The shower system needs to be upgraded.

I am extremely disappointed that at 2am after a confirmation from Hotels.com and a fully paid for room the Hilton sent me packing as they did not have a room available. The could have accommodated me and at the least provided me a room at a local hotel, especially given the hour. Their confirmation systems need to be more functional if they are going to participate with Hotels.com

We had a great time! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The location was great too - very near the airport!

We were given a room with an ajoining door which we did not need but it made the night very noisy.Not sure if that was the reason why but a lot of noise from other rooms. Could not work the bath taps and when we eventually called down to reception, they new straight away what the problem was so why did they not put a note on the wall. When you are tired after a long flight these are not the problems you need. We actually cancelled another night here and booked elsewhere

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was there for a conference and decided to stay there overnight rather than drive back the next day for the other half of the conference. For any questions or help that I needed, all of the employees were helpful.I am very impressed.

Convenient location. Have stayed there on a couple of occasions due to early flight out. About what you would expect from a Hilton.

This is a very nice, large, busy hotel. It is close to LAX airport, lots of noise from the planes. The kios to print boarding pass was broke. They charge for internet service, which I think is rediculeous. Otherwise, beautiful hotel.

I enjoy staying here when I have an event here. It is lots of fun and the food is pricey but good.

Like most sites in the Hilton chain, the LAX HH is a bit pricy, especially considering the small room I got. The water in the bath-tub/shower was barely a trickle, not sure that was an isolated matter or if was a problem in other rooms. Bed was comfortable but view from the window left a little to be desired. Ed from San Francisco

It was alright but it could have been better.

Good hotel in a convenient location. The onsite restaurant quality is poor, hence I went out to eat. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Bath towels are large and absorbent.

The hotel had good service and was perfect for an overnight stay between connecting flights as it is very convenient to get to and from the airport. It is not very convenient to get anywhere other than the airport with out a taxi or car rental. I would stay here again for a quick overnight stay, but probably choose a more convenient location near public transit or pedestrian friendly if I wanted to get out of the hotel. Overall though, good friendly service, clean room, and good experience with the hotel.

lovely big rooms, comfortable beds, clean and modern. very nice indeed. They have a very convenient small restaurant/large cafe in the lobby so you can get tea, meals etc yourself which is very useful. Be careful when booking parking online, as it doesnt give you in and out privileges, we had to pay the difference when we arrived which was a bit of a nuisance, its more expensive to be able to come and go. however we had a great stay, its a bit of a drive up to santa monica but do-able. only criticism is we arrived on the evening after an 11 hour flight and we had to wait in a huge queue at check in, some 20 mins, but i guess this can happen anywhere. We would stay again.

The first stay I was here for was for 5 nights. I found the room, staff and perks very nice. The buffet breakfast, which was included, was fantastic. The problems were with the bill. My room came with free internet, but I was charged nearly 60 US for it, which I'm glad I caught. Second, even to call a local number, such as one for pizza a nearby restaurant, I was charged $6.40 for the call. For a company as large as the Hilton, you should at least have free local calls. Also, there was no free parking available.

I stayed one night at the LAX Hilton in order to avoid rush hour traffic to catch an early morning flight. I must say I was extrememely impressed to find a very affordable room rate and then to see that the hotel is clean, well maintained, with security and efficient valet parking. Service was excellent, and the room very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again and recommend the airport Hilton to others.

Great stay, but had to pay for parking. Should be stated when stated in booking for hotel.

We stayed at this hotel just as a layover for a flight the next morning, and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was, and how it offered such conveniences as free wi-fi in the lobby and a boarding pass printing machine. Also, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, which was included in our room rate. The beds were extremely comfortable - couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay except that we wished we could stay longer.

EXCELLENT OPTION TO WAIT FOR YOUR NEXT DAY FLIGHT.... NOT FOR VACATIONING.

It's noisy during the night because of the landing airplanes. Also, make sure you leave hotel at least 2.5 hours prior to the flight although the hotel is near the airport, because there are a lot of traffic....

The location of this hotel is very convenient to the airport and the shuttle service works well. However, our bathroom drain was not working properly and the room view was the construction of the pool. Fortunately it was a holiday so there was no work being done. Hotel staff was nice as they had to recognize that my rate included breakfast (as noted in the hotel.com receipt) although it did no show up in their records. Restaurant staff were the best.

We got good discount. However, no complimentary parking. We can hear neighbor talking. No soaps in room. We have to ask room service It is very close to airport. It is very convenient for business travelers.

Parking was fiasco, everything else was great. Too crowded hotel.

