Four Seasons Hotel Chicago - شيكاغو

The place is amazing. Beautiful rooms, nice spa, good gym. But what really distinguishes this place is the service. Every detail was thoughtfully overseen. The concierge even got us into a restaurant with a 4 month wait list. Room had awesome view.

Close to water tower and American girl store. Pool was nice, only weird thing is the next day our suits smelled really bad. Kids enjoyed free cookies/milk. The room was ok, but I was disappointed to see multiple patches in the carpet with frayed edges. Carpet in hall was dirty too. The staff was nice. Ice cream cart was cute, but not worth what u pay...go to ghiradellis.

Absolutely wonderful! Looking forward to staying again. The only thing that I found that is taking a while is the fact that I have a hold on my account for 150.00. Its been five business days already. That's the only thing that raises an eyebrow. I understand a hold for about three days to see If a customer incurred any charges in a room. But there wasnt. So other than that, everything was great.

Great hotel, very friendly staff! Excellent location and even family freindly.

We were in town to see our niece dance at the Joffrey. We only had a few days and the concierges were instrumental in helping us make the most of our stay. Hats off to all of the staff!!!

Expectations are always high at a 4 Seasons but must say we left a little disappointed. Hotel not overly busy but we were given a Disabled room which was only serviceable. The lobby renovations which have been going since we were there 2 years ago were still continuing. This severely impacted the public areas we could access and there was a distinct sewerage odour as you moved through the reception areas. A couple of other things went astray. The drain in the shower blocked so the floor flooded, wine glasses taken from room when serviced and not returned. Concierge was very helpful and their business card is well received at restaurants nearby, allowing you to skip lines which is always great. An excellent hotel but these few issues put a dampener on our stay.

This is a first class hotel from facility to staff. Not a single issue or complaint, only praise for my entire experience.

The Four Seasons (in my opinion) is one of the top 2 Hotels on Chicago's Michigan Avenue corridor. It's truly Heaven on Earth - excellent service, room and food. I've made a point of staying at all the hotels from Trump, Fairmont and HardRock on one end - to the Drake on the other - and believe me when i tell you - The Four Seasons is either first or second. The attention to detail is truly amazing. Thanks to all for a stay to remember!

our stay at the four seasons was unforgettable. the way our 1 and 3 year olds were greeted was first class. They were treated like royalty-from bath robes, to milk chugs on ice, cookies, games, and bedtime stories. The pool and the staff were amazing, and you can't beat that the hotel is connected to 900 North shopping, so we never had to step outside in the winter cold :) we can't wait to go back and visit soon!

Went to celebrate the Holidays and my daughter getting into Stanford Early Decision. The 4-Seasons far exceeded our expectations; they greeted us with a hand written note congratulating my daughter and a cake with the Stanford logo on it. Suite was in excellent condition and the service from the staff did the 4-Seasons brand proud.

We stayed at the Four Seasons for the first time. The service was exceptional. I called ahead to request a room on a high floor which they were happy to accomodate. Upon arrival our bags were taken to our room and the woman at the front desk knew it was me as I walked up! The location could not be better. We had a wonderful stay.

had a great room overlooking lake michigan. service was extraordinary. well maintained property as you would wxpect.

Everything was great! Went to Chicago to see a cubs game with my son. All he really wanted to do was stay in hotel because of how nice and comfortable it was.

Overall excellent location, room, amenities, service etc... Only criticism is that room service was overpriced compared to others...

The only comment I have is the enterence of the hotel is by the side of the street, not from the front of 900 Michegan Ave. for better view of 5 stars entrance plus the lobby is in the 7th floor and no security available at the enterence to protect visitors when checking in or coming from shopping or late at night. Other than that the hotel is 5 stars from all aspects including the concerge. That's from my own prospective.

Not the top rate Four Seasons I expected. Very small room, and the hotel overall was very dark.

we stayed for two nights on a weekend getaway, the room does not have a tub which is a surprise. Also my Dad got a bug bite somewhere around AC vent near the window, and got badly infected. Mini bar was mistakenly charged, not a pleasant experience overall.

We joked about it every time we were surprised yet again by the level of service at the Four Seasons. Just when you thought you had seen it all, they outdid themselves yet again. Food was excellent, service unmatched, never answered no to any request. Not at all stuffy - each staff member was warm and gracious. Just a wonderful experience and well worth any incremental cost. You get what you pay for!

