Harrah's Hotel and Casino Las Vegas - لاس فيجاس

مكان ممتاز للسير فى شارع الستريب. الغرفة كانت نظيفة و السرير مريح. لقد استمتعنا بإقامتنا.

عند تسجيل الوصول كان الموظف يعمل باحترافية للغاية و سرعة مع احترام طلباتى. عامل خدمة الغرف و طاقم العمل بالفندق كانوا على درجة عالية من الكفاءة و تغمرهم السعادة لتلبية كل ما احتاج إليه. تحية كبيرة إلى إدارة الفندق على تميزهم.

كانت اجرائات تسجيل الدخول بطيئة, لكن الفندق كان جيدا, و موقعه مناسب, و لم يزيدوا اى نفقات متنوعة مثل "رسوم المنتجع, إلخ" التى تزيد من التكلفة. قيمة جيدة و خدمة ممتازة.

موقع ممتاز. فندق يسبب الضجر. منظم الحرارة (الثرموستات) المتحكم فيه بالحركة يعنى ان الغرفة تصبح دافئة جداً فى الليل عندما ننام.

تم ترقيتنا إلى جناح بلا تكلفة إضافية!! الأسرّة مريحة جدا, الغرف نظيفة جدا و موقع فى وسط المدينة على شارع الستريب. أحب هذا الفندق و سأقيم هناك ثانية!!!

Very comfortable and convienent

They charge a mandatory fee of 20 for resort fee... stupid!!

I don't have anything good to say about this place so much bad stuff and the worst part is no hot water in the morning at 10am it's my first and will be my last time that i stay here

Excellent!

45 minute wait at registration to see the ONLY front desk staff person on duty. Plenty of staff behind the desk--but not one lifted a finger to improve customer service experience. Line was 7 to 20 people long at times waiting for service. When I finally got to see the desk clerk--she surprised me with a "hidden charge" for highspeed internet. I didn't have a computer & didn't want it--BUT it was a mandatory hidden charge.And, I finally got my room on the 9th floor--the door lock was broken and wouldn't open.

Our rate included breakfast. When we checked in we found out that "breakfast" was an $8 allowance each at Starbucks that could only be used against certain items. $8 at starbucks barely buys a drink, never mind breakfast. Added to this the selection ran out by about 8.30am. Not cool! Our room was also not cleaned / serviced very well (not at all on one day) and staff seemed incapable of passing instructions on to each other. Aside from that, it was very conveniently located and otherwise comfortable.

The room is neat and clean; The house-keeping and room service is also good; The reception service is fantastic and the location is very comfortable as it is close to the most happening things on the strip and commute through mono-rail is comfortable too. All the employees are very friendly and helpful.I would recommend and will certainly stay next time.

Everything was fine until you check out....and they 'require' an additional $20/nite @ Harrah's for their alleged 'resort fee'.

It was a good value for the money

I stayed at Harrahs for four days, and I will NEVER stay there again. The staff was just the side of useless, the thermostat in our room was broken, and they have no wifi. Do not stay here!

Dirty coffee maker and no new coffee bags, as well as no shampoo and conditioner. Room itself also could be clean better. Generally room wasn't prepare for new guests. Service, hotel amenities without complains, location very good - close to everything.

The room was great, check in was awsome. Check out was a little disappointing. Usaully when you checkout they review any additonal charges with you, the hotel desk attendent did not review additonal charges with me before charging my credit card I would have preffered to pay those charges by using cash.

Great location on the Strip. Plus they upgraded me to a room with a king bed at no extra cost (on the pet-friendly floor...which was OK with me even though I had no pets). But...I had to wait in line for an hour to check-in at 11 pm...so didn't get to my room until midnight. They only had two people working the desk but there must have been 10 empty terminals. Grrrr.

The hotel location was great. You are right in the middle of everything and it was easy to walk to places. We did have to ask housekeeping for towels as they did not replace them, only made the beds. The pool is not the greatest. Very small and not enough chairs. There is an upper deck area but no pool up there. The hotel was decent for the price, but the resort fee should be lower. Overall, it was quiet and decent for a bargain in vegas.

I just want to say that this was even better then I had anticipated the only frustration was the construction so it made it hard to get on the strip depending on the area you were leaving the casino from. It's location was beyond perfect I couldn't have been more happy with it. I just want to point out the complaints about the staff to be honest the staff to me was great maybe because I arrived on my 21st birthday I don't know but they were all great. I was so sad to leave but I can't wait to come back and stay again!!!!!

It is right in the center of everything..Great location, great room, very clean and comfortable, parking was good,......only complaint is high food prices..

Overall a clean hotel. Needs renovation. Old style smell. To many pensioners. Breakfast is in the Starbucks in the lobby. Not enough variety of food (coffee and pastry) in amount of 9 USD per person per day. Too much air conditioning all day long.

Great stay. We upgraded room when we arrived and liked it a lot.

Check in was slow and turned into being a bit of a marketing exercise but once through the sign up for this'n that, the place was okay - very big as with most of the hotels in this area and the customer service shows a certain impersonal quality. But the bed was comfortable for our early nights, quiet from the mayhem happening below in the casinos and on the streets. If we were in Las Vegas again, I'd stay there.

this was the last leg of our holiday, having stayed here before we knew it was a central location, however we were unaware that there was a lot of construction work in the area, we felt that the whole area of this side of the strip was becoming more like Freemont street. However once local improvements are finished we would stay at this hotel again

For the price, Harrah's location and quality is unbeatable in Vegas. Walk right across the street to Bellagio or Caesar's, or 1 block to the Venetian for a more luxurious gambling experience if you want to, but I spent most of my time at the tables in Harrah's because the minimums were more reasonable. The rooms were very acceptable and the cleaning staff were really personable. This is the second time I have stayed at Harrah's and I will have no problems doing it again.

I was excited about going to Vegas! I picked this hotel because of price, location and free parking. First, the air conditioning had on and off. It didn't matter what the temp was set at. Second, there were rat droppings all over the bathroom. I was told to just clean it up! Finally, the smoking in non smoking areas by the staff was the last straw for me. We left after 2 nights of our 5 night stay.

There was only 2 guests queuing in front of me but I waited for around 20 min. There was no greetings or smile from the check in staff, I didn't felt welcome at all. There was a hidden charge of usd 20 per night for their resort fee n I can't opt out. I had to pay for something that I don't need. When we enquire on how to go to the outlets, the staff wasn't keen to tell us, instead just brush us off by saying either by bus or cab (like I don't know? I wanted to know where to catch the bus!). But when we went on asking about the tour packages, she suddenly became more helpful and friendly. But we didn't buy the package from her. We bought at the tour & ticket booth at venetian. The staff was so much friendlier and even walked us back to harrah's when we told her we didn't know the way (we took a cab to venetian from the outkrt)! I would think other hotels deserve a chance more than harrah's since their charges per night are about the same.

The room is dark, the windows are fake and the shower curtain is dark. The staffi are not friendly, and the hotel in general you dont feelcomfortable. I expected more fromthis hotel.

I stayed here with a friend for a getaway weekend. It is a great location and a lot less expensive than some of the other hotels. We had a great time, and have no complaints about this hotel.
