Rooms need upgraded. Excellent location and grounds.

Hotel room needed updated. Had a funny smell. But location was outstanding. Pool and facilities were outstanding.

Service and staff were great. They upgraded our room, which was perfect since it was our 1-year wedding anniversary; which we were celebrating with our 2-month old baby. Took advantage of the spa which was relaxing. The queen suite has a tiny bed and no hair dryer. Otherwise experiencing the sunset from the balcony with the Gulf view was awesome.

We had a great stay at this hotel. However, we did have servers in two restaurants (the bar where happy hour is & the restaurant out by the pool) where when they took our signed checks they opened the check holder and seemed to look at the tip before leaving the table. It was really awkward and unprofessional feeling. Our entire group was turned off by these servers. Other than that the hotel was great! Tina the concierge was super helpful and gave great recommendations. Loved having breakfast on the porch looking at the ocean every morning!

For the price and the fact that it is a 4 star hotel, it should be better.

Great stay, great professional people, we will be back next christmas...promise ! Love all of you!

If driving & disabled, make known @ gate. Self-park $10/day-$14 valet. Handicapped free to self-park-$10 valet. Breakfast good but valued @ $20. If don't have coupons, look into meal plan or try nearby options. Wave runner rentals from park 1 mi. so. gave us more varied habitat access and 2.5 X the value as on site rental. Nacho Mamas (across st.)has great ahi tuna wanton tacos. Little Bar (10 min. drive) waterfront, varied menu, neat vibe, wk/end band, great stone crabs in season. (Fri. @7:30 had 40 min. wait & well worth it) Even if a long time FL resident, a trip to Everglades City a must (45 min. drive) Airboat tours (most have photo op holding 3'+/-gator w/out mouth taped, Museum, H P Williams Wildlife Park (10' to 12' gators on near bank just under boardwalk, great birding-drive few miles down rd. & you'll see 8 to 10 big gators w/in 20' of bank) Camilla Street Grill is quaint, old FL waterfront w/everything fresh & homecooked (salad greens/flowers cut on order). Only place that sautees gator rather than fries. Have to try Gator/Indian Fry Bread Appetiser. Also recommend clams sauteed in wine & fennel, dolphin salad &, of course, blue crabs. (Also several markets that will sell or pack & ship crabs.) We only had 1/2 a day to spend but so much more to do, kayaking, Bald Cypress, cultural history, bio-diversity...The Hilton provided a great base to be as active as one wanted. You could lie under an umbrella, walk/run the beach, shell, bird, participate in watersports, walk to Art Exhibits, explore Marco, Naples, Tin City, & the Everglades (all w/in less than 45 min. drive.) Temp. in Jan. can be cool but days warm up, views are still spectacular and NO crowds.

It's a beautiful hotel w/ wonderful people working there. We loved the location and were very happy to have some time to rest and relax. The only negative was a couple staying were chain smokers. I thought it was a smoke free facility but there are areas where people can smoke. Of course, they always seemed to be around us. Some times it was bad enough that we had to get off the patio from our room. But, great location, great staff, great food.

The Hotel overall was good, specially the location. The greeting staff was not so qualified. The check inn was like they were trying to get us out of the way fast. They confused our reservation w/ other family members. The spa was nice, the snacks poor... they gave me an orange slice not properly cut, could not eat it because it was mostly skin. No one was ever around in the pool to control towels.

This hotel is a good choice for anyone wanting a base to tour South West Florida. It is one of only three on Marco Island, but is close to many good restaurants, most of which offer a free pick up service. Suits families and has good facilities throughout.

Very nice hotel. Only negative is that i paid in advance for my house guests to stay over the xmas holiday and was charge an additional $10.00 per night for their parking. Include it in the price next time.

We had a great time in Marco Island. We went there because my kids love collecting shells, and the Marco Island beachers are covered with them. The hotel was great, right on the beach. We were happily surprised with the two free buffet breakfasts that we did not know was included. The other hotels on the beach in Marco Island were a lot more expensive. We were very happy with our stay there.

