Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore - تامبا

The staff was so helpful. As a woman traveling alone with an 18 month old baby, this was so appreciated. The bellman unloaded and put away all the luggage at the room and even got me ice so I wouldn't have to drag my sleeping daughter out to the machine. Housekeeping delivered and set up the pack and play for my daughter. They also had Crabtree and Evelyn bath products, so great! I can't say enough great things about this hotel and it's wonderful staff!!

Although the location is excellent for the airport or shopping We thought it lacking in the fact that there was no free wireless internet or newspaper. Nowadays there are hardly any hotels who don't offer that so I was disappointed

This hotel was an excellent choice! My wife and I took a curise out of Tampa. We stayed at the Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore the day before our cruise departure. This hotel was located about 15-20 minutes from the port.. Free Parking - YES!...and the Hotel is Fabulous!!! Five Stars*****

I found a really great deal on hotels.com with this 1. This full service hilton hotel was just as we expect in the best quality, The room was clean The view Was nice the location was good. Icannot complain about anything!

My problem was with the booking info vs the actual room received. When I booked the room, the website and itinerary both stated that we would have a microwave and mini fridge in the room, however we didn't receive either one. I didn't bother trying to get a different room, since there would be an additional charge. We were also placed near the ice machine and elevator, which was only noisy until about 10 pm. Otherwise, the room was clean, no bed bugs, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, so there were no additional problems to speak of.

Great place for the money

It is so close to the stadium! Easy access for games or events...right around the corner from many restaurants, mall, bars etc...

I came into town only expecting to stay for one night, but I liked it so much that I decided to stay a second night. So I called up the front desk and they just charged it to my credit card on file for a price that was comparable to the price I found on hotels.com I stayed in room with a king sized bed. The The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very neatly kept and very clean. The comforter on the bed was a down comforter and the pillows were also down. I did not use any of the amenities such as the pool but from what I could see it was nice. The room had plenty of outlets for my laptop and my phone by the bedside. The outlets were designed to be placed into the lamps so there was not awkward moving of furniture or finding outlets in the wall. My only complaint was that if you wanted WiFi you had to pay $10/day. I've stayed at hotels with lower star ratings and I was given free access for the duration of my stay. At a hotel such as the Hilton, I would come to expect that the WiFi to come standard.

We stayed one night in this hotel prior to a cruise. The hotel offered complimentary airport pick-up and cruise terminal drop-off. Very well appointed hotel, clean throughout, nice cafe/bar area where our group (about 23 of us) met to eat and chill out. Nice pool area. All around a great hotel. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

The hotel was very good, but water in the room was for $3 a bottle. No free internet $9 an hour.

Nice hotel with plenty of free parking. The room we were assigned had a broken a/c unit but we were immediately moved two doors down which was more convienent than moving floors. Room was spacious and front desk staff was very good. Only "negative" was that housekeeping knocked on our door each morning at 9:00 to clean the room. I like to sleep in on vacation! Would stay there again.

I feel like we way overpaid for this hotel. We stayed 2 different nights and had 2 different experiences. The first night we stayed on the 2nd floor. The shuttle picked us up and everything was fine, the bathroom shower didn't work properly and didn't look as clean as we would have liked. At midnight we kept calling for room service no one answered so we called front desk. they told us that the staff went home. Well this made us mad. for the price we paid the bathroom wasn't good and even though there were sheets laid out with room service menus there was no staff to take orders or cook!? That was messed up. Then the second night we stayed the room was wonderful check in was great, but we were very disappointed with the shuttle service. When I called from WI prior to booking the room I was told there was complimentary shuttle service. They did not mention that it was to and from the airport and to the port of tampa only. This was VERY irritating, because we ended up spending money on taxis to get around and back from the port after our cruise. When I called the hotel the lady that answered was not helpful at all and had poor customer service, she couldn't even get me a taxi at the port, we ended up waiting for a cheap shuttle to come around because we already paid so much for the hotel we didn't want to cash out lots of money for a cab to the hotel. Beautiful place, nice location, to us not worth the money, we ended up spending a lot more than our budget.

The hotel itself was great but the customer service really dissapointed me. The employees wear a badge on there shirts that say 'whatever it takes', thats garbage. We stayed at the Hilton because of the price which you can't beat but we also stayed there because they say they offer a shuttle service that runs every hour and half hour within a five mile radius of the hotel. WRONG! I was so dissappointed to find out thirty minutes before my event that they couldn't give several of us a ride to our event. The Manager said they couldn't keep up with there airport customers and thats ridiculous because I sat there and watched the shuttle sit there when all we needed was a ride 1 mile up the block. Don't say "whatever it takes" and not stand behing your word. There was two empty shuttles sitting there and three people behind the counter.Be a true leader next time and show your customers that you mean what you say

Excellent location; 20 mins walking to Raymond James stadium. Hotel room was outstanding. Room very modern and clean. Bathroom was roomie and clean w/ superior toiletries. Nice flat screen TV. Beds were comfortable and abundance of pillows. Hotel bar area was first rate.

I stayed at the hotel recently, to attend the U2 concert on October 9th. While the hotel was clean and comfortable, they kept insisting that all roads leading to the arena were closed off, and that no vehicles could get any closer than their hotel (which is 1.5 miles from the arena). Based on this they REFUSED to call me a cab to the arena, and kept insisting I would have to walk. They told this to all guests. I, along with those other guests, did walk, and ... surprise, surprise.. not only were the roads not blocked off, but there was parking right next to the arena, and all cars were able to get within blocks of the place. I was surprised at this misinformation and the absolute refusal of the front desk to call a cab. Poor customer service all around!

The hotel was clean and contemporary. Nice pool and outside patio deck. Great location to attend Raymond James Stadium. Hotel provided shuttle service to and from game. The stadium is within walking distance, and plenty of restaurants also within walking distance. Definitely try Selmans Bar-b-q right down the block.

Being this was a Hilton I expected better quality....As we walk in the entire hotel smelled badly, we then when to guest services and were treated poorly, we finally arrive in our room and as I usually get cold easy at home we keep our house at 80degrees, well, we set the thermostat at 69 and I couldn't even sleep with a sheet on. I thought, well I'll open the curtains to somekind of view, really of the roof and a wall? I do have to say My husband and I were attending an event here, and everyone there, wait staff, event coordinators were great. I would stay at a motel down the street before staying here again.

the best in tampa

Great room for the price/ i got it durring a 40% off sale i needed a cot / it was provided for free/ other hotels charge 15$ a cot/ clean hotel/ nice area

This is an incredible value hotel. Although the location is not picturesque, it is very convenient for access to the airport and major roads to St Petersburg/Sarasota and Orlando, and is close to the International Plaza mall with lots of restaurants. Everything else about the hotel is great too.

Very nice room, clean, good service at the desk. As someone else pointed out, it would be nice if they had little refrigerators, but there is lots of ice.

We have stayed @ the Hilton & done our landmark education courses there so we knew what to expect. However, our air conditioning blew in a sulfur smell & the fat cow @ the front desk was very rude when checking out & picking up a lost cell phone. Very unhelpful & useless. We do like the Hilton though.

Excellent stay - impressed with the friendly, helpful staff when I needed the pillows changed due to allergy.

Nice hotel. The only thing to complain about, is the quality of the wireless internett.
