Nice hotel, however the carpet was a wet spot in front of the mirror and the bathroom faucet leaked. I did like way the TV channel selection worked.

We really enjoyed our stay in Dallas and would definitely recommend the your hotel and stay there again ourselves.

Yes the hotel was clean. BUT...was very loud. We were at a end room 306for to be specific. Everytime some one shut their door across the hall or even next door and half way down the hall to the elevators. OUR door rattled like someone was knocking ALL FREACKING NIGHT LONG. Air conditioning was going out..sounded like it was going to fall off the wall while we slept in our Full size beds. Plez some get a clue family of 3 or 4 can not have a good night sleep on a bed made for 1 good size man or two very small kids. GET SOME QUEENS FOR YOUR DBL ROOMS. last but not least the toilet gurgled all night and ran continusly. Once at 2am i had to take thei back off to fix the plunger some the tank would fill up an quit running.

Is very good for shooping because everything surround you

Room was very clean. Although my husband and I got locked in our room for about 15 minutes. The door lock was jammed. We did receive free parking as a part of the package, which is normally an additional $10. Although we were unable to park in the lot because there were no parking spaces. They may of had extra cars due to the fact the gate was out of order so anyone in the area could park for free in the lot. We had to pay for parking in a lot across the street. Which did not sit well for two women having to walk alone at night from one lot to another.

Attention needs to be paid to the swimming pool.

Everything was fine, great location. The door man did mean mug us which I felt was very rude.

The room was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part of our stay at this hotel by far was the Breakfast! They had everything you could ever want all fresh and hot. Overall we were very satisfied.

Excellent hotel. Wonderful attention and great breakfast buffet.This was our second stay at the Sheraton by the galleria and for sure we will come back.

The only set back was the construction nearby, but we were compensated for half off parking and complimentary wi-fi. The continental breakfast was niiice!

Booked a room at the Sheraton for a weekend of fun with my family. The hotel is lovely. The negatives were that the bathrooms are kind of small and we had a little trouble operating the tv in our room. Also, there is no mini fridge! All in all, me and my family will definitely stay there again!

It was just okay. The room that they put us in had a really weird sewage smell. We had to ask them to put us in another room (they did and also gave us 2 coupons worth $10 each to use at the restaurant there). Everything looks rundown. One of the elevators was not working properly. The only positive thing I could say about it is that it is a block away from the Galleria Dallas and not too far from downtown Dallas. Sorry, but I would not recommend this hotel unless you want something close to the Galleria mall without paying an arm and a leg for it.

First of all, I think that paying $10/day to park ONSITE at any hotel that isn't located in a downtown area, is just ridiculous. Second, if you're going to charge me this nuisance fee, at least get your parking gates/meters sorted out so that my room key will actually allow me to enter/exit! Not once during my stay did it operate properly as promised. I was even late for a dinner meeting because I couldn't get out of the parking lot and had to go back inside and get the keycard recoded. And it STILL DIDN'T WORK when I returned to the parking lot! Third, there is so much construction on I-635/LBJ that getting onto the interstate is just a massive pain with the re-routing of the roads, etc. Will definitely return to my preferred hotel of choice a mile away where parking is free, hotel staff is more accomodating and access to the main roads is far superior!

Our junior suite was really nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Way too much construction in the area, no nearby restaurants, hotel food ridiculously high as expected. Overall I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel its self and room was very clean very nice i think the only problem was that when returning back to our room after a night out with my husband around 1:30 in the morning there was no parking left so when i went in to ask were to park the guy at the front desk was annoyed with my question and very rudely told me down the block on the street at that time people were coming in from a night out also very upset that there was no parking, so needless to say we findly parked two blocks away along with about 10 more cars that was the only down fall other than that its a great hotel for the price and breakfast was very good !!

Overall, a pretty nice place. Front desk staff pleasant and efficient. First room we were sent to was directly across from the elevators. I immediately called down to see if there was another room available and was accomidated, they even sent someone up with the new room cards so we didn't have to lug our stuff downstairs to the lobby. Our room faced the interstate so I was expecting traffic noise, but wasn't bothered by it at all. Only negative that comes to mind is the bathroom was pretty small. Breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from: 3-4 choices of fruit, yogurt, eggs, potatoes, muffins, etc.