This was the first time I realized that if I don't ck into my hotel at the stated day/time, my rez could be voided by the hotel. Our flight was cancelled to Chicago, so i called Four Seasons to inform them that we would be checking in the next day (still paying for 3 nights, but only going to be there for 2 nights, as we could not get flight to Chicago until the next day). Reservationist at FS informed me that my rez would be voided unless i contacted Hotels.com and had them intervene. My flight to JFK was boarding (getting out of dodge meant flying to another city to stay and catch morning flight to Chicago), it was 9pm at night, i was waiting on phone for 10 min to reach a Hotels.com rep. All i could imagine was losing my entire stay at my favorite hotel in the country- the Four Seasons Chicago. The outcome was positive- an agent answered at Hotels.com and got 'permission' for me to check in the next day. However, it was the first time i realized the fragility of making a rez through Hotels.com in that hotel can simply 'discard' my rez if my flight is cancelled and i can't get to my city to check in. NOT GOOD for us road warriors who are often at mercy of airlines deciding to cancel flights. I will be careful which times i make a rez at Hotels.com in future. Sometimes i may not want to risk losing my room.

The staff was wonderful with our kids, including welcome surprises in the room, kids' robes and more. The pool is great for all ages. And be sure to ask for the ice cream man to visit your room!

absolutely first rate. most of all for us, they treated our 8 year old fabulously. treats were sent up every day, the pool was very nice and little used except by us, and the one time we ate in the restaurant they brought a booster seat out for her American Girl doll, which is of course across the street. Would definitely go back, treated spectacularly all around, first rate staff

Exceptional hotel with the best bed I have ever slept in! Great location and nice personnel. Would highly recommend. It is in my top 3 hotels in Chicago.

The only issue I had the following day was housekeeping was at my door at 8:00 am knocking and then again at 9:00 am. Very disruptive and inconveinent. I let the front desk know of this issue at checkout and I believe they made a note of it. I have never stayed at a hotel anywhere with this issue.

It's the Four Seasons so you expect luxury and quality. It is SO close to everything. You can even take the train into town for just $2.25 per person instead of a $40 cab ride. Make sure you get off at Chicago on the Red LIne. We accidentally rode it to the end. Great city, great hotel, great food. It's even worth spending $12 for a home made Chicago hotdog in the hotel! We will definitely go back.

Loved it! They had snacks in the room each day for the kids. Board games for the kids. They came by to refresh our ice often, turned down the beds at night...everything was fantastic! Very clean! Awesome view of the lake from both rooms with windows half the size of the wall. No complaints and will definitely go back!

Living up to the chain's sterling reputation, Four Seasons Chicago met my expectations and satisfied my every need and comfort. Accommodated my early check-in as well as late check-out (both on busy summer weekdays). Complimentary WiFi, daily newspaper, overnight shoeshine and other nice touches such as morning coffee and afternoon lemonade in the lobby. Parking is expensive but some other hotels in Magnificent Mile charge more. This bed gave one of the best nights' sleep I have had in ages!

Loved the window seat with spectacular view of the city!

this is a lovely hotel with great service and an excellent restaurant .We had lunch there twice despite being in a city of great reataurants.

The level of service, the accomodations, the location were all what one would have expected from a Four Seasons -- totally 5-star. What surprised and impressed me was how incredibly child-friendly they were: our grandson (3 1/2 years old) spent one night with us. The dining room, the concierge, the pool and spa attendants all treated him royally and as graciously as his grandparents It made agreat and most memorable time for all three of us!!!

I'm an experienced traveler, and this is a world-class property. Beautiful public areas, superb room (stayed in a king suite via upgrade, beautifully appointed), perfect service all around, fine restaurant (take advantage of the breakfast package if available), and a GREAT bar, frequented equally by hotel guests and Chicagoans on their way to/from wherever... My wife almost cried when we left (me too!)

My stay was great! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Service was excellent, view was magnificent. Can't wait to go again!

Für die gepfefferten Preise in Bar, Lobby und Restaurant war das Essen zu schlecht und die Kellner(innen) zu aufdringlich.
