Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay - سنغافورة

I have stayed here many times over the past 7 years. It is a great location in Clarke Quay. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Close to Chinatown. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is very attentive to your needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place, decent value for money, great location...staff is quite dis-engaged with customer and this is an area that needs much improvement

The service was good and they nicely gave me an upgrade. It was a good standard Novotel room. For me the location was perfect and the price was good, but it would have been nice for the hotel to advertise that the pool was not open due to renovations. As i booked at the last minute, i would have expected that to have been noted. The room was clean and they made available a room in the afternoon after i had checked out to have a showed before i went to the airport. This alone is worth the stay!!

Very disappointed that the pool was out of action. That is one of my top priorities when selecting a hotel.

Good location, but for a 4 star hotel I expect higher service.Internet is too expensive 28 S dollar per day, but a sim card for 18 sdollar for 5 days so you have internet not only at the hotel.

Always enjoyed my stay at Novotel Clarke Quay. This is my 2nd stay in 2013.

nice hotel, nice view, great neighborhood to move around, go eat at night, etc. close to the main areas you want to visit as a tourist. really convenient to have a starbucks and a 7eleven right next door... but, not great food in the room service, not great service overall (you can ask for stuff and sometimes take more than an hour to bring it to your room), a bit of a weird smell at the lobby.

Room had a view of the surrounding area but was not fantastic as it was facing the roof of Liang Court Shopping centre. Bed was comfortable and pillows were soft and cosy. Bathroom is a bit small. Was disappointed there was no bathtub. Location was very good as it was right beside pubs and the train station was about 5 mins walk away. Active nightlife. Nearby had Liang Court and Central Shopping Centre.

Overall every thing was good, but people and their service at entrance was too good which we fee when check in and when we check out.

Excellent location. wonderful for a two night stop over for a family with young kids. The pool is only for swimmers ( no kids pool). Excellent access to Clark Quay, pedestrian zones all along the river, supermarkets, etc

This is a very good hotel, close to a lot of restaurants at Clarke Quay, where you can find any type of food and attractions. Two things they can improve, they do not have a shuttle bus to and from the airport and they charge for the internet. In most of the hotels, at least in the lobby they have free WiFi access, but here no, they have some computers you can use to access the internet free of charge, but if you want to use any of your personal devices, you have to pay and it is not cheap. In general, good hotel, good service, good location and good price to have a good time in Singapore.

Lots of working girls in and out of the building, service was good, room was clean, toilet & amenities are average.laundry service was bad, sent some wool coat for dry clean & came back still dirty manager was kind enough to reimburse charges.overall good for price range

I stayed at Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay on several previous occassions and have always enjoyed my stay. Two recommendations, High price for internet charge, this should be free of charge in this time of age, as most hotel don't charge for internet access. The bell service at the front door/lobby should be more attentive/helpful when guest arrive. I was dropped off by a taxi and 2 staffs just sat at the desk talking, without providing assistant with my luggage.

Overall it was a good stay, not great. Room cleanliness and the service left a lot to be desired... However the shopping areas nearby were great. The river cruise was awesome and the nightclubs were lovely. The hotel location is amazing, just some quality issues with the room cleanliness and service. It's a good hotel if you plan to spend more time outside of it exploring Singapore !!!

The hotel is perfectly located in the fun and busy hustle and bustle of Clarke Quay, yet our room was a peaceful, quiet getaway... For the price, it would have been nice to have breakfast included. Very clean, very safe. They had a bit of difficulty in helping us to locate a pair of lost glasses.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. No free internet -unbelievable in 2012/13....

It was a good time in Singapore

Was greeted by receptionist that the executive room that i have booked is not available and told me to that they will give me a superior room with breakfast. After insisting that I want a bigger but not a down grade, she gave me my executive room. The air-con of the given room is not cold at all and i feel warm all the time. interior of the hotel looks pretty old. During check out have to wait 15-20 mins to check out. there was a long queue and only 2 person are attending to customers. and worst of all they serve people who are not queuing. ridiculous!.

Nice environment and excellent service.

With Clarke Quay right out the door it makes great food, river cruises and night life so easy. The Novotel was great with clean and spacious rooms which I got at a great rate through hotels.com. My room 2121 had a great view of the Maine Bay area. WiFi in the room expensive but free internet in the lobby. There is a supermarket in the basement of the attached centre with shopping and food court. Stay here.

Bathroom door glass was held in place only by some cardboard wedged to the side. Mirror LED lights were hanging loose. Aircon could have been colder (I increased to max blow and 16 degrees). Check in reservation was not recorded under hotel.com but some other website (forgot the name) and they did not find under my name. Stayed there before but will not stay there again. Very disappointed that internet is charged as a bundle with breakfast at way too much money. I expect internet for free. And internet only available via cable - no Wifi.

Everything was perfect. Rooms of good size and was happy with all aspects except for management should look into extending the opening hrs of swimming pool. Pool hrs are 6am to 10pm which makes it hard to relax in pool after hard day out sweating in Singapore's hot and humid climate. Overall we had a good experience and will definitely stay again. Management should also look into making internet free in rooms.

Loved the hotel. Great location, great service, really good food, it by far one of the best hotels iv stayed at. The only negative point? Wifi is chargeable. They should make it free.. That would really be a winner. Besides that. Id definitly stay at novotel again. Cheers to you guys

It was all I could have asked for. Will stay again on my next trip.

It was my first stay to Singapore and I was very satisfied with my choice. You walk out of the hotel and are right at the river side with uncounted restaurants, charming neighbourhood and kind people. I felt well from the first moment. At times there were only two receptionists available when guests were queuing and the computers in the lobby had connection problems every time I tried to use one of them. Despite I would book this hotel any time again.

Love this hotel always stay when in Singapore

extremely happy with the view from our room and hotel location brilliant, however we were shifted to another room and lost our view. Hotel staff very friendly especially the Lobby guys, who helped us with taxis,locations, and lost sunglasses. the pool gym was good.The hotel felt very safe and secure, Would gladly recommend to anyone.

Could not find fault with Hotel, only problem was our room had a great view of Clarke quay, but CQ has several night clubs which could be heard until 5am, suggest ear plugs for a good nights sleep.

Booked this from another hotel very close which was the pits and lost 3 nights money. Arrived here very nice at reception got upgraded to premier was on the 23rd floor views fabulous room spotless, large and great. Pool area also great, would definitely stay here again. my only small criticism would be the water was not very warm, regardless of time of day. I would not let put me off staying again.

The rooms are brilliant. Very spacious and the bathrooms are nice and big as well. The beds are very comfortable. Staff are friendly though maybe a little overworked. Very obliging and courteous front desk and concierge. The hotel is really well located if you want to experience the nightlife in singapore. Public transport is also easily accesible.Can't wait to go back there!

The Novotel Clarke Quay is conveniently located in the Clarke Quay area close to lots of shops, cafes and the river that flows through Singapore. It's also a short and cheap taxi ride (if you don't want to walk) to nearby attractions such as Orchard Road, Merlion and China Town. This hotel was comfortable, affordable and the staff were very helpful. I would happily stay here again.
