Other than everything being sold in the hotel is double and tripled in price even the breakfast buffett 15.95 for eggs and Bacon that's why the restaurant was empty

I booked this hotel as it was close to my sister's place and had a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle service works well and I was able to drop off the rental car the night before my early flight with no problem. They also do a shuttle service to International Mall. I ordered room service once and the food was good. The pool and fitness room were wide and clean. Being on the ground floor, I couldn't understand why the hallway smelled a bit of cigarette smoke; thank god the room was fin. My only big complaint was the lack of hot water. It would take about 10 minutes to heat up and once it went from lukewarm to scalding and nearly burnt me had I not moved quickly out of the way. This meant I was impatient every morning for the water to warm up and never relaxed while in the shower.

My wife and I had a one night stay while waiting for a cruise. This hotel met our needs nicely. We would use again and recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced,clean hotel.

Loved the hotel, location/proximity to stadium, and unbelievable price! Tried to book 3 weeks later when we were returning home and wanted to be close to airport but the price was double.

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. We especially loved the free shuttle from the airport and then again to the cruise port in the morning. We also used their shuttle service to take us to a nearby restaurant and once again the customer service was excellent! We will definitely stay here again when we're in Tampa.

The most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in all our travels!!!

Went to the Outback Bowl in January 2012. Got to hotel, had asked for a smoking room, got a non-smoking, handicap room. They told me they had shuttles to the game - they did not. Plus, their hotel shuttle wouldn't go outside of a 3 mile radius. The hotel "store" supposed to be open until 9:00 pm. Closed 2 nights before 7:00 pm, conned the Shuttle driver to take my sister for medications that she could have got at the store. The front desk men were great, women were not. I would never stay there again.

Typical Hilton Hotel, with good standards, handy for our stopover. The mall down the street was very handy with shops, bars and restaurants. Would stay again if the need arises.

Very nice hotel with good reception desk. Very nice swimming pool. They pick you up after a phone call from the airport with their shuttle bus. They have also a free drive to the Westshore shopping mall and again pick you up at the mall after your phone call.

all our other friends stayed at Westin and was treated so much better.. I will not stay here again ...will try one where I wont be charged $3.00 FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER... THANK FOR NOTHING

stayed in executive room on 12th floor very good stay for 1 night after arriving very late from airport staff very helpful .breakfast good.

This hotel boasts large rooms and a convenient proximity to the airport. While I did not use the free airport shuttle, the sign indicated that it ran every 30 minutes. The room was comfortable, although not as comfortable or nice as some of the other Hilton properties I've visited. CONS: The thermostat appeared to be corporately controlled because no matter how we tried adjusting it, it simply didn't work. Also, the toilet flushed very loudly and continued to run (loudly) for over 3 minutes each time it flushed. (we did not hear the neighbors so that's a plus!)

We arrived from our flight and tried to get shuttle service to the hotel. We called for pickup and waited and waited....Finally received a call back and was told that they were having isues with the shuttle and asked to take a taxi. We were told that we would be reimbursed for the fare. When we got to the hotel we checked in fine and I asked about the reimbursement and was asked for a receipt. Didn't even know you could get them from cabs...my fault. We were given a free appetizer coupon for the local restaurant. Once in the room everything was good. Comfortable and clean. My stance: Good place to stay just make sure you have a backup plan on arriving.

Stayed here for a Bucs game. Great place to stay, they even had a shuttle to the game. Near shopping, grocery stores and Total Wine! Will stay again!

Courteous and helpful staff. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The shuttle service is excellent. It will take you to and from anywhere at your request within a 3 mile radius. Free shuttle to the airport and Buccaneers' football games. If you walk a few blocks from the hotel in one direction, you may end up in a run-down neighborhood they might be unsafe after dark. Overall I definitely recommend this place.

We has a great time at this hotel. Helpful staff, clean rooms, not one complaint! It took less than 5 minutes to check in and the shuttle runs to the stadium every half hour until 1am. Speaking of, the shuttle driver was very friendly. I would definitely stay here for another event in Tampa (we live in Orlando) and would consider staying there is I were to fly in or out of the airport!

