Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade - سان أنطونيو

Awesome, just wish I would have stayed longer!!!!

Just to give a little example of my stay, my stepdaughter went to meet a friend and got lost on the way back from her run around she got lost and it was 3am she called the hotel and asked for directions and after repeated attempts by the staff to get her back the gentlemen that was on the phone just told her to pull over and he literally drove in his vehicle to get her now if that is not service and a caring attitude by the staff and the hotel I don't know what is!!!

Everything first class. We loove Omni Hotels !

For the most part this was an excellent experience. The hotel was clean, the service outstanding and the rooms were nice. All in all everything was very nice. There are only two things I didn't like about my stay. The first was that the room smell musky like there had been some recent water damage and the refrigerator was small and filled with condiments so you really couldn't use it. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there in the future.

This hotel should have been remodeled years ago. The room smelled like mold.

The overall hotel stay was very nice, however our room the ac did not work. the vent in the bathroom was broken. the light in the front entrance to the room went out on the second night. there was a diabetic teasing strip on the floor in the hallway leading to the room that was never vacumed on our four night stay.

I reserved a king size room, and when I got there they told me the only room they had was a double. No apology or anything, just acted like that was what I ordered, until I asked about it. Very disatisfied... I used to like omni, but I will never return after this unpleasent experience.

This was our second visit to this particular hotel. Well situated to allow easy access to the freeway and easy to find. The staff were all very friendly and quick to help. The buffet breakfast is good and wait staff are lovely. I will use this hotel again when visiting my daughter in college.

Great weekend trip to San Antonia, the hotel was excellent, I should have selected one a little closer to my event.

Everything was great! I will certainly stay there again. It is a nice place to stay, confortable, clean and prices are reasonable.

The staff were all very pleasant and overly helpful. The Lobby, Bar, Indoor and Outdoor pools and hot tubs were all immaculate and gorgeous. It looks fairly new, and nearly everything seemed to be in great shape. The only problem I had was the Sauna was broken during our stay. We also had a small A/C issue where the room wasn't getting cold enough, we noticed this at about midnight, and the lobby had a maintenance guy at our door within 10 minutes. Fixed in less than 20 minutes. Absolutely amazing service all-around. Lots of fun stuff in the Hotel for the kids too aside from just the pools, and they bring them milk and cookies on their first night. We would absolutely stay here again, it's so close to Fiesta Texas and only a couple more minutes away from the Riverwalk at less than half the cost. I'm so glad we found this place! We'll be staying here next time we take a vacation to San Antonio.

The hotel and staff are nice. Everything was really nice. But nothing in this world is perfect, hence the beds were ok, not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel.

I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel many times over the last ten years and believe me, it's always been a pleasure for my family and I. The friendly people, the restaurant , the overall appearance is 5 Star material. We'll be back for sure.

Everyone at the Omni Colonnade was very polite and very nice, enjoyed it

Very convenient. Didnt want to stay on river walk due to chaos in that area- great location and wonderful place to stay.

Clean, very comfortable bed, good service, onsite restaurant and close to a main highway.

The lobby is the only nice place to see...the rooms were small, no couch, no kitchen, no refrigerator, if you want to count a college fridge I guess...the double beds were doubles, not queens...the people who worked the lobby on check-out were rude, and not nice. Wouldn't let me use the rolling clothes rack, because it was the last one, wouldn't let me take it to my room to load my own clothes...horrible Christmas stay, oh and by the way no vent in our restroom

although this is not on the river walk, it is a great romantic get a way. very classy hotel all the way around

Stayed 2 Nights. Very clean. Everything was first class

The hotel was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Room was immaculate and very cozy. The only problem was the parking. The hotel's banquet rooms were both booked both nights and parking after 4 or 5 pm was a nightmare. We had to park across the street. After 9 or so it cleared up and we could move the car in closer. Definitely sucked to have to walk but it wasnt very far and definitely wasn't something that made it unenjoyable. Definitely worth the little extra money we spent over getting a normal hotel.

hotel was nice, gym was great, elevators fast, room showed its age, but it was clean, room service fast, very polite, mattresses not good... i was hoping to have the same bed as i had at the LA Omni for the Rose Bowl last year, they were not the same...

My stay at the Omni Hotel was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

Although appearing elite and exclusive in the lobby area, the bathroom contained shabby floormats and towels. We were very surprised to find a bill for local calls slipped under our door before departure since there was no notice on the phone that local calls were charged. Although the beds were quite comfy, I believe there is better value for the money available in the San Antonio area.

Everything went great until they loaded my luggage in the wrong car, specifically my tablet pc. I called as soon as I discovered it missing and the hotel has done very little to assist, including not returning my calls. This cost me over 1,000$ plus the loss of my personal information. Yes, I should have been paying more attention, but not returning my calls? I called when I got home, I called every hour on the hour the next day and got very little response. I can't afford to go back here, and I'll never let a bellman touch my luggage again.

Hotel staff were great especially one of their chefs by the name of sammy, who made us feel very special.

The pictures on-line were much nicer than the actual hotel. Rooms were very dark, small bathroom and not very clean. This hotel is in definite need of a makeover. I have stayed at Omni Hotels before and this one does not live up to their usual standards. The staff was friendly and the location was great. Would not stay at this particular hotel again.

Nice and clean rooms, great food, clean location, no fee for parking and best of all even in winter the kids can play in the pool while you soak in the the jacuzzi after a work out in the indoor gym...all free!!

Excellent hotel room, very confortable, very well located, the only thing missiing is wireless internet in your room.

The Omni was beautiful. An amazing atrium greets guests upon arrival. Clean room was great. Didn't restock the bar in the room, but if that's all I'll come back for sure. Had an amazing time, this is a must see hotel in SA for sure.

Got a great deal on Hotels.com, very nice hotel, great room, just off I-10, good location, lots of restaurants close by. Had a great stay, for a week.

No free wifi here! $12.00 per day...beautiful!
