There was a convention of cross dressers and all sorts of people dressed with their butts hanging out, jock straps, which was unacceptable having 4 grandkids visiting us before departing for Hawaii. I realize you can't control who enters and you want the business - but.....

I really enjoyed my stay was very comfortable.. the only problem was room was to hot.. and parking is $27 other then that is was very nice.. had an excellent view of the airport from my room..

When having a room with a hotel, I am not custom to being charged to park my car per day. I was attending a convention in the hotel and this was just a greedy junk fee and was completely offensive. With this convention so many were chatting about the DIFFERENT SECURITY CHARGES for the same type of room. I was $50, another was $150 and yet another was $250, all staying the same amount of days for the same reason and equivalent rooms. Why would Hilton do this? The greed is just over the top with this hotel chain and next time I will stay as the one across the street and walk over, so Hilton will get NONE of my money at all.

I enjoy this hotel very much, very clean, lots of amenities, food is a bit expensive and not so good so you are better of going to one of the restaurants in the area, my only compliant is that the beds are too soft and I woke up with a terrible back ache, I told this to staff and they told me that in my next stay they can provide me with something to make the bed a bit more comfortable.

Very big airport hotel. Got upgraded to a king sized room which was great. I stayed at a 4 star up the road and this was better. Great deal for the price. Very comfortable beds and the concierge were so nice and helpful.

Perfect for biz travel

This is our 3 stay at this hotel over the past 3 years, the hotel continues to impress as the lobby area has been remodeled and now contains a Bistro. Rooms are clean comfortably appointed and very quiet. The surrounding area - 2 minutes to Carls Jr or 5 minutes to Denny's. Will continue to stay here when we transit LAX.

I was in LA on business for 3 days. Wanted to stay close to the airport so location of hotel was good. Hotel is beautiful but was overcrowded with loud teenagers and screaming babies! Room was clean and comfortable but right next to an ice machine...and yes, people were getting ice all hours of the night!!! The hotel itself was nice but the other patrons made my stay pretty rough. Also, not a lot of restaurants near.

The stay itself was nice. However, upon arriving I was not greeted with the best of service. I understand that people have bad days, but I was not being mean at all to this worker. The Hilton was already filled with a bunch of teens for some convention, and I'm sure that this could get a little annoying. I had come straight from a yoga workshop, and was still in my workout gear, but it seemed that as soon as the front desk employee noticed me in this attire, his attitude changed. He was not very courteous, and did not speak to me in a tone that seemed fitting. I asked where the restroom was located and he just muttered, "It's down there" I tried to maintain myself and see if I could just wait until he had finished checking me in. But it took him a while. So I asked if I could leave my bag there as I went to use the restroom. He rolled his eyes at me and just said, "You're done" and handed me my keys. He didn't let me know my room number, he didn't direct me to the elevators or let me know what floor I was on. On top of that he had placed me in a room right near the elevator. So all night these teens staying at the hotel were running up and down the hallways making noise while my girlfriend and i tried to sleep.

Loved it would stay again. Very clean, great room service hamburger. Great location.

Very comfortable with friendly staff. It is a 15 minute shuttle ride to the airport. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed one night before flying home. Beautiful room, wonderful buffet breakfast, and easy ride to the airport. Definely staying there again in the future.

I love this hotel. Very clean. Bed was big enough to sleep four. When I come back to LA I will always stay here.

Very nice room. Kind and efficient staff. Able to drop of Hertz car at hotel and save a day on rental.

Nice, clean, friendly staff. No free wi-fi. Bar/grille was not open for afternoon meal. Went to hotel next door for pub grub! Good overall experience.

The stay was OK. The condition of the room was our problem. I left them a note explaining all at checkout time. Knob missing from bedside lamp. Lump under carpet by bathroom door, uncomfortable to step on with bare feet. Tub stopper leaking so badly that I could not take a bath without adjusting it myself. Breakfast was good. Staff was curtious, but directed us to parking lot elevators instead of hotel guest room elevators.

The stay was great. Very quite and relaxing at times it felt like I was there with just my family and that was a great feeling. No disturbances.. I recommend it.. There is one downer though... the PARKING SITUATION oh my goodness. Parking spaces were too small and the fact it took me half a hour to find a parking was insane to me. but great experience non the less.

