Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport - برلينجام

I arrived mid morning so too early to check in. The staff gave me a card for entry to the pool/fitness center so I could change into appropriate clothes for sight seeing. You're able to take their free shuttle to the airport to transfer to the BART, giving me access to both downtown and Fisherman's Wharf among other areas. Round trip on the Bart to downtown is $16.50 while a cab is $20+ one way. During check-in on my return when I told the agent that I had developed a cold or allergies cutting short the winery tour in Napa, she sent a crock of soup and carafe of hot tea to my room and COMPED it. How special is that! I had stayed during a Saturday night and it seemed several events were going on. I was sure that the group of a dozen or so teens outside my room when I entered would keep me awake thru the night but I heard no noise at all and, in fact, my room faced the atrium which was busy at all times.

We stayed there for one night before an early morning flight. Liked everything about the hotel but two things stood out. Upon checking in they offered to arrange for the rental company to pick up our car the next morning in the hotel garage so we wouldn't have to drop off in the morning - that worked perfectly. Then the hotel offers a free shuttle service to SFO that runs every 10 mins so no standing around waiting for the shuttle.

Does not provide good service. Front desk people are not very caring.

Front desk people were not very helpful.Food is very expensive. Elevators are not close to many rooms.

Stayed just one quick night for work, but hotel was comfortable, room clean, room service was quick yet hot and delicious, and everyone who works there is very nice and accommodating! Ana at the font desk was outstanding! I would definitely stay here again!

We were excited to find a great rate at a Hyatt hotel and the hotel was perfect for what we needed ... a nice, comfortable hotel close to San Francisco airport so we didn't have to wake up too early to catch our early morning flight. The only negative was the design of the hotel. Because of the way the hotel is designed, it took an inordinate amount of time to walk between our room to the elevator. We were tuckered out by the time we got to the room. Because of that alone I may choose to stay at another hotel next time or at least ask for a room closer to the elevator. Overall, however, the hotel was great.

It is a large Airport Hotel. No reason to stay here unless you are airport connected. The rooms are fine, the shuttle is part of the features. IF they removed the shuttle, then they would need to drop the rate by $50 or more.

The overall feel of the hotel was fine. The staff are wonderful, Beverly and Kevin the doorman made the stay feel like I was at home. If I was to give my recommendation on how they could make the hotel better, it would be to install air fresheners into the rooms. Although I smoke, my room smelled like an old ashtray. This can be alleviated by just putting in some room fresheners and cracking the windows. The restaurants are overpriced but a quick option to grab something to eat or a cup of coffee. The one negative aspect is that you are charged to park at the hotel. The hotel charges $20.00 a day to park. I don't think hotels should charge their guests to park and stay with them. Although I'm aware of many hotels that do this....I find it a cheap shot and just another way to make money. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for the great service.

Overall good, I only stayed one. Breakfast was disappointing, service and variety, mainly for a buffet.

First off great hotel for size with fantastic rooms and service. Free shuttle to and from SFO airport was a great help. However I had an issue with housekeeping cleaning rooms next to mine at 12am are you kidding me?? Front desk were great sorting this issue out but its due to the size of hotel. Breakfast is $25 dollars buffett so a bit pricey but again great service; which is probably the theme of this hotel.

Great park n fly rate; comfy room and excellent customer service

Pleasant and comfortable

Bed was comfortable, staff friendly.

I had a beautiful room. I enjoyed my stay. Wish I would of had more time to stay longer.

I was impressed with the staff. They were all dedicated, customer-oriented, and capable.

As per usual, the room was very nice, the staff exceedingly friendly and Knuckles Historical Sports Bar is still the best place to watch the Giants beat the Dodgers! Close to golf, SFO airport, close to the BART/CalTrain station for Giants games or travel into The City and close to Downtown Burlingame for shopping and a variety of eateries. The Atrium tops the whole hotel experience. Great stay.

Our stay at the Hyatt was very nice. The hotel was very convenient to the airport, very clean and generally nice. We got to the hotel at a very busy time so our check in was delayed and honestly a bit annoying.

The coffee machine had not been cleaned when I checked in. It was stinky and disgusting.

It was comfortable and convenient. Served the purpose.

If you are coming here on vacation..DONT. Just book a slightly more expensive room in SF proper. I booked a hotel here and for $250 a night, you would expect fast,reliable internet. Instead, I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service and could barely access wifi from the room. The hotel rooms that face the freeway are very noisy. I asked to move to an inside location which was better. The front desk people were speaking Tagolog to one another when I checked in..I think they were commenting negatively about some of the Chinese tourists that were checking in. Not cool. I will not come back here. Btw, the hotel itself is not the best in terms of cleanliness..this place has really let itself get out of hand.

Room offered for a family of 4, which was ok for only a 1 night stay, but two double beds is to small for 2 adults and 2 children of 11 and 13. The overall service (luggage, valet) was good, the Receptionist very kind, offered spontanously free Internet (sincerely, I think that should be so in any hotel nowadays). The hotel is by close to the airport. The elephant nearby seems to be a very good Thai Restaurant, we couldn't get a table...

Other than 60 buck cab ride to SF, the shuttle service is great and the hotel is nice

Everything ran smoothly. Pleasant staff. Clean room. Excellent breakfast in the dining area before catching the shuttle to the nearby airport!!

The hotel was nice and clean but the add-on fees were crazy! $20 parking fee per night, $10 for internet per night, $4 per water bottle and the food started at $14, for breakfast!!! I will definately not be staying here again. I am glad I only had to stay 1 night.

For a 5-star hotel, there's not much in the way of five star service or amenities - wifi involves cost (even the most discount hotels in SFO provide free wifi, no hotel parking (again a cost)

Paid extra for king with bay view. Got a double on the highway. Lights in room don't work and had to walk all the way into room to turn search in the dark I arrived very late at night on my flight and had many bags with me and no hotel employee greeted me or offered to help Hotel is under renovation with work going on in the evening.

Decent hotel, hyatt standards. Its not the Ritz but its nice. Bed was uncomfortable but its a hotel so that's to be expected (was a normal hotel mattress, not exceptionally bad). Room service food was good. Room was spacious. Bathroom a little small, but not cramped. Overall a good hotel. Id happily stay again.

Staff was very friendly. The food options and quality were great. Saw a hair on the bathroom floor and the cabinet under the sink was damaged and dirty looking, a fix that never took place perhaps. Room 3082

My room was an excellent room with microwave, fridge, coffeemaker-all the amenities. It was sparkling clean.

The hotel staff was outstanding. The concierge was very helpful in making suggestions for tours and in making the arrangements. The food in the restaurants was great and reasonably priced. The rooms were very clean when we arrived and cleaned daily. The hotel was close to the Bart and they had a free shuttle to the international airport, where we caught it. They also had a free shuttle to downtown Burlingame for shopping and reasonably priced dining.

This place rocks !! Only down side , not alot of action around hotel , but knucles inside and rest of hotel and staff was on point !!

Have to pay for amenities - parking, Internet , etc

Stayed here overnight before heading to our out of country destination. Booked this hotel due to park and fly. Worked out great- shuttle service timely and valeted car there while we were gone for 5 days. Check out knuckles bar for drinks. Cool atmosphere and a great way to relax before heading out!
