Great time and good service. Rooms has nice upgrades and flat screen TV's. I enjoyed the fitness center and short walk or cab ride to great restaurants and entertainment. Each cab ride was less than $10.00

Loved this hotel! It was a short trip as we were seeing a concert - -very impressed at how close we were to the Air Canada Center!! We were able to walk over and back afterwards. Room was spacious and clean! Service was great! Bed was truly heavenly!! Slept very well!!

I have stayed @ this hotel before & love the location, close to transportation & close to shopping. Parts of the hotel were under construction & had some mis-communications about the room cleaning but overall was a pleasant stay.

All in all it was good, the only aspect I didn't agree with was having to pay for internet service and that service was poor. Low bandwidth and speed, unless your sending an email or chatting (anything text) you wouldn't have proper connection. (ex: video streaming, download)

The hotel staff were among the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Excellen at accommodating our needs even after we checked out. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere. We took a $10 cab ride to the eaton centre but walked back. Short distance to any sporting event you plan on seein and tons of restaurants near by. Also met a sports announcer in the lobby and have heard many out of town players stay at this hotel.

hotel.com site stated that self parking is $20 when accually it has changed to $30 and is a short walk from hotel. other than that the westin is great. good location, nice rooms, excellent pool and exercise room and close to downtown

We stayed at this hotel as it was close to ACC. Overall, we did have a nice stay. I dropped something on the floor and went to pick it up and noticed how filthy it was under the bed, but other than that, the room appeared to be neat and tidy. We had a wonderful view and we would stay there again. Next time we will take advantage of the amenities.

Unfortunate circumstances prompted me to request a change of room and after having paid extra, they placed me in a smaller room than the one I had. It did not have the same city/lake view and the room felt a little "cramped".

Got a decent deal on a stay here and gave it a shot. Had a great time. Clean and modern but not too stuffy.

There was a pizza box in the trash can when we got to our room..the parking rates were a little high..the conceirge was great...

Ihave been to this hotel on several occasions, and I will continue to be a customer as long as I receive the I have received in the past

My husband and I stayed at the Westond Harbpur Castle for one night on March 17, 2012. I was shocked by the service I received and I will never reccomend this hotel to any of my family or friends. My first complaint was the lack of vallet parking. I am three months pregnant andone of the reasons I chose this hotel was because I am unable to walk far distances. We arrived at the hotel at 5:30PM to the pleasant surprise of a full parking lot. We were that are only other option was to park (three blocks) from the hotel and because of this extreme inconvenience pay a mere $10 less than what vallet would have been. Secondly, our room was extremely loud. I was woken up three times in the night by guests in the next room, which I find shocking due to the fact that I requested a quiet floor. I understand that the hotel should not be responsible for other guests but placing my husband and I beside a group of loud people was completely uncalled for. Never will I stay at the Weston Harbour Castle again.

Love this place. Great and helpfull staff. View from the room was fantastic. Very reasonable rate for the quality and location.

We could see the CN tower, Air Canada Centre and the CN tower from our 30th floor window. We were too busy to check out the restaraunts in house, but will try again with a less hectic schedule. This place rocks !

We enjoyed ordering room services and the restaurants in the hotel. All the staff were accommodating and able to answer any questions. Really appreciated the coupon for turning down the housekeeping services. The only negative was a few items in the bathroom were broken.

Even though the hotel is under going some renovations, it is still very luxurious and a nice place to stay

Our first night the room was terrible, small and we could hear people in the next room as well as in the corridor. When we arrived, there was a room service tray and bottles on the floor by the room next door... it was still there the next day. We did speak to the manager and we moved to the south tower to a much larger and quieter room. However, the parking was forty dollars a day and they also charged for internet and also to fax or print....not at all impressed with being nickle and dimed....we'll stay elsewhere on our next visit to Toronto.

The location is perfect, take the plane to citycenter airport the ferry lets you off steps from the hotel, only blocks away from the train station. Gorgeous view of the CN tower, Rogers center,and Air Canada center as well as the lake. The staff made the stay soo much more pleasant.

First class hotel, great staff and location. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay downtown Toronto

The hotel from the check in to the leaving was very nice and treated my wife and I with class and excellent service. We enjoyed two meals which were well presented and tasteful. The room was neat and the bed allowed for a restful sleep. A good stay and looking forward to our next visit.

My wife and I went to Toronto for a rock concert and get away. The hotel staff were very friendly and we found the room was perfect. Close to all we wanted to see and do. We will for sure stay there again if we visit toronto in our future!

Great location. Very friendly staff. Great pool & activities for the kids

Walked to ACC! Only complaint is all of the smokers standing in entrance to Hotel.

The night at the Westin was fun and good value. It is worth it to upgrade to a lakeview room. The front desk was warm and helpful. Good value for the money. Only tip - breakfast buffet expensive ($29 a person) in lobby restaurant - if saving pennies - there are other cheaper options. But otherwise a delightful day away at the Westin!

Front desk was lined up and slow for no good reason.Information desk had sign be back shortly.had to wait 20 minutes.Should have replacements when on break??Other then thi the hotel was great.

We had a great stay at the Westin Harbour Castle and plan on staying there again the next time we are back in Toronto for a concert or game at the ACC.

Had a great time. The hotel is great with tons to do. I will be visiting again in the near future

good hotel

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times over the last 5 years and have always had a good experience except for my last stay. Not sure if the overall quality of the hotel is going down or this was just an isolated incident. Problems we encountered were: valet took about 10 minutes to get our car when we arrived, one of the sheets on our bed was dirty, poor water pressure in the shower, and the heating vent was really loud. On a positive note, the location is great, the staff at reception were wonderful, and the price was reasonable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Harbour Castle. We stayed between Christmas and New Years and our room was upgraded so we were overlooking the water. We really enjoyed watching the ferry to Ward's Island and the planes landing. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. We are originally from Toronto but we had forgotten what a friendly, lovely city it is. We felt totally safe riding the buses, streetcars and subways. We enjoyed our time very much.
