Quiet, excellent ubication , big pool, reception very friendly.

We thought everything was great!!! The room was very clean the service was great. We will stay there again for sure.

all was good except La Quinta points can not be acquired because we used Hotels.com

Internet is always too slow at La Quinta's. Even for normal web site pages. Open very slowly.

Room was clean but dated, people at reception very attentive and courteous. Breakfast too simple. I didn't feel secure since they gave us a room at the back of the motel where everybody could enter since is not gated. Definitely do not stay again.

The quality of the hotel was poor but the service was good. Bathrooms are not closed in so be careful who you share rooms with.

I had a hard time getting off the highway and pulling in to the parking lot for this hotel. Overall the hotel served it's purpose, and provided a comfortable place to sleep. I did see a baby cockroach on the floor on my last day there, and it was evident that the room hadn't been cleaned well when I found a women's shoe under the bed. I would recommend this hotel to someone who wants an inexpensive place to stay that is relatively close to the highway, and equidistant to the airport and downtown.

I would call this your standard La Quinta - it was nothing overly nice, but for the price it was a good deal. The room was clean and spacious and had comfortable beds. It is also conveniently located just north of downtown Austin. Upon arrival the lock on my door didn't work, but maintenance was up there right away to fix it. If staying in Austin for a night or two in the future, I'd stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. My stay was better than I'd expected.

Comfortable bed and clean rooms. TVs were very nice and had advanced cable with showtime. Was extremely surprised, for the price this was an excellent hotel.

This was a two night stay and I am disappointed that I returned for the second night, but I was exhausted and thought I would be heading home that day, so I hadn't made reservations, so I went back. Rude staff with an obvious language barrier, they told me one thing, told the manager another, so I was left in the middle. Manager and maintenance came into the room in the morning, despite the do not disturb sign, to work on the phone which was working fine. I will not return and am very disappointed in La Quinta. Also, if you go, be advised that they are a credit or debit card only facility, including the vending. I expect to pay more at a vending machine at a hotel than elsewhere, but they charge more than what the machine says. Not a big deal until you realize how many people are being overcharged every week.

Rude management, wakeup calls that don't come, disregard of do not disturb sign, wanton insults and failed communication with my hearing-impaired daughter. Also, they don't accept cash, even at the vending machines, so while machine says $1.50, you'll be charged $2.25. Minor problem until you realzie how much money is being taken from unsuspecting customers, especially when there is a gas station very close.

Continental breakfast was horrible. The fake waffles and bagels should not be served

The hotel is not very fancy, but was priced reasonably, and had all the conveniences I needed. Easy access to the Interstate. I would recommend this hotel. Free parking was nice.

We stumbled on an awesome arts and crafts show with interactive activities for the grand kids, it was a great surprise and hotel was very centrally located between downtown and round rock where the grand kids live

Overall the stay was fine... although I was disappointed to find that after specifically booking a smoking room on the website this is actually a smoke-free property. Other than that small inconvenience the hotel was as advertised.

As has been true at every La Quinta I have stayed at, WiFi is TOO SLOW! Very irritating since this trip was an apt searching trip. Had to use my phone to search. Even routine sites take MINUTES to load. Every other hotel I've stayed at was fine. What do they know that La Quinta doesn't?

Hotel was nice, staff was great, room was clean. With three security guards standing out front, I would have never guessed that my vehicle would be broken into overnight. I found out that the Austin police department was very nice, something I should not have had a reason to have known. So, a $139 stay is going to cost me at a minimum of around $4000 for vehicle repairs, and replacement of my stolen property. Disappointed to say the least.

Me and family really enjoyed our stay.

It was a comfortable room and clean, though not a whole lot available on foot in the immediate area and relied on short cab rides. It was fairly close to the area of downtown where my friends were staying so it lessened the cab rides and costs.

The maintenance was very poor. The electric outlets didn't work, the door to the outside was old and had no sealant so you could see daylight from around the door, the bathroom tile was old and cracked. The cleaning staff was really loud and started shouting at each other as soon as they arrived. The breakfast was packages of fake waffles. They shut off the water in the middle of my shower. The street noise is awful, especially considering the state of the door. You could hear everything going on in the rooms around you. Don't stay here!!

When I got into room, I uses the restroom then I went to wash my hands and noticed small pieces of hair all over sink and on counter. I used wash cloth and cleaned it. Then I noticed some mark on the door when I looked at it closely I realized it was blood stain. It looked ugly. I was tired and didn't want to change rooms so I stayed in that room. However I called the front desk to inform of hair and blood stain. The receptionist, instead of asking me to hold, she started to talk to another customer whilst I was talking on phone to her. Iby this time I was angry and hung up. She never called back to apologize. I used to manage a motel and I thought for a franchise this was not up to its standards. I have stayed at much better la quintals before. Sorry cannot give good points to this particular one. I am surprised they are passing their inspections!

Only stayed one night but the room was clean and modern. Outside of the hotel was old and did not give the appearance of being a clean place to stay. We were pleasantly surprised upon enteeing the room. This was one of the few moderately priced hotels in Austin. Would definietely stay there again.

It doesn't matter how clean when everything is worn down. Walls have water damage and other issues near the floor but they think paint covers it! Just really in need if tearing down and starting over. Even the sign is half missing out front.

Arrived to find my paid for non-smoking room was not available, only smoking room available. My wife is allergic to cigarette smoke. Only solution was to be transferred to another La Quinta 40 miles away. I had reserved this hotel as it was close to the Austin Marathon start/finish & my wife could stay in the room until I finished. With the much longer drive that was not feasible. I was doing a 2 marathon weekend & with the extra time to drive to the other hotel lost rest time. As I was having my booking transferred at this hotel a pregnant lady found out she had also lost her non-smoking room and her only option was smoking. She had to go find another hotel. This is a stupid policy to allow someone to check into an already paid for room through hotels.com. I would hope in fairness policies can be set so this doesn't happen. If not, La Quinta certainly does not truly respect its customers.
