Hilton Pasadena - باسادينا

Hotel was nice, people working at the desk were very nice. Didn't care for the (high) price for parking. Room was nice, except there were a little trash behind the dresser.

Good hotel,very well located and goos service. Only problem was being located in a room next to an outside and noisy generator- in ahotel that was not full. We were in Romm 302

Paying for Internet access and parking just does not make sense any more - if you are catering to the business community you have to understand that it is as essential as a clean comfortable bed!

The hotel is lovery, and the staff is very polite. However, a $75.00 fee for dogs is a bit steep, especially for a one night stay.

This hotel was definately subpar for a Hilton. We had difficulties getting a roll-a-way bed, it took four hours and 3 phone calls to finally have one delivered to our room. Our room was next to the elevators and was noisy all night long. The friendliness and helpfullness of the staff left a lot to be desired. I will use the Hilton chain again, just not at this location.

This hotel was good but they don't tell you about the $21 a day for valet parking or $18 a day for self parking. With no street parking, they kind of have you trapped. You shouldn't have to pay to park if you are paying to sleep there.

My girlfriend and I came in town to run the Santa Anita Derby 5K and attend the the horse races. The hotel staff was kind and welcoming. The immediate area was beautiful. Would recommend this hotel to anybody!

In the bathroom was a list of how the hotel was saving resources. Oddly, the shower was way, way too forceful. Much water being wasted! We are pretty used to restricted water flow shower heads in California, and I was shocked that they were not in use at the Pasadena Hilton.

Facilities were nice, great service at check in counter and valet.

I decided to treat myself a bit from the normal hotels that I stay at and I was impressed with the facilities in general. The room was nice, but I was amazed at how at every turn I was paying for items that I normally take for granted. I was amazed that I had to pay to park my vehicle ($15.00) and to use the wi-fi connection ($9.95) also. I'd probably stay here again, but I'd be prepared for those two items next time!

It was a great experience for my grandson!

This hotel is close to old town pasadena which has many restaurants and beautiful architecture. The "complimentary" shuttle service is only free for a 2 mile radius. Do not plan on taking the shuttle from the airport or farther than 2 miles unless you want to pay more than you would for a taxi or other shuttle services. Also, the king size bed was obviously broken down on one side. I would not have been happy about that if I'd been staying with my spouse.

it so terrible this hotel. ii never go again. Maid came into the room twice without knok. so slow internet speed by charge ten dollar. vallet parking is 21 dollar. so unkind front desk.

The location is wonderful it sit close to nightclubs as well as bars which makes it easy to party and have a good time. While still remembering where the Hotel location is.

From the friendly and helpful valet service to the beautiful room and comfortable bed, this was a great stay and certainly a hotel I would visit again.

I stayed at this hotel while taking the bar exam in February. Very convenient to convention center and shops and appreciated the Starbucks in hotel. Was only peeved because they charge $9.95 a night for Internet access which is completely unreasonable. Other than that- the staff was pretty courteous and kind.

Unless you are going for a convention/conference hosted on site, this hotel is not really worth the money. We thought we got a good deal but we got the shocker of $18/day for parking. I like the location of the hotel close to the Lake Ave and Colorado Blvd shopping and restaurant districts. Other than these positive aspects, I had better experience at other area hotels for lesser total cost/night.

Clean and a nice bed.

We enjoyed our short time there. The beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to shops, resturants, etc. - all within walking distance. Overall was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend to everyone. We are planning on coming back soon.

The standout here is the thoughtful and friendly staff, helpful without being obtrusive. The pool is heated and is surrounded by iconic Southern California palms. And the location is handy for Pasadena events (convention center is around the corner).

I've had much better experiences at the Sheraton right around the block. My business in town called for me to extend my stay an extra night and I actually packed and moved to the Sheraton.

This hotel is kind of old. I don't like it that they charge $18 more for parking and $10 more for WIFI, but everything else was OK.

I live in Orange County and needed a stay over place since I had gatherings in San Gabriel Valley on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I'm so glad I stayed at the Hilton rather than driving all the way back down to OC. Staff was extremely accommodating and hotel very nice and comfortable!

We arrived late in the evening and our room had adjoining rooms on each side, filled with people we did not know. The people were loud and we could clearly hear the conversations even with the tv on low. No late room service. Thank goodness for the Japanese delivery close by which the hotel does give info and will deliver a menu to your room.

Everthing at this hotel was nice except the parking. Parking was expensive and you have to park on the upper levels making it very inconveniate for the hotel guests. The attached bank and office building have all the first floors of parking so prepare to go a long way and down stairs if you self park.

I have been a frequent guest at this hotel over the past 12 months but am considering a change. The service has significantly declined from the valet to the front desk to the bar/restaurant. It is as if some internal change has impacted the staff. The absence of smiles, the lost "can do" attitude, the general demeanor of people...however you wish to describe it...it is not good. The location is good and the rooms are adequate. There are several hotels in Pasadena that can claim these. I returned because the service staff had an outstanding attitude toward guests. With that lost, it is time to sample the Westin down the street.

Don't forget the parking charges.....these hoteliers are so desperate for revenue that they have the parking charges trumped up....I mean reall\y, 18-20% of the total room cost for my car?!! This somehting I think Hotels.com should negotiate as part of their value proposition. Thanks.

We were visiting Caltech and decided to stay at the Hilton, It was one of the nicer Hiltons I've stayed at, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again should I need to visit Pasadena.

Room service food was very good- Very nice housekeeping staff- all staff very friendly and accommodating- an overall great stay!

We enjoyed a nice overnight stay at the Pasadena Hilton, good central location if your visiting the northern area of Los Angeles

Great hotel in the centre of Pasadena, the only things wrong with this hotel are the $18 a day parking fee and the $5 minimum charge for use of the internet in the business centre. I also Stayed at the Hilton phoenix where these facilities were free.