$27 a day for parking was a bit much! It should have Ben mad clear befor booking room that parking would be $27 a day. Was not happy about that

Good value for money -esp with breakfast included. Like another Hilton. $55 taxi to convention center...better than staying in a 3 star hotel in downtown area.

I would def recommend this!

I have very short hair and I found a 6 inch black hair on the bathroom counter when we just got into the room. Bed leg very sharp. Please place some kind of cover on them, I bump my foot on it. Everything else was fine.

Very good location. BUT the free shuttle to and from the airport only ran about every 45 minutes instead of every 15 minutes, as they advertised. Many disgruntled hotel guests.

In LA, there are 3 main spots for hotels- LAX, downtown, and the beach. This is in the cluster of hotels at LAX. You are confined to what is close by for eats, shopping, which is mainly more hotels. Long drive to north LA, Hollywood, Santa Monica, etc. Busy, huge lobby, ok rooms, they let us check in early, parking is extra of course, so is internet, restaurant is expensive, we had no hot water so they moved us. Staff nice, basically good is you got a deal on the price.

Stayed for one night after a 6 hour flight from Boston- got to airport at 1145 PM- waited for Shuttle until 1245 AM. Almost got a taxi, but taxi man would not take us the 1.5 miles. We considered walking. Turns out the shuttle was packed- so when we arrive to the hotel we get a long line for check in at 1 AM. There were two people working the desk for a line that was at least 20 deep. Workers looked tired and uninterested- no real sympathy for the shuttle or for the long line. Room was nice, but walls are super thin so you can hear everything going on next door.

You can't beat the location. It's very close to the airport, which was good peace of mind. The only negatives I found worthy additional charge for using Wi-Fi, and the price of room service. $38 for hamburger, fries, and a soda… Is just outrageous. The room was very comfortable, and very clean. The service at the front desk was very courteous and helpful.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Very convenient with shuttle to the airport and a variety of food so you don't have to walk the area. Only problem was the water pressure in the sink was very low, only dripping so we had to brush our teeth in the shower. Other wise GREAT.

O.K. Restaurant excellent!

Bad bad bad!!!!

Hotel room wise I was very satisfied. For being so close to the airport, my room was very quiet. My only complaint and caution to travelers who stay in this hotel - EVERYTHING extra is unbelievably expensive. Self-parking was more expensive than the cost of my rental car and required that you go five levels down into the basement. Any food is uber expensive - breakfast was $22/person, appetizers for three with one drink each was over $100 for bar food! The on-site restaurant was nice but 2x the cost of the bar food. Internet access was very expensive and the internal hotel network was slower than dial up. There are no other dining or business services options nearby so they have you over a barrel. My credit card got a real workout - thank goodness I'll get reimbursed, but my overall experience with the room was tempered by my turn-off with the unwarranted high cost of all the extras.

It was a great hotel, even better than the hotel of the convention that I had originally planned on staying there. The only issue I had was having the room safe fixed. I had requested to have it fixed twice, and it wasn't done at all the entire stay. The hotel was beautiful, and it was so close to the Marriot, and super close to Carl's Jr. Overall, minus the issue with the room safe, I would most certainly stay there again.

Close to airport and proximity to places I needed to get to for my conference made this hotel an ideal choice. Room was comfortable and service was excellent. Prices for things outside of the restaurants (soda machine, etc.) was exorbitent - it was CHEAPER to get a soda from Room Service than to buy one in their Coke machine!) but other than stuff like that it was all good!

Hotel itself was nice. Clean, comfortable, and convenient for me because I was working in the building next door. Had some trouble finding a place to grab dinner though. Nothing other than hotel restaurants (which I tend to avoid when I can) were readily available despite being in LA.

Great service. Clean well appointed, well maintained rooms. High end shampoo and soaps. Nice pool area. Opt in for the breakfast buffet - substantial breakfast with dim sum, congee, conventional western fare, great baked goods, substantial variety of fruit choices and healthy cereal choices. Unlimited coffee and juices. Cannot be beat!

The hotel was beautiful and everyone was helpful and kind. The 24 hour airport shuttle made it simple to move and plan. The hotel had recycling in the room showing care for the environment. The hotel met all of our needs. We would stay there again and I will tell others.

It was a great stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only problem is that the restaurants are exspensive.