The week of 21-26 December I also stayed at this hotel. The first stay was much better. I found the 3rd floor extremely noisey with crying babies and an ice machine that could rival any drummer in a rock n roll band. More so, the phone at the desk in my room did not work and making local calls to places like Dominos costed 6.77 on average. That's a local call. Regardless to the fact that I was here for a 5 nights last week, I did not get free internet or a free breakfast this time. Also, the elevators were so slow that lines were forming and it took at times 15 minutes just to go to the lobby. That's not good when you're in a rush to do something and then get to the airport. While the comfort of the bed was wonderful and TV options were fine, I just was disappointed with the noise and phones not working in my room. Also, on both of my bills for both of my stays, I was double-billed for the internet and had internet charges included on the first stay for over $50.00 when I was entitled to free internet. Had I not double checked and spoken up, I would've been paying a lot more. The Front Office needs to pay closer attention to these sorts of details.

very convenient if you want to go to LAX next day of your stay

The LAX Hilton was conveniently located by the airport and was spacious enough for my kids to run around a little bit. I would definitely recommend it.

At check-in, the receptionist told us that the parking fee of $20.00 included the internet fee. The day of check-out, we were presented with a bill for the parking plus internet fees. When I asked why, another receptionist told me that the parking did not include the internet fees but that she would take the internet off our bill: "just for you". This looks like an organized scheme to me. Also, our room was kind of dusty. These two things apart, the hotel was great - conveniently close to the airport, outstanding breakfast (be sure to try the dim sum), great facilities. Oh, and the internet was fast :-)

I stayed only one night waiting for my next flight so I booked the King Suite. I wanted max comfort and convenience so I was prepared to pay more. However, the suite didn't meet my expectations; it was basically two standard rooms merged together. Furthermore, this hotel clearly is not properly integrated with Hotels.com. When I woke up the next morning at 5.30am I found 2 bills on the floor next to my door. The first bill stated I would be charged for the room on my credit card, making me pay for the room for the second time after my prepayment. The second bill indicated to me you shouldn't trust the receptionists at this hotel. When I checked in I told the hotel official I would park only to take my luggage in and then take my car out of the garage. I was there no more than 30 minutes. Still, I was charged $22 for parking. I also was charged for the use of internet, which was supposed to be included in my Hotels.com reservation. Now figure you paid extra to get a convenient and easy stay and you wake up at 5.30am ready for your flight but find out you are about to be charged over $200 for stuff you really should not be paying for. Somehow, I managed to stay calm as I thought this was only a mistake and went to the front desk to resolve the situation. Getting rid of the double charging of the room was pretty easy but the receptionist started to argue I should be paying for my second bill. I told him I wasn't going to pay $22 for 30-minute parking. He insisted I should have returned the validation card after I drove the car out of the garage. Now, when I got the card at check-in I clearly explained my situation. I would understand if I was told the key needed to be returned, although returning the key still would seem absurd. In the end, I managed to get rid of all charges. So I guess I should be happy. Yet, I left the hotel irritated and had pretty much a bad rest of the day.

The parking is a nightmare for the amount they charge. You dont need to go to Disney if you can navigate the turns and drops in this parking lot! They are exciting enough.

We needed an inexpensive hotel room for a night while we were changing planes and this was ideal. Clean, modern, and professional staff. All this on Xmas Eve. Only slightly annoying thing: we went to the movies nearby and called back to the hotel asking for a cab company to use in Culver City. They gave us a company that did not service Culver City! After speaking to a different valet I got a cab company that worked. Finally, they supply a specially-labeled paper bag in the room for recyclables. LOVED that the hotel is getting with the green program...

The Hotel is conveniently located near the airport. It is close to one of the main highways which will get you to all the must see sights. There is not really any place to take a walk outside. Loved the variety of breakfast items offered. The staffing was superb especially in the dining hall.

We really enjoyed the beautiful holiday decorations and was sorry that we only had one day to enjoy them. Your staff out did themselves with the fabulous gingerbread houses. This is the type of hotel that I love. I took pictures and told everyone to stay here when traveling to or thru LA. The room was very nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and courteous. You get 5 stars for sure at this hotel. We will stay here again and hopefully have a longer stay. Thank you for a great time while we were waiting on our next flight out of LA.

Gave us a smoking room on check in without asking or telling us it was. We changed rooms after opening the door. Floor was nasty, room and entire floor smelled like smoke. Changed to non smoking room. Still dirty, expect this for motel not hilton. Checked out and waited 15 mins for valet to get us our car. We waited 5 mins when we first arrived. 3 of them standing around. $30.00 valet fee. NOT RECOMMEND, NASTY hotel. This is a Hilton, get it together management. Clean this up.

front desk service was so great! I lived in Vegas and had major as hospitality mgt. The service is better than expensive Vegas hotel. It was very impressive. location- Kinda hard to find the restaurants what we want. though hotel was good based on price.

My stay at the Hilton was very pleasant. The room amenities were great. I slept well because of the heavier pillows they use. I would definitely stay there again.

What a nice, quiet, and well run this hotel is... The restaurant, breakfast or dinner, does a very nice job with a good selection of food. I had the boulabaise for dinner - the best anywhere. Remember NOT to take a taxi from LAX ($19 minimum charge). The shuttle runs every 10 min or so depending on the time of the day. My room faced North and was well appointed and quiet.
