Hilton Knoxville - نوكسفيل

Very convenient location. Close to UT. Great restaurants and shops near hotel.

The room was very noisy. The aircoditioner was so loud that each time it started it woke me up even when I was using earplugs.

Awesome hotel from the drive in to checking out! Valet service awesome friendly had car ready when needed it. Convenient to dowtown. Clean comfortable room! Will stay here again next trip!!!

The hotel it self was great. The comfortable beds and the cleanliness was great. The only condition I had was being staffed prepared. I was there for a conference. I later found out there were actually 3 different conferences going on that weekend. They were not prepared for it. Twice when I ate at the bistro therer in the hotel, only one waitor was available. After that 2nd time I ate at the hotel next door. Which was the closest to us. You had to go 2 blocks to find any thing else. When you are pressed for time you don't have that choice to walk 2 blocks. The times I did get to eat at the bistro, the food was great. I recommend everyone try the farmers market salad.

The Hilton in Knoxville was very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful. Parking was extremely expensive!!! We mistakenly had a crib placed in our room and I think it had an old milk kinda smell but not so bad that we were going to go through the trouble of having it removed. I have a reservation next week at Hilton in Charlotte NC and I hope the experience is as good or better.

Very pleased with my stay at the Hilton in Knoxville. 100% sure ill stay there again if and when I visit Knoxville again!

Have no complaints. The hotel was close to the things we wanted to do and easy to find. Staff was polite, everything was clean. They were doing some remodeling but since we stayed over the weekend we weren't disturbed by any of it and what we did have to hear when we first arrived wasn't very loud. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was centrally located to market square, Univ. of Tennessee and many restaurants/theatres. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was in great shape. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice hotel and extremely convenient....if and when we return to Knoxville we'll be sure to stay here first.

It was a very comfortable room! Staff was very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend thos hotel.

We were spending one night with our dog Tootsie. The hotel was excellent for our over higher with a great little grassed area for the dog. Service was quick, reliable and we would stay again

I think the rate for a last minute was very fair. The hotel is in the middle of a remodel so maybe when it is done, it will be better. The room was clean for the most part but the shower curtain could have been replace. There was a build of mildew at the bottom of the curtain. The bathroom was clean otherwise and the room. The hotel overall looks very nice but it is nicked up a bit but it can be why they are about to remodel.

Registration was negative reception which clouded the stay - clerk spent an inordinate amount of time explaining that I would not get HH credit since I went thru a third party for reservations. Room was clean and comfortable, but the walls were not as sound proofed as most, heard baby crying off and on during the night. Walking distance to down town attractions.

We arrived at check-in time to find things a total mess. Once we were through the line to the counter, we were told to come back in 30 minutes. There were only 2 people checking in a crowd. We had to leave our bags and have them tagges by the front desk, along with everyone else. We went to the bar where one person was working and trying to serve drinks and deliver food. We went back again & the roooms still weren't ready and the third time I told my friend go raise the roof about it. We got the room about 35 minutes before our cab arrived to take us to the game. The hotel should be more prepared for game days.

Went to see a concert at bijou theater and Hilton Knoxville was the closest hotel. Had a great stay with no problems. Enjoyed having a Starbucks right in the lobby!!!

Only stayed one night and for the price the location was the best we could find. This is one of the older hotels in the downtown area and it sorta feels that way when your walking the halls. Nothing specific to complain about, it was adequate and the room was comfortable with a t-stat controlled heating system. All in all a good value.

Typical Hilton... no free parking, breakfast or anything else... but very comfortable, and didn't break the bank. Breakfast would have been about $60 for all three of us, we hit up a hardee's nearby and didn't look back. Valet is always nice.

Our checking in was late given our campus tour and travel from UNC. Staff at the Hilton - polite and helpful. Hotel was very nice and we slept great. OK, it was a long day. The only drawback was parking. Hilton doesn't own the parking garage. Pulling in after midnight and all the signs warning of not leaving valuables in the car made me feel like we were not in a safe part of town. Ok it didn't help a cop car went flying by us as we entered the downtown area. I didn't see cameras in parking deck and I'm thinking Hilton needs to do something about parking - at the very least validating.

Hotel Staff was very nice. Hotel was very busy with multiple weddings and sports activities but the staff was always smiling and very helpful. Room was very clean the only thing I did not like was that you had to rent the fridge per day. Overall the hotel was great !!! We would stay there again.

The hotel is outdated and the lower floor assignments are in worst condition. There are no refrigerators in the room and no water bottles are probided unless you are on the executive floors, not even for purchase. The buffet breakfast was mediocre, with the french toast hard. Overall, expensive and low quality compared to other Hilton experiences.

We had a nice time at this hotel. It was priced well for the amenities and it is also walking distance (1 1/2 blocks) from a wonderful summer farmer's market, as well as to the riverfront and the university. I would recommend this hotel and plan to stay again the next time I am in the area.

Very nice hotel. The staff was excellent and the amenities were comforting. A bit of confusion upon check in but the staff took care of the issue. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone venturing to Knoxville. Top notch!

Satisfied with the service & location to Market & other events. People were helpful.

If there is a convention being held, guests that are checking in need to have a room that is not on any of the floors that convention members have been booked. On our particular stay, a convention for high school students held and very disruptive on our floor. They were banging doors, running and yelling in the hallway causing lack of sleep. I specifically asked when I checked in that I did not want to be on the same floor as the kids but the desk clerk did not accommodate my request.

I have definatley paid less for other hotels and got more. No fridge, no microwave, no continental breakfast. The toilet ran the whole time. I got up to take a bath and froze because my bath water wasnt even hot. The only thing i really liked was the view.... which any surrounding hotel could have given. Dont stay here, go somewhere else ^_^

not only was the room over priced it was also not up to codes. we had 1 room and our friends had a 2nd room neither room had a working exhast fan it the bathroom which is not up to code was not impressed with room at all could have stayed in another such as comfort inn and have had as good of a room at alot better price.

Just returned from a weekend in Knoxville for the UT - Kentucky football game. I chose the Hilton mainly for its proximity to the UT campus, but was pleasantly surprised that there were so many points of interest and nice restaurants just a short walk from the building. The room was comfortable and cozy, and had a lovely view of downtown and the river. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and its wide array of both hot and cold selections. Being a hotel manager myself, I am always a bit more scrutinizing when it comes to hotel stays. I was very impressed with the Hilton and its warm, friendly staff, and have full intentions of staying again on my next trip to Knoxville.

Great Hotel ~ We were in Knoxville for a UT game & couldn't have had a better location. Easy walking distance to the stadium....got in town early morning of the game and was able to park in hotel garage ~ walked to game & when game was over our room was ready. A very good choice if you are in town for UT games! Hotel was clean & friendly....will stay there again.

It has been awhile since I've had such a wonderful and comfortable hotel experience. I would recommend highly to anyone this hotel stay.
