Over good, friends forgot some pillows there and the can't find them

Other than the pop machines did not work on 3 floors, we were very satisfied with this hotel and will be returning in the near future.

I was overall satisfied with my stay. I had a beautiful view of the monument on the circle. It would be nice upon checking in or in the room to have a list of the events in the city - like the fact that there was a concert on the circle that evening. Also, there is no information in the room about the restaurant/breakfast/bar at the hotel other than room service. Information about this would be helpful as well. Also, $12/night for WiFi is pretty ridiculous in 2012 when it is pretty much standard everywhere else. Glad I had my smartphone with me!

I was dissatisfied with the service at the hotel. I found three prices significantly cheaper and the hotel refused to honor it because I got it through hotels.com. The staff was unfriendly at the check-in desk. We had 2 bath towels in our room which was frustrating, but the price match really rubbed me the wrong way and I will never use hotels.com or stay at the Sheraton again.

The service here was great, and all of the staff was VERY nice. We stayed with two dogs. It was so refreshing to stay at a nice hotel with the dogs--so many of the hotels that take dogs are total dumps. This hotel is definitely the exception--we cannot say enough great things about our stay!

Very pleased with cost and stay.

Great hotel-great price! Employees were friendly and the room was amazing! Very comfortable beds! Definitely give this place a try- you won't be disappointed.

VERY NICE HOTEL HAD A GREAT SATY AND VERY NICE MEAL AT ONE OF THE LOCAL STEAK HOUSES, ONLY BAD MARK WAS THE WATER RUNNING OUT OF A WASTE PIPE ABOVE THE ICE MACHINE...

Circle Center is nearby. Many stores are available for shopping. People in this city is very nice.

television screen would get stuck and sound would carry on...so we would have to turn the tv on and off to get the tv to work every 2-3 minutes. We were also woken up at 7 am by construction on the street.

Terrific staff at this convenient downtown location. Walk to most destinations in the area is easy and interesting. IUPUI campus is 6 blocks and a pleasant walk. Used room service ..food was excellent especially fresh fruit. Hallways could use better lighting, but rooms were nicely furnished and updated. Walls between rooms could also use better sound proofing...perhaps a layer of cork along one side of the adjoining rooms would do it.

The stay was great no problems with room I did have a problem paying to park at the hotel parking garage when i am staying at that hotel..

Hotel had no A/C for two days and nights and was very uncomfortable. When mentioned to front desk they didn't have much to say and offered nothing for inconvenience.

My stay was very quiet and relaxing , loved the overall of the hotel very nice if you gt business to handle downtown, perfect stay.

Checked in within 5 minutes and we received a free upgrade to a suite. Service was excellent and my wife and I enjoyed breakfast in the hotel the next morning. Would diffently stay here again!

Can't beat the location and overall price. Parking is $25 overnight, which was reasonable considering superbowl week. Close to all downtown and Mass ave events.

The location is excellent as it is close to all downtown events. It is an older hotel which is an excellent buy for the rate. I would stay there again as I like the price and the location.

Pick something closer....walk too far in colder weather although the taxis only charge $5.00 to anywhere in the city. Only complaint was that the toilet seat would not stay up which meant you had to touch it and it would fall down as you were getting up! Countertop out too far-commode nestled underneath too far back. weird situation-but clean and well kept.

While I was able to find a hotel within walking distance of the convention center, it left a bad taste in my mouth. First of all the heating in the room was horrible. We had the heat set at 75 and were still cold. Vents were above the door. The water for showers was HORRIBLE!!! It would cold then hot/then cold again. Never a consistent temperature. The walls were half primered. On Sunday night came back from our event and went to get wine at the bar - Out of 2 different types of wine....How does a bar not have back up bottles. I stopped there every night for 3 days for a night cap and never more than 2people in the bar. Aside from the above, the room was clean and close to the convention center.

I stayed at the hotel for three days. the location is great. Front desk service was fair. On the third day, when we came to our room, the room was not cleaned, the bed was not made, there were no clean towels. we had to call in the middle of the night to ask for clean towels, which was provided to us. This was the worst experience in a Sheraton Hotel...

The staff of this hotel were wonderful! There were a few tiny glitches and they made up for them ten times over. They helped us celebrate and saved us a ton of money. We loved our weekend!

My wife and I spent a long weekend in Indy Christmas shopping. Our room, 1123, had a magnificent view of Monument Circle with the Christmas lights. Front desk personnel were extremely helpful and efficient. Room was standard, functional and very clean. We were having trouble finding a downtown hotel, but Hotels.com found us this one at a great rate. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value,decent location (it is NOT connected to the Circle City mall) and wonderful hotel staff. All in all I rate this hotel highly.

King Bed was only available next to the elevators. Sounded like a subway train all night. Lobby service was weak at best and service was mediocre. I'm a SPG member but this was only 3 Star at best.

comfortable, clean, good location, great restraunt, friendly. Parking should be provided for the guests.

So close to Everything, Center Mall, Sight seeing, Lucas Oil Stadium, Night Life.....even had a Horse & carriage ride & dropped us off at the front doors of the Sheraton!! Such a Great Hotel, in a Great City! Loved It!!

Clean and friendly. In heart of downtown and close to several bars and shops. View of the circle from room. Would stay again.

Just awesome. I was in town for the monumental mini marathon with my wife. Was met by a very friendly Kara, I think that was her name.

I booked this hotel because i was running the Indianapolis marathon the next day, the hotel was very clean located close to everything comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful

First of all, I was searching for the room service menu. I opened the nightstand drawer and found a drawer full of condoms and one empty package. There was a hair in the bath tub. The room was so cold. I jacked the heat up to 80 and the air was still cool. Also, check out is at noon and I called down to ask for a late check out. I was told the latest they would let me check out was 12:30. I said can I please check out at 1? Absolutely not! They would not budge beyond 12:30. Extremely disappointing stay and I have stayed there several times before.

The hotel was nice except for the leak in the window. It did not get anything wet in our room, but it was causing mildew to form on the window sill The room was comfortable and very convienent for us to walk to the Colts game.

this hotel was great. the staff was extremely friendly and it was so simple to check in and out. my room was clean and had a nice view. extremely close to all downtown attractions and our diner reservations were extremely close by. Good proximity to shopping, restaurant and bars. Order room service for dessert and it was quick, delicious and the waiter who brought the food was so polite. great price, great place, definitely the only place to stay downtown.

This hotel is in a great location- near to practically anything you would want to see, and many places to eat- most all in walking distance. Nicely appointed rooms, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. My only complaint was the noise level in our particular room. We were in a room that had a door connecting it to the adjacent guest room. We were awakened both nights of our stay to the conversation of the guests next door. They were not being very loud, just that the connecting door is not well insulated and allows even the sound of an ordinary conversation to seep into your room, as if you are right there with them! I would highly recommend making sure you do not have a room like this before your stay! Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay!

You can't beat the Sheraton for friendly service and great clean rooms. I will definitely come back again.
