Parsippany Hilton Hotel - بارسيباني

I scheduled a room for a weekend convention. I booked the room online and it stated that breakfast would be FREE with the room. Upon checking in, I asked the clerk about the breakfast and if I needed a coupon for the breakfast, only to be informed that breakfast isn't available on weekends in the concierge lounge.! The lady I was attending the convention with and I ended up paying $16 each for a buffet breakfast. Disappointing!

No heat in hall outside of ballroom-where our company was exhibiting. Asked hotel staff several times to put on heat with no success.

For the purpose of our visit to New Jersey, the hotel was well located, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is definitely dated and in need of a real renovation, lobby and guest rooms. We enjoyed our stay.

The overall experience was fine, price was good, very clean and well maintained and believe it or not the smoking rooms didn't actually smell like smoke....a plus even for us smokers. The breaksfast buffet left something to be desired at 15.00 dollars a person (not worth it). The hotel wasn't located near any restaurants only a Wendy's behind the hotel, but if you're not from there you can easily get lost. Also, the WiFi was not included in room price and cost extra.

We enjoyed are stay very much and will stay there again in te future, The hotel staff was very nie and helpfull.

The stay at the hotel was great. The only thing I would have liked changed was the price of the room. It would have been nice if the hotel was more accomidating with the price for one night. Especially knowing that I had a room reserved a month in advance which I cancelled a day before but showed up in the system.

I stay at the Parsippany Hilton once or twice a year, and each time I find myself pleased with the overall experience. The hotel staff, specifically the front desk personnel and the waiters at Olive Restaurant are incredibly friendly and curteous, and most of the time they go out of their way to assist. The room is always pleasant and clean upon arrival.

Just average. Nothing to write home about.

The hotel had a huge amount of people staying at the time of our stay. The catered very well considering the amount of small children that were there.

I loves it, but the only reason it got a low score on comfotability is that the hotel turned off the air conditioner, and it was so hot in the hotel room we had to open the windows, it was a little uncomfortable

My husband and I have a tradition of staying at a nice hotel on New Years Eve. The things I look for are a restaurant on site, indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. This hotel had plenty of parking, and lobby was very clean. Personnel at the front desk were very friendly and professional. You walk past a nice lounge area and bar on the way to your room. This is where my good experience ended. My room was very outdated, the closet door was off the track, there was only one robe provided, and the room was roasting and we could not get the air on...only more heat. We did eat at the Ruth's Chris Steak House which was very good. In the morning we packed up our things and went down for breakfast, which found out was only complimentary for certain guests. I was very dissappointed....we paid quite a bit for the room. I would never reccommend this hotel to anyone.

For us wasn't even 2 star hotel.

The hotel staff was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The restaurant on site, Ruth's Crist, was wonderful. Great food, great service. When in the area in the future, we definitely will stay at this hotel.

Good hotel; Clean, Convenient to central northern New Jersey; near interchanges with Rt 287; Rt 80; Rt 10; Rt 46; Rt 24.

This hotel does not live up to the Hilton brand. List of my complaints: thermostat does not work - it was set to a comfy 70 but the temp was more like an 85 and there was no way to adjust the temp; tiny and puny trash cans; no free internet; no refrigerator; no microwave; no ice in the ice-maker; food was way overpriced; and list goes on an on. long story short, low-priced motels offer more convenience and free amenities that this one.

I was at the Hilton for a wedding and they allowed me to check in super early so that was convenient. The room was beautiful and everything was in working order. The only thing that I had a problem with was the noise level at night. My room overlooked the pool, which was nice during the day, but at night, when trying to sleep, a huge problem. Loud music was played all night with people screaming. My sleep was really disturbed. Other than that, this hotel was great.

the bathroom has a pocket door and makes a lot of noise when trying to close. The food was very expensive and not worth it. the hotel layout is strange, a lot of walking to get to your room. The front desk people are very helpful and nice.It is a hotel for single travelers or business people. It isnot very comfortable for couples. I think the Hampton Inn next door would be a better value.

Business area location, very quiet, clean, with helpful and friendly staff. Spacious and well appointed rooms.

The only reason I stayed in this hotel was because I was attending a convention that was taking place there. The food was way overpriced, the restaurant closed too early, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. In room internet was too expansive and was offered in 24 hour increments which was inconvenient because I ended up being in my room for only a couple hours other then sleeping. I got a great deal off of hotels.com, had I paid anymore for it I would have been annoyed. I would stay here again only if I was attending a convention and could get a great deal.

Prepaid room but still have to charge debit card 60 per night plus tax - didnt' see this up front - 10 internet charge - no hair dryer, micro or refrigerator in room.

Very friendly staff. Early check-in! Good size rooms. Exactly what was expected. Great location easy access to major highways.

This hotel provides superior customer service with clean, comfortable rooms! Banquet facilities, meeting area, spa, indoor/outdoor pools, lighted parking lot, secure entrances, fine dining restaurant and casual dining for "on the go". Would recommend to a friend.

This hotel is very comfortable, clean, and convenient.

I recently stayed at the Parsippany Hilton because my High School held its reunion there, and I was coming from out of town. The hotel is very classy and elegant, and my room was very nicely appointed. The bed was excellent. However neither the TV nor the thermostat worked. I wasn't concerned about the TV because I knew I wouldn't be in the room hardly at all. The thermostat issue went unnoticed until I came back and wanted to sleep. The room seemed hot and there was nothing I could do to make the temperature change. Thus I had a terrible night of sleep. I could have called, but that would have probably represented an hour of sitting up while they tried to fix it, and its unlikely they could have been fixed it anyway at midnight on a friday night. So buyer beware -- if you decide to stay there, I recommend immediately checking everything in the room to assure it works.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, very nice workout and pool facilities, really nice parklike surroundings.

Good hotel. Clean rooms, comfy bed. Some hall noise at like 3 a.m. but was probably an unruly guest not hotel staff. Relatively easy to get to, GPS got confused here and there but hey, not even a GPS can get your through Jersey. Nice hotel.

Overall the hotel stay was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and it was in a nice part of town. My only complaint was that we had to ask for clean towels after the first day.
