Eurostars Cristal Palace - برشلونة

Room was extremely clean and spacious. Check in was quick and uneventful. The front desk staff was very helpful and they spoke English. I took the bus from the airport and had no problem finding the hotel which was about 4 blocks away. The metro is two block about away. Breakfast was included in the price of the room. When we return to Barcelona, this is the hotel that we will choose.

Great location and friendly staff. Room was great but extremely loud at night. Thin walls so heard all the outside noises and neighboring rooms. Overall, it was a great hotel for the price though and super convenient to everything

This hotel is within a easy walk from Placa Catalunya and the Aerobus stop, making the location unbeatable. Metro and bus stops are even closer. But rooms are small and dark, no view of anything.

Stayed here on business and wi-fi was a key requirement. If you want wi-fi here, it is hit and miss. I could not get wi-fi in the room. As well, my telephone couldn't dial international (even though they said it could) and the TV didn't work. Room and location were great though.

Room booked for three people but only two single beds provided.

The staff at the hotel are lovely but the rooms are very small. My door was hard to open and I had to keep getting assistance from reception and only when I insisted they changed the lock because it was known as a problem room. Another room for three meant that the three adults slept shoulder to shoulder and I had no toilet roll relacement. The main problem for me was I was in Barcelona on business and there was NO internet in the rooms for the whole time we were there which was very inconvenient and one of the two computers available never worked. The hotel is in a great location and service in the bars and breakfast room great and all reception team wonderful and helpful.

Close proximity to the Ramblas, shopping area, and good restaurants. Just a block away from Placa Catalunya. Very convenient to get around most places.

The hotel is in a good location not far from La Rambles and Catalunya square. Room was clean and comfortable but was in need of redecoration. Good breakfast and the staff were very helpful and polite. Overall very good

The room was fine as it had all the basic ammenities (clean, free wifi, comfy beds). The shower head did not have very good water pressure and we did have some problems with the shower all together but the staff was very attentive and fixed the problem quickly. The great thing about the hotel is its location. Near to all the sites and great restaurants. Gracia was also very close and the surrounding area felt safer than Las Ramblas. I may stay here again for the location alone.

Room not exceptional but very good, everything else excellent, especially front desk service. Parking lot within the hotel (for a fee), free wireless internet, fantastic location in downtown Barcelona.

Breakfast should be included in the price

This hotel is positioned in PRIME location of Barcelona on Diputacio street, that is just off Passeig De Gracia. You are a 2 minute walk away from two metros (both Passeig De Gracia) and about 5 minutes from Cataluyna Metro station. Passeig De Gracia, is the famous strip of shops including designer and high end. You are also within prime location of just jumping on the metro and seeing architecture, and a short walk to Guadi monuments. If I go to Barcelona, I will be staying in this hotel again. I travelled with a partner, and our flight was delayed, and rather than charging us 60 euro for the half day, the hotel manager didn't let us pay. So we gave him a tip instead! Fantastic. The hotel is recently refurbished, the staff speak perfect english, really comfortable bed! It certainly is a 4 star hotel and you get what you pay for. One tip, is to get out of the area and travel for great food, as Passeig De Gracia is more fusion food. Go to Ramblas Catalyuna and easy walk down to La Rambla. Even if you get the metro to certain spots, the monuments are a 5-10 minute walk TOPS. Hope you enjoy this review!

Near the metro Passaig de Gracia and the Ramblas. verify that breakfast is included - ours was not. a/c drain clogged in our room on arrival but it was repaired immediately Great hotel overall with helpful polite staff.

all I have to say is totally awesome. No complaints what so ever right on main bus line for hop on and hop off tours. When I visit Barcelona again I will be staying here. Very Safe and Clean environment all of the things my wife were looking for.

Modern Hotel, great location, mostly helpful staff. Has restaurant but empty at lunch and dinner. Wireless internet makes good connection. Not many amenities, and cleanliness only average. All in all, a good value and recommended.

Firstly, this hotel is in an excellent location; a central location 1min walk to Las Ramblas and the Passeig de Gracia (train station - which is convienient for travel from airport, etc). The staff there were friendly, answered all questions and even gave good restaurant recomendations during our 5 day stay. Housekeeping cleaned our room even though we had the DND sign on our door, which can be seen as a positive or negative. The hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were comfotable and a decent size (our room had two comfotable twin beds), The hotel is by no means an elegant hotel and shows its age in some aspects, but overall, the experience was very positive. The price was good (at least in comparison to other hotels in the area) I believe the Eurostars Cristal Palace would be a solid choice for most travellers visiting Barcelona.

