Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre - إنديانابوليس

The hotel is in an older building that needs many upgrades. The staff is considerate by ordinary standards but they need further training to compare with the staff at the better hotels (even most Sheraton hotels). There are few stores in the immediate neighborhood and even the local CVS closes early.

We were at a convention at the Convention center and we enjoyed the walk every day from the hotel. It was very convient for us. Horel staff very nice and also the maid service.

A comfortable hotel just off the Circle making everything downtown easily accessible. Parking was right next door and plenty of food and drinking establishment within walking distance. We took in a show at the Murat which was a decent walk but about as close as you can get.

Great location, great room, and a pool!

Stayed at this hotel during the GayPride Festival in downtown Indy. The location was perfect for "walking distance" to the event and the rooms were excellent! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful!! Thanks for a fantastic weekend!

A great location, and a good hotel except that there is no WI-FI in the rooms!

There for a convention but downtown Indy offers so much. Restaurants like Mo's and PJ Chang's and Dubu de Bippe's are fantastic. Downtown Indy IS the place to enjoy great food with friends, It has it all from Stadiums, to Theaters. I have stayed at 5 of the great hotels down there in the last year or two and the Sheraton out did themselves. Wonderful people, great food(try the ribs) a reasonable pricing. I'll do that again. Thank you Sheraton for a wonderful stay. In the words of the "Terminator", I'll be back !

Our stay was wonderful, we were in the King suite, close to Circle Center Mall. Couldn't have been better. It was our 48th wedding anniversary.

Excellent rooms, easy parking, nice clean hotel close enough to Conseco Fieldhouse to walk to the concert. my only complaint is that the soap, shampoo etc. had an added fragrance and I have very sensitive skin. I would certainly tell friends to stay there and we would stay again but I'll bring my own toiletries next time.

I travel to Indy for work and have stayed at this location a handful of times. Recently though the quality has gone down hill. The bathroom was fairly dirty (places that you do not want it to be) and the room was cold, after trying to turn up the heat and still being cold-they said the trick was just to turn of the unit and that heats up the room: Who would of thought. Breakfast also lacks for what you pay: Although the waiter(s) are very nice and do a good job.

No hot Water on the hotel due to some piping reparation until 6 pm i had to go a meeting smeing bad ! hugh

The only complaint I have is that our room was right next to the elavator and I could hear it all night. Other than that it was great.

The Sheraton was the nicest hotel. It was very clean and the staff was exceptional. I loved our room and the view was great. We ate breakfast both mornings in the fabulous restaurant and the food was great. There was a waiter in the restaurant that made our stay even better. It was my 50th birthday and he made it soo special. The hotel even sent us complimentary breakfasts for both days. wow. it was great. Will stay here every time I come to Indianapolis. Highly recommend!! I thought we were in a 5 star hotel.

We stayed one day at the hotel. Beds where comfortable, room was clean. Great location near all the Indy sights and good restaruants close by.

The only concerns were minor: the parking garage ticket machine wasn't working, and the front desk didn't have all the correct answers. Also, the toilet seat didn't stay up, so a guy had to hold it...Just awkward, but not worth complaining about. Overall, great. Location is perfect, and the view was photo-worthy. :)

We were only in Indianapolis one night for a concert. We found this location to be convenient to everything, you could walk everywhere you wanted to go. Room was very, very nice and definitely that of an upscale hotel. Only issue we had was hotels.com indicated parking was less expensive than the hotel charged. Even with that, it was a great experience.

This is a very nice hotel especially for the price we paid on that Friday night. The only down side is the $23 for parking. But other than that, it was a very nice room and we were very pleased.

Where to start? Valet service so backed up we parked ourselves. Third floor of a very dingy, broken concrete stairs garage. Waited over a half hour for elevator, never came, gave up, had to walk down 3 1/2 flights with luggage, stroller and a 4 yr old. Check in staff reaction?, "elevators aren't our problem". Waited another 1/2 hour for elevator to 16th floor. Asked staff for directions to Childrens Museum, they couldn't even find it on the internet, they just had no clue. Even the internet is 12.00. You are much better off with the Hilton chain of hotels, even Comfort Inn's have free internet. All in all a very disappointing stay, definately not worth the money we paid for it.

