This a a great weekend getaway. Breakfast was excellent and the workers service was wonderful. I look forward to returning back to Charlotte for another great visit.

Outstanding Breakfast

A very nice hotel and a great value for the price, but the AC was not running cold enough and it was too warm in our room.

No hot water! Hot tub was cool. Just not what I expected from an Embassy suites.

Surely for what they charge for a room they shouldn't have to charge for wifi. Bathroom hadnt been cleaned.

Love this hotel !!!

Absolutely love this hotel....I stay here all the time. I love their managers reception that's for their guest, free snacks and beverages for two hours nightly. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful, everything is cooked to order.

I reserved a suite. Thank god, only for one night. The room was nothing like i expected it to be. It had 3 sinks all within 3 feet from eachother!! One even in the bedroom, which i find very very awkward. It smelled really bad when i walked in the room, the sink in the bedroom had lot's of hair inside (most likely from the cleaning ladies, or it was not cleaned up after the other guests checked out). Plus the pillow shams were stained. I would never ever stay at this hotel again and i will advise everyone that i know not to use the hotel's services.

I was able to check in 90 minutes early. The lobby was beautiful and clean. The room was really nice and clean. I would stay here again no question.

Incredibly friendly staff, great room, free, made to order breakfast! We were in town for the ACC Championship football game, location is perfect, close to the main square but nice to be out of the main traffic! Best part was when I left a shoe under the bed after check out, I called housekeeping and they found it and mailed it to me! Will always choose this hotel if I return to Charlotte in the future!

This was a great place to stay i was comfortable the service was awesome the people were friendly and the environment was great

Suite sized room with microwave and sleeper sofa - very comfortable room, could have accommodated a family very easily. King mattress could have been better - a bit firm. Hotel needs to be updated. Restaurant was good, and food was fresh and tasty, even at 1030p when we first arrived.

Embassy always brings it! I know that I can trust embassy to have clean, modern rooms with many extras like the happy hour free drinks and breakfast bar. Thanks for being consistently good!!!

very nice facility

Everything was great except the food from Room Service. Ordered Cheese Steak Sandwich and the bread was hard and the sandwich very dry.

We stayed at this hotel for a week, and enjoyed every minute. Parking is free which was great, amenties were good and the breakfast was a bonus. (Order your eggs and all from the breakfast counter, its warmer and fresh!) Location was great for us, 5 minutes from downtown and 10 mins from a huge shopping mall. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The room we stayed in was more than enough for two and a lot to offer. We had a shower problem with the faucet but was taken care of in no time! The only down fall of this hotel is the INTERNET. We thought our room deal came with WiFi but it didn't, we had to pay but we were told there's WiFi in the garden area..... Yes there is but it's only for computers, it's not wireless, it's a port..... :( Apart from that, it was a very pleasant stay! Ps: when we checked in they forgot to mention there's a bar in the garden area that gives complimentary drinks to its guests at a certain time, so don't miss out!!!

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast. The staff was considerate but I have better prepared food at other Embassy Suites Hotels. Though the Front Desk staff was helpful they were curt at times not very welcoming. Actually I found the Housekeeping staff to be more genuinely warm and caring.

The room was great. I marked the cleanliness low because there was a piece of toilet paper in the back of the cabinet, in the bathroom that was never touched and had been there since before I even got there.

The free breakfast was mediocre. A shower seat was not available for my 88 year old mother

Excellent!...location; Excellent!...cleanliness; Excellent!...service; Excellent!...breakfast!

I was very impressed. My mother gave it to me as a Christmas gift. Me and four other friends stayed for New Years. Service was great, staff on hand was also great. Our room did meet every need. I will stay again.

Boiler broke and I was discounted 20 dollars, on top of it being new years eve with the police patrolling the halls. Terrible experience for my production crew staying there. I checked in at the hotel down the road for less than I paid for my three rooms just so they could shower.

i WILL RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS!

This is an amazing deal for the money! The room is extremely clean, the bed and linens are soft and comfortable, the shower is spacious with perfect water pressure, and the amenities were well kept and very modern. Every person we came in contact with that worked there was genuinely happy and friendly which you barely even find at Disney anymore. The best part of this deal is the full breakfast which includes a huge buffet of hot and cold food as well as a kitchen with made to order omelets, eggs and other items. Any other hotel would charge at least $15 a person for this type of breakfast and it was part of the room fee. I love this hotel and will stay here every time we drive up north.

We stay here every time we come to Charlotte. The people are super friendly and they make sure you are happy and enjoy your stay. The breakfast is amazing.....and free!!!! Beautiful hotel! Love love love this place!!

I always enjoy my stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel.I was overall pleased, I have no complaints.

I have stayed in many hotels and this one was by far the BEST ever the service, the cooked to order breakast, the atmoshpere was outstanding! This will become my choice of hotels, so I hope they are like this anywher I go. I was exceptionally satisfied.

The Hotels.com website and the hotel website also say this place has smoking rooms it does not and that is why I chose this hotel. The hotel gave half my money back so I am ok

Great hotel love the breakfast. Showers in room was small but overall will come back again.
