The hotel and facilities were all very well maintained. The doormen were very helpful. It did seem that there was a function on in the hotel every night which seemed to take some priority away from the guests

I splashed out on the room for 3 nights as I was able to get a good discount (30%) and I had a number of early meeting in the area. it was also very convenient for an event I attending in the hotels ballroom and as I had my 18 month old daughter with me I was happy to pay a bit extra. First room that we were taken to howled nosily due to the wind and poorly fitting windows. Also on moving a glass table out of the way so my daughter could move freely about the room I found ( what I hope was) a huge rusty stain on the carpet. Cleaning and maintenance were called but I requesting another room. We were transferred to a lower floor to a very nice recently refurbished room. This was all time consuming especially with a young child but we were happy with the end result. However the real source of consternation was room service. We ordered this one evening as I did not want to traipse around with my daughter in the cold. I expected a hefty price tag but good quality food. Instead we got a pricy, beautifully presented piece of battered fish which I can only describe as rancid with a smell so potent that it made me feel nauseous and I had to request its removal quickly. I explained when the meal was taken away that I was very unhappy with the food and did not expect to see the meal on my bill. Unfortunately this was not heeded and I had to ask again for the cost to be removed on checkout. The fish must have been very bad as on enquiry the incident was remembered by kitchen staff and the cost removed from my bill. I am convinced that if we had eaten the fish we would have got a bad case of food poisoning, uncomfortable for me but potentially much worse for my young daughter.

very clean and tidy hotel the staff were very helpful and polite, close to all amenities, loved the view from the 22nd floor amazing, a bit pricy but you do get what you pay for.

We needed water so had to get some from the mini bar as that was all that was available, come to pay for it when checking out..... £5.50 for a 500ml evian bottle! Absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable, we would not stay here again although we had a lovely time, you should not expect to be ripped off that much when the bottles only cost about 89p in the shops!!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

An excellent hotel, Recently refurbished with some very nice details. Be carefull with the minibar. I fyou remove a bottle and return it, you will see the removed bottle on your bill, Rooms were large enough, Service was excellent.

Over the years, we have stayed in many fine hotels around the world, and the Hilton is by far the best! The staff made us feel, not only welcome, but, special, and that is a very nice feeling. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and well cared for. It is located in a lovely area, convenient to public transportation. The food was excellent as was the presentation, and the service. We enjoyed our stay and have recommended this hotel to friends and family. We will definitely go back!

Great location, especially in the winter since there is a Winter Wonderland carnival with rides and ice skating right across the street in Hyde Park. Hyde Park underground station is just a 5 minute walk and you are a short cab ride from most shopping, museums, theaters, etc,. Breakfast at the hotel is outrageously expensive - over $40 a person. A much better bet is the numerous cafes within a 10 minute walk where breakfast is better and a fraction of the cost. Service was mostly very good, but we were moved around three times during our stay since we requested adjoining rooms. Ultimately we ended up on the 28th floor with great views. Room service (cleaning & turn down was excellent). Hotel management was very pleasant and provided fruit baskets and wine for our inconvenience. The hotel seemed to have an event every night, but it was all very upscale and we were never bothered by any noise. The kids loved it!

The view is fantastic n the service is excellent as well!

Excellent in all dimensions! Wifi works well too! We were on the 23rd floor, magnificient views to Hyde Park.

This hotel had no wireless service in the rooms. They had wired service that didn't work in our room. When we asked for help they asked us to call the help desk in India - After about an hour on the phone the rep. determined that we had no service in our room. They were unable to change our room but the manager told us that there was wireless service in the lobby or business center. The manager could not figure out how to use it however. We ended up doing our work in the lobby of the hotel acrross the street that had wireless. Also -- they charged 20 pounds per day for internet useage -- everywhere else we stayed - internet was free including the hotel across the street. I am done with Hilton Hotels.

The welcome was great as was the smoothness of checkin. But the room had stains all over the carpet and the warddrobe doors were falling off. Not what I would expect from a landmark hotel. I let the polite staff know on checkout and they apologised. Great breakfast. Overall a decent stay but the competition is high e.g. nearby Grosvenor.

Hotel was in the perfect location to see London. Price of the hotel is high but you did get what you paid for. Staff was very friendly.

Enjoyed our stay - though can't really tell why this is 5* as room was adequate but quite small. We got a special offer price but would not have wanted to pay full price. Very clean lovely view over Hyde Park. Great lifts! Good breakfast. Annoying that this hotel is really just off Park Lane so we got stung for congestion by mistake

I arrived very early to check-in and I assumed that I would have to leave my bags and go walk around but I was given my room key within minutes! What a pleasant surprise - after 9 hours on an airplane the last thing I wanted to was wait around. Room was great and location was perfect! It would have been nice if the balcony door opened.

the hilton park lane was exactly and more than i expected. I had a personal bereavement on the first night and the night receptionist was amazing in so many ways. She sent me a personalized hand written mesage and placed a Lily outside my door which mean the world to me. The next day the staff were also fantastic when we had to leave early, check out was compassionate, speedy and condolences were offered. I have never experienced such compassion in any hotel I have stayed in and in relation to the Hilton group, I have stayed in many many of them worldwide and the service and personal attention in this hotel was second to none. Excellent location at Hyde Park Corner and opposite Hyde Park itself. Behind the hotel is the charming Shepherd's Market with interesting shops, cafes, pubs. Great bar in hotel on 28th floor with wonderful views. Room spacious and very well equipped.

