detalle que para nada afecta a que sea el mejor hotel de Bilbao.

belle etablissement, mais tout le personnel n'etait courtois ou professionnel comme l'exigerait un 4 etoiles. peu d'employés parlait français...

Accueil excellent , reservation parking imperatif car stationnement impossible- service parking impecable

El hotel está muy bien situado, es cómodo, agradable y vovería allí sin dudarlo si fuera de nuevo a Bilbao.

Sorprendidos por las instalaciones , servicio y situación a tan bajo precio. Repetiremos en cuanto se de la circunstancia.

立地もわかり易く、お値段の割には非常に綺麗なホテルでした。 また、旧市街を中心に観光を考えている方には、不便かもしれません。
