La Quinta Inn San Antonio Seaworld - Ingram Park - سان أنطونيو

Front desk and housekeeping staff were pleasant and friendly. The room space was sufficient. Beds were small, full size at best. We reserved a room with 2 queens. They were NOT queens. The phone in the room was not in working order at all. The alarm clock went off at random times during the night no matter if I turned it off or not, so I just unplugged it. The hair dryer became so hot after about 15 seconds of use that I could not hold it and while trying to figure out why, at about 25 seconds, began smoking and then blew up completely. The shower curtain reeked of cigarette smoke while shower was in use. We were told the elevator may or may not work when we checked in, but they seem to be fine.

Great and Friendly service , Good Breakfast, Very Clean. We really enjoyed our stayed!

Had great service, great room and location! Breakfast was also very good. The coffee was the best!!

There was only two things wrong with this one the bathroom stink like pee but other then thats it was fine .Two the river walk is not 10 mins away more like 20 mins away seaworld was bout 15 not like how it says the thing are 10 mins away..But my family had a good stay other then that...

Checked into room to discover the toilet had not been flushed. And there was hair in the tub and on the bed sheets. Was moved to a different room where after inspection I noticed that there was a ring around the tub and a long strand of hair on one of the beds. It is obvious that the maintenance team just straightens the sheets and takes a wet cloth to the bathrooms. They don't care to use cleaning products. Breakfast was just continental. Location is great for mall shopping.

PROS: The hotel was conveniently located close to the relative whom we were visiting. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. CONS: The noise level was horrible. The door to the next door was too close to ours & our "neighbor" next door kept going in & out so when he would open or shut his door, it was loud & it felt as if someone was trying to open our door. Needless to say, I did not sleep at all the entire night. I most likely would not stay there again.

The beds were nice soft and clean...the room itself was kinda small and bathroom kinda gross but everything was fine. It definatly did the trick for aour vaction on a budget.

This LaQuinta was not up-to-par compared with others we've enjoyed. The bathroom was dirty. The Maid just pulled up our bedspreads over the unmade sheets. The breakfast buffet..what a disapointment , again compared to other LaQuintas. .. In sumary, Just because a property is aging..is no excuse for being dirty. The staff, on the otherhand - were were just as nice as any other.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Centrally located sea world, riverwalk, market square. Room clean and orderly. Would reccommend.

I was throughly disappointed with my stay this time. The shower curtain looked all stained. The chair for the desk had all types of stains and I did not want to sit on it. They supplied decaf coffee instead of caffeinated coffee. I just did not feel like they were clean enough. They failed to put trash bags in the trash cans and I don't want to know how they cleaned out the trash cans after each guest left. I does not take much to use a little stain remover on the chair and if the shower curtain is stained replace it. You want to encourage people to stay not push them away. Will rethink my hotel the next time I visit SAT.

The Rooms were great the breakfast was just right and the service personel was friendly. I would stay here again.

We realy enjoyed are stay. The free meal was very good. Alot of food for everyone. We will stay next trip.

Room price was good... close to SeaWorld. Texas Waffles for breakfast was good and next to a Denny's. Overall cleaness of room wasn't great and tub had a bit of rust. They assigned my room to another guest in middle of the night. Woke when they tried to open my room. Horrible XP.

I was disappointed with the food items to select from and the fact there was no type of meat items .Also I didn't see any hot items, everything I saw need to be heated or was to be eaten cold.

my husband & I were asleep, at 6:45 AM we hear continous hard banging at door. It scared us it was security stating we needed to check out as we were not authorized to stay 11/24 check out 11/25. Come to find out it was internal mistake at office. We were offered points to be added and up till now no points were added into my La Quinta rewards. i will be calling this location to follow up about my points

This is La Quinta Inn which happens to have a Denny's and Wendy's closeby. It's in a good location, a lot of cops are parked by Denny's and they're always around. The room is okay, the bed is very comfortable and so are the pillows. The bathroom needs a little updating but will do if you're not that picky. Overall, it's a good place to stay at especially if you get it at a good price. Just remember that it's a dog friendly hotel and sometimes other people just leave their dogs in the room and they bark all night. This happened to me, but they were willing to change our room but the barking stopped eventually. Just make sure you book a room not beside someone who brought their dogs.

Hotel staff was friendly, hotel room was clean and comfortable, check-in was fast.

