Elevator was not operating for the entire weekend and we were on the 4th floor.

This was the cheapest I've stay in an hotel in a long time in an Upscale area of Atlanta. I would definitely stay at the hotel again. Everything you need is in walking distance. The staff was amazing! Even the other hotel guests. The beds were amazing! They were so comfortable my husband had to force me out the bed for our dinner event. I was truly shock! I saved so much at the hotels compared to the others surrounding it. I would definitely recommend family and friends to this hotels. Also a plus the best upscale night club is down the street! Upscale restaurants all around. Location location location and Fairfield Inn has it!

Have stayed here many times. This time the maid would only leave one bath cloth and one hand towel each day and no shampoo. We had to ask the front desk each day for these items. At breakfast the guy servicing the area talked to his coworker more than restocking items they were out on the service bar (waffle batter, coffee, jelly, etc). Employees need training and supervision.

This hotel was within walking distance of every business in Buckhead and was very quiet despite being on a busy road.

Friendly staff, close to everything. Very clean.

It was right for the price and in a pretty good location. Definitely not fancy and the breakfast was so-so, but I wouldn't be against going back.

I just checked my bank account, and even after I paid for the room on Hotels.com the Fairfield Inn added 2 extra charges to my card, which added up to much more than the published rate, even though the room was already paid. I was not provided a receipt on checkout, as there was no one at the desk and no one to be found anywhere. I will be challenging the charges to my card, and recommend to anyone considering staying there to find a different hotel.

Nice hotel

After paying through hotels.com for a king bed for mine and my husbands only evening out, we arrived and the room for us had not been cleaned and cleaning staff was gone. The reception was friendly as he tried to find us another hotel. This took over an hour as we just sat. They found us another hotel but with the traveling and waiting again when we got there it made for frustrating time.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, this is the place to be! Location is excellent and within walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. A short drive to Lenox and Phipps malls. Parking is plentiful and FREE! Plus, the customer service was outstanding. Overall, no it's not the Ritz, but for the price, it's a fantastic deal.

Nice room. Acceptable service. Not thrilled with the unexpected $20 charge for the amenities. I don't remember reading that when I reserved the room.

Needed help getting to the hotel and the front desk associate assisted me graciously. When I arrived in a BIG hurry, I was offered cookies and popcorn. Room was clean and everything worked well. Breakfast was crowded from a conference, but satisfying none-the-less. Check out was fast and easy. Great stay in Buckhead area. Only possible negative, double bed room might have been tight for a family of 5.

Fairfield Inn and Suites is a great hotel in a great location. For a 2 and a half starred hotel, this is definitely a great hotel!

I have stayed before and find the service great and location good for me. this time they had a problem with the hot water. there was none for a while. I wish they had put a message on our phone telling us about the problem and when it was to be fixed. When we checked out there was no reduction in fee or other compensation until we asked. Then it was a cupon for a night in ther future which is fine since I like the place but NOTHING for a person that won't be back.

I had a wonderful stay here. Every staff member I encountered was cheery and helpful. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable and the breakfasts had a good variety of foods to choose from. I am a young woman who was travelling alone and a big draw for me was the area. This part of Atlanta is a really good and safe area which was why I looked for hotels here. I rented a car so everything was convenient for me to get to but I am unsure of the reliability of the public transport in the area. I believe the hotel is close to buses. There were plenty of channels available on TV and the hotel is close to the Atlanta History Center. The wireless internet is free, unlimited and fast, which meant I was able to FaceTime my family regularly from overseas. When the wifi dropped out one evening, they quickly fixed it when alerted. I would recommend this hotel.

Super firendly staff- some of the best I have ever encountered. Sorry it was just a 1-night stay. Convenient to everywhere. Will try to stay here every trip to Buckhead.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Lenox and was in walking distance to many restaurants. It is also 5 min from the Marta station. We got a good deal on hotels.com so for what we paid it was excellent. I wouldn't pay more though so definitely look for the deals. Overall, pretty satisfied.

The employee at the desk at check in was super nice and even upgraded our room since it was our anniversary. It was across the street from where we made dinner reservations so location was great. My only complaint was it was really stuffy in the room and turning on the air didn't seem to help.

I was very impressed with this inn. Amazing service, staff, and area. Room was very nice and clean. Everything was how I would hoped it would be. I will easily be staying there when I'm in the ATL.

This hotel was hard to access from the main street.. A U-turn on a narrow street was the only way to access the main entrance; unless you were familiar with the area. There is another access to the property; however, I had to discover it through exploration. Parking was also inadequate and inconvenient.

We were looking for a hotel conveinent to downtown for the Georgia Chapter of Alzheimer's Walk to End Alzheimer's. Fairfield Inn and Suites was in the perfect location. Very friendly and accommodating staff, rooms were super clean and comfortable.

No vent in the bathroom, no refrigerator in the room, shower leaked. Not a bad hotel, but for the location and price/rating, certain things should be in order.

We stayed at this hotel because it was on the list of hotels nearby the Atlanta Design Center. We came in from out of town and relied on that list in selecting a hotel. The first room had a strong odor, so the staff moved us to another room. The second room was worse. They had used a strong perfumey spray to cover the odor, the carpet had a large hole, and the view was of a fence blocking a parking lot. I would not stay at this hotel again. Though the staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel is in major need of updating.

This hotel was in a great location, had loads of parking and had a super friendly staff.

The hotel is located close to great restaurants and the interstate. The pool was overcrowded...maybe bc it was small to me. Our carpet was wet and the air conditioner kept clicking throughout the night. On the positive note, the hotel bed was really comfortable and the staff was really nice.

I personally loved the hotel! Great breakfast! Front desk people very friendly and nice! Super close to the Brazilian consul! Great hotel!

We always stay at this hotel when in Atlanta. It is in a convenient and safe location of town with free parking and friendly staff.

We were in Atlanta for an activity filled weekend, therefore, didn't spend much time in the hotel. It was just what we needed, clean, comfortable, convenient. It is very reasonbly priced and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Nice breakfast - kids loved the pool

My whole experience was great. Everything is just as it says, nice cozy clean and affordable place. i had just booked it from hotel.com after reading the other reviews. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, I would recommend this and stay there again if needed.

Great location, good complimentary breakfast. The room was clean but a little outdated. Everyone was nice and helpful. It wasn't the greatest hotel I have stayed at by any means, but for an less expensive hotel it offered everything I needed for the night. Would stay there again any time.

Our room looked nothing like the pictures, but was clean. The curtains dont cover the window, so the sun beams in mighty early....not quite what you want in the morning after partying on New Years...

This hotel is decent for a budget hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but surprisingly, the heavy window curtains do not close, and our room was lit brightly by a huge fluorescent light outside. We had to come up with a creative solution to make the room sufficiently dark for sleeping. We were initially excited that the hotel had a pool, but it appeared the pool had not been cleaned in quite some time, so we opted not to swim -- a definite bummer for the kids. The expanded breakfast buffet included waffles, oatmeal, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches in addition to fruit juice, milk and coffee. The location was the best thing about the hotel, as it provided easy access to main thoroughfares in and out of the city. The nearest MARTA station is approximately 1 mile away. The free parking was also very much appreciated.

We travelled down to Atlanta to spend the holiday with our son. The Fairfield was a shot in the dark booking but pleasently a great place to stay. Couldn't ask for better.

the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet. plenty of parking available, multiple entrances into parking area.
