Could hear the elevator all day long, and I wasn't even close to it. Rm 1148, around the corner and down the hall. Avoid it if you can.

Paid for a very good room, then needed to take dog at last minute, got small, stained carpeted cramped room. Evening restaurant staff indifferent, bar staff rude. Will never stay again. There are far more luxurious hotels nearby that take dogs but don't charge premium prices for subpar amenities. V disappointed all round.

Service - EXCELLENT in all aspects of the stay!!!

Great location great hotel

Overall, I was satisfied with this hotel. Hotels.com got me a good price on a room with a large bed and comfortable furnishings. Everything was clean and very pretty. The cost of internet was very high and they do not offer affordable parking, which is unfortunate. The restaurants around are all relatively high end for basic dinner. You have to walk a ways to get to cheaper dinner places, but there are a lot of good breakfast and lunch options right by the hotel. It has a beautiful entrance. The service in the evening upon check in was very very good, but the concierge was a little rude (talking on her phone while I waited to get my bag) for many minutes.

The location of the hotel is great and so convenient to everything downtown. The room was clean and spacious for the two of us. The staff service was underwhelming (outside of housekeeping who was very nice and courteous). We had to get our room keys rekeyed 3 times in one day and every time we went down to the front desk there were 1-2 other people/couples complaining about something else with their stay.

Other guests were up all night partying and I got zero sleep, it was a Saturday night in the city but I mean the other guests were out of control, and I don't believe security came up once!! Very unfortunate!! Also the breakfast was ridiculous!

The location is great, the rooms are very average and both the toilet and door lock needed repair during our stay. Parking is extra and pricey, as is internet which does not work very well.

Not thrilled w/the Portland Hilton...Asked if we could upgrade from two double beds to two queen beds, was no told NO, w/out any explanation. ( I am guessing because we booked it through Hotels.com.).. Service was OK,but had to ask for more towels b/c they only gave us 2, for the 4 of us. This hotel was more expensive than any of the others we stayed in this week, and no continental breakfast. or anything extra was offered. The smaller hotels offer much more and were more helpful and courteous.

Good place for a good price. The room was fine but wasn't big and lacked the character of a top-end hotel. Plus I was close to the elevator and could hear its bell and people talking.

Nice hotel. The bad..parking was a hassle. Valet park worth the money. Typical large city downtown crowded with people,homeless,begging for money. But very nice hotel.

I specifically requested a Q/Q. The room type was not available when I got there. They gave me a roll-away...not ideal.

the room was surprisingly small. Hard for two people to walk around at the same time. I guess you get what you pay for. It was half of what we usually pay for a room at other Hotels in Downtown Portland.

They hotel is a great location when you want to go shopping. And when you'r in Oregon, it's hard not to, there's no sales tax! The only thing that I noticed is that the rooms did not have refrigerators. It didn't bother me but heads up on that.

Overall I was pleased with the stay. I was a little annoyed at having to pay for internet service as I am a Hilton Honors member.

I didn't even take my car out of the garage...the valets were the true stars of this short overnight stay. Friendly and quick. Great with directions to all my destinations. Good value. Wish I had access to wifi.

The staff indicated the room was wheelchair accessible but it was hard to enter and no room within the room to move about, Couldn't get the wheelchair in the bathroom. Requested a shower chair 3 times from front desk but it never came. Housekeeping staff couldn't speak English to understand.

had a great stay here fast check in and check out, nice clean rooms beds were comfortable rooms are a little on the small side but didn't mind it being it was only for 1 night awesome location was seeing a show at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall its pretty much across the street would stay here again

Terrific location, steps from everything; very good and efficient service; only issue was the AC/fan in the room. For such a fancy hotel, it deserved to be quieter. Not an issue, but there's no self-parking at the Executive Tower. Everything else was great.

The Hilton in downtown Portland was completely up to our expectations. The room, building and facilities were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near food and shopping. Most of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, albeit one issue with parking. We paid to park at the hotel for the duration of our stay, but were told on our last night that the hotel parking was closed for use of a party. This caused an inconvenience, but there were other public parking garages nearby, which turned out to be half as much as parking at the hotel. Although we were overcharged, the staff reimbursed us for the extra parking fee. We would stay again.

This is our fourth stay at the Hilton. I've been overall satisfied with the stay. A couple of points, wifi is not free in the room. Only in the lobby. I feel wifi should be included. Also, during my last stay, the air was very dry. So much so that sleeping was bothersome at night.

Overall, the hotel was nice, but we "upgraded" to be in the tower and were disappointed to discover that the hot tub and sauna are located in the other building. There is a pool and some workout equipment in the tower, but the original building has a much nicer pool and a wider variety of equipment. True, we were allowed to use those facilities, but it meant going outside and across the street to get there.

We stay at this hotel for a weekend each year to have fun in downtown Portland for some Christmas fun with friends. As always the hotel is clean and staff fantastic. Even allowed us to check in at 10:30 in the morning due to our early arrival. The underground garage is easy to access if you need to get to you car. Rooms are clean with views of downtown. The best thing of all for us is the convenience to everything in downtown. You are only a block from Pioneer Square and the Max line for getting around, three blocks from the cable car for heading to the Pearl District or the other direction to the OHSU tram and south waterfront and Six blocks from walking to the waterfront. Will stay here again next year!

Good location with the usual Hilton comfort. There is a gym and a small saline pool (~15m). Stay at 1560 which is right at the lift landing.

Checked me in early which was so helpful & Hilton's accommodating service. Room was clean but older decor. Public transport everywhere. I love Portland.