The rooms are nice, clean & I loved that theirs a lot of restaurants, stores & a mall near by. I also noticed they have security at night & that was a plus. The only thing is that check-in isn't til 3, but check-out is it 12, which we also liked because we didn't have to wake up early.

i can highly recommend this hotel it was convenient to places and staff was super nice..the only thing they need to work on is cleaning restrooms in rooms after every rental that's the only thing that disgusted me other than that rooms were very clean and comfortable

i checked in at 11pm and they ran out of non smoking room. The receptionist upgraded me to a double bed suite smoking section. SWEET!! I barely smelled the smoke in the room SO FAR WAS the best customer service. THeir breakfast is awesome.

It was worth the stay for the amount that I paid for. Very clean and the staffs were very nice and helpful. Hotel was close to Lackland AFB. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

We stayed there for one night, it's close to Seaworld and has convenient access to many stores and restaurants. The room was clean- clean restroom, clean beds, clean floor. We asked for a late checkout and they said to just call in the morning, no extra charge, but we ended up leaving at noon anyway. The air conditioner wasn't as cold as the temperature read, but it was still really cold. I liked it, I would stay there again if I didn't want to spend too much for a room, it was the best choice for that price range.

This location did not match up to the other La Quinta's I've stayed in. Perhaps the building was older or something. The "wow" factor just was not there. The staff was curteous. There was a Denny's and a Wendy's right by the hotel, so you can literally walk across the parking lot to eat. The Hotel is by the freeway and access is easy. Many restaurants, malls and other shops are within driving distance on the same freeway.

Great location, friendly and very helpful staff. For probably being one of the older LaQuinta's in San Antonio it is very well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

Found personal Items for previous guess! Room smell ,poor cleaning!! :(

We went to visit Seaworld so the location was convenient, everything is good except for the fact that the restroom smelled terrible. Everything else was good, it served it's purpose. Great breakfast by the way, only few places that has 3 waffle makers

The LaQuinta was overall a good hotel and not too far from Sea World. Good points: 1.BREAKFAST. They had more than just the standard bagels and cereal. The kids all found something they liked. And, you could tell the breakfast was a draw because the room was packed. They had plenty of seating, though, including overflow seating. 2. Sinks not in the bathroom. With five people sharing a room, it was nice to be able to use the sink while someone was in the shower. 3. Relatively clean. I have stayed in a lot of hotels nationwide. The room did not have any left overs from former occupants and had obviously been cleaned prior to our arrival. That is always a plus in my book. Bad points: 1. All the doors led to the outside. This was obviously a motel that had been converted at some point. 2. The neighborhood seemed shady, even though we had no problems while we were there. 3. The bathroom was small and obviously outdated, but it was still functional. 4. The walls were not exactly thin, but definitely did not keep out noise from other rooms. Overall, I gave this a decent rating because we had no major problems with our stay. For the price that we paid, it was a decent choice.

I stayed at La Quinta for two nights. The room was pleasant but breakfast time is horrible. Breakfast ends at 9:00 am and there was hardly any close to that time. There was always a mess.

Our room was very unclean. There were not only dirt rings in the tub and used coffee filters in the room, but also found a USED CONDOM under our ice basket on the morning of our third day!!! The housekeeping must be poorly managed considering they were all outside visiting, smoking, and cutting up rather than cleaning the room. When we reported the used condom, the housekeeping manager pawned the complaint off to the maintenance man and never in person or by phone addressed the issue. It was not until I called corporate that I honestly got decent, professional communication from any of the managers. It is convenient to Sea World, but you could not pay me a million dollars to even put my big toe inside the doors of this hotel again. Trust me on this... you do not want to stay here under the current management... I will however say something positive... the continental breakfast was impressive and the pool seemed clean. However, after something like that happens to you, it is awfully hard to shake out of your mind. Thank you.

Although not terribly fancy, everything was clean and neat and we had a good night's rest. The Continental breakfast was good, too.

Convenient Location for our trip from the Airport but not very easy to get to Downtown without a car. Very few public transportation options

The young man on counter was great, I forgot his name, but be sure to tell him GO FISHING.. he was on the day shift on 6/25/2011

First of all, we drove past the hotel on our way into town and when we saw it our first reaction was i hope that isn't our hotel. When I went to check in and the clerk acted very put out that he had to stop playing on his cell phone to come to the counter to help me. Our room was small and there was hair in the bath tub and gum on the bathroom floor which i wound up having to clean myself. The entire room looked old and worn out. I was a relatively convenient location for sea world but very inconvenient for everywhere else. Checking out was difficult and the staff again was very unfriendly. I would advise you spend an extra 20.00-30.00 and stay somewhere else!

Although our stay was short we were pleased with our stay at La Quinta Inn. Sea World was only about 15 minutes away, Market Square and the River Walk about 30 minutes away. We visited The Natural Bridge Caverns and thw wild life park which was about 30 minutes away. It wasa good stay with all the must see sights close by.