This Hotel turned off water at 10:00 PM on the night of my stay.. Nothing was mentioned of this at check-in. I rec'd a note slid under the room door around 7:30 PM with this wonderful news. I found this extremely annoying and so very unacceptable. When speaking to the manager on-call, they blamed it on the city. However, the city had given them notice earlier that morning.. So it appears that it would be their duty to relay this to customers at check-in.. Rather than collect fees for a stay with "No Water".. Unprofessional ......

This is a great hotel located in the center of the city -within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and social activities. We stayed in a suite. It was wonderful with a spectacular view.

Great hotel. Excellent location with easy walking distance to everything from Mass Ave - Circle Center Shopping and many restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Our room was excellent - on the 11th floor overlooking Monument Circle - just beautiful!

We were in town for a supercross race that, coincidentally was the same weekend as the Big10 tournament. When we arrived to check in at 3:15 (check in starts at 3), the housekeeping staff was still trying to catch up from the checkouts and a room with two double beds was unavailable. However, the desk clerk was very friendly, pleasant, and accomodating, and there was a room available very shortly. A great place with a good location, although it seemed that the a/c was not as effective as we would have liked in the room.

It was perfectly located in heart of Indy. Guest services and staff were cordial. Great deal for the luxury.

This hotel is need of a renovation. It's far from modern. People are nice who work there and it's in a good location, lots of good restaurants close by. The weight room is horrible. Couple of treds, maybe one bike, no space! Bad news. If you're doing shoulder press, you're hitting the ceiling with the weights. Room is just old. Place is mediocre at best.

The rates were excellent and it was in easy walking distance of great places to eat and where I needed to go to conduct business. Great staff, very clean, had a great stay.

We showed up to the hotel, and the valet employees were right inside the door. They did not come out to help get our bags out. We had to walk inside to and hand the keys to them. The front desk employees were not welcoming, and on top of it, the heat in our room did not work. I did express my concerns to the manager, and he did take off our $25.00 parking charge off. Overall, my husband and I will not be back to this hotel. We have stayed at a couple different hotels downtown Indy, and this hotel was out only bad experience.

The Sheraton is in a great location of downtown Indianapolis. However my biggest complaint is towards the room. The room was extremely cold and as much as I would adjust the thermostat, it continued to be cold. I called the front desk, but nothing was done about it. Also when I booked my room, I made sure that it had a refridgerator, and when I went up to my room it did not. When I called the front desk about that, they said it would an additional charge per day. They informed me that there is an ice machine on my level and I could help myself to as much ice as I want. When I did go to the ice machine, that itself was not working. I again called the front desk and they said that a maintenance personnel will be there to look at it. However if I want ice, I can go to any other floor to get some. That was a huge incovenience for me and to top it off, the ice machine was never repaired during my stay. I had to make many trips to other floors for ice. I would never stay at this hotel again. I make routine trips to Indianapolis and have stayed at a variety of hotels and this is by far the worst one.

My wife and I went away for a random weekend getaway. The hotel was reasonably priced. Also, it was in a great location within walking distance of most places. We walked to a few bars and restaurants and also went to a Pacers game. All hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint of the hotel would be internal noise. By this, I mean that you heard other guests' doors shut, people talking, cleaning carts rolling., etc. We would stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean and the staff, especially the night staff were very helpful and welcoming. The view from our window of the downtown Christmas lights was beautiful. It is close to many restaurants as well as shopping and museums. We did not enjoy the sound of the person next door snoring most of the night.

Only complaint is that parking is $23, especially when directly across the street it is offered at $12. I actually found free street parking 1 block away. Rom was beautiful - looked out on the Circle!

Booked room to make a 16 hour drive shorter, and had never ben to Indianapolis. The room was great, very clean, staff was polite and helpful, and parking was convenient. The heater was a little louder then I would have preferred, and the connecting door made it easy to hear your neighbor. Over all though it was a great room, for its price and location. Would stay again, if we ever pass through there again.

Can't beat this hotel for it's cleanliness, and it's proximity to the middle of the city (i.e. Washington and Meridian). Probably my only complaint is how they censor websites that they allow you to browse from their wifi (which isn't even free!!) I can't think of anything more un-American than censoring the wifi that your guest are paying for.

Great location and friendly staff. Room was comfortable with great views of Monument Square.