I wouldn't rate this hotel as 4*, maybe 3 or 3* plus. The hotel did not provide an iron or iron facilities. No kettle (but I think that is common in Spain). Staff were not friendly either. Location is ok for families wishing to see the sites however. Easy to get to nearest underground station too. Rooms are ok, bathrooms a bit dated.

Rooms are very small and its very noisy. You can easily hear others. Rooms are hot.

Excellent hotel and a good location . The jacuzzi bath/ shower was a bonus Parking a little expensive at 20 euros a night but overall a very good hotel

This hotel is situated in the heart of Barcelona. So it was very convenient to get around. The hotel was really clean and nice.

After reading some mixed reviews of the hotel we weren't sure what to expect, but the Cristal Palace far exceeded our expectations! Our room was spacious, comfortable and had a decent view. The staff were extremely helpful, calling Iberian Airline daily to help find our missing luggage (highly recommend NOT flying with Iberia to Spain as it took 4 days to get our luggage...). One quick thing, the only bathroom amenity provided is soap, so bring shampoo. The location is amazing - situated directly between Casa Batllo and Plaza Catalunya and about 10 minute max walk from the start of Las Ramblas. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!!

Gostamos muito . Localização excelente. Com fácil acesso a restaurantes e meios de transportes vários. As instalações agradáveis, e boa manutenção. E ótima recepção com tratamento inpecável aos clientes. O que melhor define nossa opinião, é que voltariamos a nos hospedar nele.

Kjempefint hotell med det vi synes måtte være den beste beliggenheten i forhold til det vi ønsket å oppleve på turen. Veldig sentralt. Turistbussene har stopp omtrent rett utenfor hotellet, og kun fem minutters gange ned til Placa de Catalunya og La Rambla. Fint område med mange nærliggende kafeer/restauranter og gode shoppingmuligheter. Personalet på hotellet var vennlige og hjelpsomme, og snakket godt engelsk. Kort vei til flytog/buss.

Hotel très bien situé à 2 pas du métro et à 5 minutes à pied de la place de Catalunya. Nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin et nous avons pu bénéficier de la chambre dès notre arrivée. L'accueil de l’hôtel parlait français et était très agréable. La chambre est idéale pour un court séjour (3 nuits), la propreté est irréprochable. Lit de bonne qualité. Internet est accessible dans les chambres sans mot de passe.

〇 ・空港へのバス乗り場や地下鉄の駅に近い ・コネクターを貸してもらえたので携帯やデジカメの充電ができて助かりました。 × ・隣の声が良く聞こえる ・風呂のお湯ためについてる鎖が腐ってて、赤いの（サビ）から赤い液体が浴槽に垂れてて汚かった ・トイレがゲロくさい

Très bon hôtel, accueil sympathique et serviable, propre. A 5 min. de la place Catalunya et du métro. Un plus, arrivé tôt le matin, nous avons déjà pu bénéficier de la chambre à partir de 9h00.

Bortset fra at klargøring af værelset svigtede tre dage ud af fem, så var det et udmærket hotel.

Min kone og jeg satte virkelig pris på vårt hotellopphold. Det var meget god service fra betjeningen fra start til slutt. Dusjen var kapput og ubrukelig, men ble skiftet ut umiddelbart etter at resepsjonen ble gjort oppmerksom på det. Rommet var meget delikat og rent, men hadde sannsynligvis tidligere vært et "røykerom". Kun svak lukt. Service og effektiviteten i frokostrommet var meget bra. Beliggenheten er meget bra, 10 min gange fra La Rambla og gamlebyen. Ingen trafikkstøy.

Eu estava viajando com dois casais amigos, inicicialmente iria ficar no hotel deles, mas nao tinha vaga, achei que este seria o mais proximo. no segundo dia da viagem minhas duas amigas foram tomar cafe comigo, logo guando ingressamos no restaunte do hotel, minha amiga colocou a bolsa dela da marca Chanel, que vale nada menos de R$ 7.000,00, com todo o dinheiro e os cartoes que tinha levado para a viagem e colocou empindurada na cadeira em que estava sentada. Ficamos conversando por apenas 10 minutos e aguando levantamos para nos servir a bolsa tinha desaparecido uma magica. A gerencia nada fez, nem se dispoes a pedir desculpa, na verdade o recepcionista apenas disse que não havia camaras de segurança e não poderia fazer nada e pronto ficou por isso. Nao chamou a policia, disse para que nos fossemos até a policia para fazer a denuncia. Minha amiga ficou apenas com o papel da denuncia feita na pocilia e a colaboração dos amigos.