We have been coming here for the last 6 years. We feel at home when we come here. The property is just big enough....not soooo big that you never feel comfortable. Also you can't beat the price especially for being right on the gulf. Almost every room has at least a partial gulf view.

an excellent hotel in an excellent location the rooms were spacious and comfortable and presented in an lovely condition past the pool and pool bar and over a small walkway and onto the wonderful beach, literally 30 seconds walk from leaving the hotel the staff on the whole were friendly and courteous especially the bar and cleaning staff, drinks a bit dear but its what you expect from a hotel like this in this location. the only niggle i had was on recieving the final bill , a charge of 10 dollars a night for car parking, i was supprised and a little disapointed.

My husband and I could not have been happier with the quallity of customer service and the hotel resort. We especially found Bud, the pool coordinator, to be a helpful, friendly and courteous employee. We would definitely come back again. Keep up the good work!

Location is 5 star due to the unbelievable beach and view from the rooms. Poolside bar & restaurant. Cheaper with room service than $$$ breakfast buffet. Great (!!) Italian restaurant across the street. Multiple restaurants in hotels just north including excellent (!!) sushi. Onsite kids area, spa, salon, gym & tennis. Book salon, spa & tennis in advance. Hilton pre-arrival reservation staff was un-cooperative. Front desk were very accommodating & confirmed that we were happy at all times. They did not tell us about hotel amenities upon arrival. Beach cabanas were included which we found out after 3 days from the valet... Kayak rentals, jetski & snorkeling tours available on the beach. Saw dolphins every day ;-))

It was absolutley great.

The loaction was on the gulf. Wonderful gulf view. Hootel staff extremely courteous and friendly. My most memorable experience was at the spa. I had a facial and it was delightful. Go, stay and have a great time. Sunset breath taking!

Don't buy into the gulf view rooms, every room has a gulf veiw. The free breakfeast buffet was no good at all and the service for the buffet was even worse. Not worth the coast.

I cannot speak too highly of this hotel. The staff, accommodation, food, service, facilities and locality are first class. The front of house staff were simply amazing. I will definately revisit this hotel; I wish they were all as good as this and so reasonably priced.

Very Nice Hotel. It was nice to be right on the beach and enjoy free chairs and umbrellas. The mosquitoes were bad but that would be anywhere at any hotel in that area. Very friendly staff. Lobby Chairs and wainting areas not to comfortable.

Had a wonderful time at this stylish resort hotel. All aspect were above expectations with great food and service. Only dissappointment was that in booking a room for 2 adults and 2 children with Breakfast Buffet, we had expected it for all. Apparently the children were not included and we had to pay $30 per day for breakfast for 2 kids - dissappointed that hotels.com do not make this at all clear. Otherwise a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved it here and can not wait to go back. Rooms very clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurants serve delicious food.

You are RIGHT on my favorite beach if you stay here! Honest to goodness, in our three night stay , I found 2 starfish, live conchs, 2 live sand dollars, a leopard crab, saw dolphins swimming (way out though...) and saw pelicans diving and fishing right in front of me many times. I think almost every room has a gulf view! And every room comes with a balcony! The pool was fun, lots of nice people there when we were there. The restaurant was okay, not awesome. But that's fine. I actually expect hotel restaurants to be sub par. I think the staff there is excellent. When we are the restaurant hour server was exceptional! They should have better deals on drinks at the pool. One pina coloda was about $10 and happy hour is at the lame bar inside the hotel. SHOULD be outside! I hate when hotels try to suck you in to a money loser area.

Excellent Hotel , first class food, everything you need for the beach, large rooms, a great stay for a family vacation.

The overall experience was good and we got what we wanted which was relaxation away from our hectic lives. We stayed 4 nights.The hotel is in great location right on the beach. My complaints have to do with the smell of cigarettes in the room. It really bothered me for a couple of days. Seems like the room had not been used recently and the AC not run so it smelled a little. The room itself was clean; the bed comfortable and the maid came every day at the dame time and left clean towels. The food was great and I recommend getting a room with buffet breakfast included. It cost us $3 more a day and the value is $20 a day. Great omelets made to order. The pool was ok. Lots of families with kids. The drinks poolside could be bigger for the $11 they charge. The shells on the beach are awesome. The spa was very nice and offer many services. The couples one day pass was a great value and added to our relaxing experience. We will probably be back again.

Erroneous Charges to credit card for items/services not received and the Bell Hops were very rude. One bell Hop actually snatched a cart out of my grasp and stated that the cart does not go anywhere unless I take it.