This hotel is located in a wonderful area of town at approximately the corners of Hyde Park and Green Park. It is close to two main subway stations (Green Park and Hyde Park Corner) and is walking distance from lots of sites (Knightsbridge and Harrods is a 10 minute walk, Buckingham Palace is around a 10 minute walk through Green Park and you can even walk to Parliment and the London Eye by crossing St. James Park). Lots of great pubs in the area. The negative from a family holiday standpoint has to do with the fact that this hotel is really set up for the business traveler. There were numerous banker conventions in the hotel and the lobby seemed constantly full of business goings-on (not a "vacation" feeling). Also, the hotel has a strange lift system where you have to enter the number of the floor you are attempting to reach from outside the lift and you cannot press floors from inside. This causes numerous jams - and there were times (particularly mid-day when the business people were using the lifts) when we felt we waited for 15-20 minutes just to ride up to the 7th floor. Also, keep in mind that this part of London is VERY expensive and a typical dinner in a restaurant for 4 will likely run 200 pounds. Even pub food in the area was expensive (fish and chips were around 14 pounds). The rooms were very comfortable and the king size beds WONDERFUL (goose down bedding). Overall, a good value for the $270 we spent per night in central London. Not recommended for families however.

Ett hotell som verkligen lever upp till sina 5 stjärnor! Perfekt läge, mycket bra service , vänligt bemötande. Utsikten från 25 våningen bör upplevas!

Styr unna Hilton Park Lane i London. Hotellstandard er for lav og service for dårlig ift prisen. Ingenting er inkludert i prisen. Hotellet hadde sikkert sin storhetstid på 70 tallet og burde oppgradert seg for minimum 10 år siden. Det eneste positivet med oppholdet var beliggenheten

Very friendly staff; right in the middle of the city; even though check in was at 2pm, we could check in earlier; very nice buffet breakfast with an option of ordering from the chef; great bar on the top floor; all-in-all a very nice stay!

Hotel ma takrka idealni polohu v prestizni ctvrti Westminster v centru mesta - blizko pamatek i nakupnich moznosti na Oxford St., Bond St. a Piccadilly. V blizkem okoli je rovnez rada vybornych restauraci od mistnich pubu, pres italske az po stredozemorskou kuchyni. Pro fanousky je za rohem Hard Rock Cafe. Vyhodou je blizkost stanice metra (prima linka z letiste Heathrow). Pokoje po renovaci nabizeji zakladni komfort, na svoji kategorii jsou vsak pomerne male (vcetne malych koupelen). Vyssi patra nabizeji pekne pohledy na centrum mesta nebo na Hyde Park. Snidane splnuji zakladni pozadavky na danou kategorii, dalsi stravovani v hotelu je spise pro pripad nouze (v okoli je dostatecny vyber). Celkove lze hotel predevsim kvuli poloze doporucit pro kratkodobe navstevy Londyna za nakupy, sportem ci kulturou (nakupni moznosti viz vyse, stadion fotbaloveho klubu Arsenal lezi na stejne lince metra, stejne jako Opera v Covent Garden).

God beliggenhed centralt til handelsgaderne. Vi havde bestilt et de luxe dobbeltværelse. Da vi kom op på værelset lignede det et ganske almindeligt dobbeltværelse, dog med et meget lille badeværelse hvor der var en del reparationer af fliser, der ikke sad helt som de skulle. Bruseren var oppe i badekarret. Der var en del støj fra håndværkere. Det ville dog holde op kl. 18.00 om aftenen. Morgenmaden var fin. Dog måtte vi vente på bord, da det er en lille restaurant til så mange mannesker.

Flott beliggende hotell, men sjeldent slitne rom i forhold til annonsert standard. Anbefaler ikke dette hotellet basert på en value-for-money vurdering.

Kvalitetshotel med god beliggenhed. Morgenbuffeten var helt i top og servicen på hotellet kunne ikke være bedre.

Hilton Park Lane offers a very nice experience if you want a little extra. The rooms are nice and the view is astonishing. Make sure you get a room on floor 15 or above. The breakfast exceeded expectations and the bar on the 28th floor is a perfect place to begin your London evening

Flott hotell med kjempebra beliggenhet. Svært tilfreds med hotellet. Bestilte tidlig og fikk 50% vinter-rabatt gjennom hotel.com. Dermed fikk vi ekstrem "value-for-money".

Das Hotel ist absolut Spitze. Sehr zu empfehlen