We were very pleased with the room, hotel, and location to the Raymond James Stadium. The only issues we had were the toilet running and the chunk taken out of my heel from the hot tub.

An older hotel, but well maintained. Everyone from the hotel we talked to was very pleasant and well informed to help us with our questions.

The hotel was perfect for a trip to watch a football game. It is convenient to the field and airport. The hotel also offers shuttle runs to two different malls, and will pick you up at your specific time. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help make your stay enjoyable.

booked this hotel to be close to airport to pick up people. The hotel was easy to find. Room was spacious, clean and we never heard a sound from the adjoining rooms or hallway. The bed was comfortable and there were a few good restaurants within walking distance. Will book again next time.

I chose this hotel for a trip to Tampa, the main purpose of which was to watch a Bucs game. The hotel is really close by and they ran a reliable shuttle service that traveled to within half mile of the stadium. The hotel itself is practically across the street from a huge shopping complex, so getting decent food was easy. The staff was helpful and the room was more than good enough for my purposes. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean, room service was good, nice pool, free parking. Check in was very good and efficient. Nice computer area with printer..great for that online check in and printed boarding pass. great location for access to Tampa international.

We found this to be an excellent choice. We have always stayed at the Hyatt Place close by, however their prices had increased considerbly so we took a chance on this place. This will be our new favorite hotel when we are in Tampa. It was clean, great location, great pool, and the people on staff were helpful, pleasant, and very professional. The bar and food was also very good.

The hotel is pretty and clean. Housekeeping quickly brought us more towels and a refrigerator when requested. Unfortunately, fridge didnt really cool. had to use ice and small cooler to keep baby food from spoiling. Very Very upset and disappointed that the heated pool was freezing. My son (4 years) and husband went in on the steps but too cold for me and the baby. We would have only stayed one nite or stayed in another hotel had we known that we couldnt enjoy the pool. Also pool was out of towels so we had to use our room towels. Hotel didnt have Bellhop services and only a couple of luggage carts. When we arrived, we had to make several trips to the car to bring up our belongings b/c carts were all being used. All in all, it was a very clean room but dont know if I'd stay there again.

Our family of 4 arrived in Tampa at midnight for a stay before a cruise the next day. Great to know that this hotel has complimentary pick-up service at the airport until 1:30 am. A driver was there to pick us up within 15 minutes. There was a wait to check in at 12:30 am. The room was comfortable for our family of 4. Bar closes early as we could not get a night cap after a long traveling day. Since the wait for check in was a little long at this time of day, we were compt for a breakfast buffet, nice touch. Glad we did not have to pay for it since it was ok but not great. Hotel was a great location to the airport and in a business park setting. Did not experience any hotel ammenities except for breakfast. Would stay here again.

The hotel was in a good location. The lobby is beautiful. The room was disapointing. The toilet did not flush properly and the bathroom fixtures were cheap. They charge $10 for internet.

hotel is nothing to write home about, but it is well placed and clean and comfortable. price may be a bit high for this level of hotel, but one does pay for convenience - and it is nice to have an airport shuttle too. as a place to stay when overnighting on business, I would definitely recommend it. gift shop has unusually nice selection of jewelry!

My wife and I stayed one night while waiting to go on a cruise. Our room was very clean, and everyone was very nice. The breakfast buffet was much more (and better) than we expected, seeing as it was complimentary. The free shuttle service was great too. They picked us up at the airport, took us most of the way to the game (traffic was awful so we walked about a 1/2 mile), and even took us to the cruise drop off point by the ship. All this was free. Taxis are very expensive in Tampa, so this was a major cost saver. We will definitely stay again!

Hotel was nice, as expected from a Hilton. Only complaints are that the hot tub closes at 10pm and it takes about 10 minutes to get someone from the front desk on the phone.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Hilton for my short visit in Tampa. I could not control the thermostat and that was the only problem I faced.
