The hotel room was amazing. Very comfortable bed and clean room. The bellhop took 45 minutes, but they gave us a free breakfast for two for the wait, which was nice. Very easy walking distance to Centennial Park, Philips Arena, Aquarium, and World of Coca-Cola.

Room was clean and neat, service was excellent, Hotel Restaurant was great, and right in the middle of everything that is downtown!

I told the front desk it was a special occasion and she immediately upgraded our room to make it a nicer evening than planned. 15 minutes after we got into the room, we received a delivery of fresh chocolate strawberries and a sweet happy anniversary card from the lady at the front desk. I will probably always stay at a Omni from now on.

We could not have been more delighted with the service! The entire staff treated us as if we were their only guests. They were kind and accommodating - even rushed room service one evening when we were on a tight schedule. Highly recommended!

Tight space between armoir and bed, bath needs updating, great location, bar is where everyone met after the convention.

Great location - next to Georgia Dome, Georgia Aquarium, many other attractions, and restaurants.

We did the Aquarium, a concert at the Tabernacle, and enjoyed other sights all within walking distance of our hotel.

We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel. It was beautiful and clean. Unfortunitely, our room was not stocked with a mini bar as described. We stayed here because we were attending a concert at the Philips Arena and it was a great decision because of the close proximity to the arena, but the overall location and neighborhod was not what I expected. Very crowded and traffic surrounding the hotel was horrible, but there was a great security presence that made us feel more comfortable. Otherwise, we had a great experience.

Great location; however, one half of the room's electrical outlets were not working - left very limited appliance charging capability and no outlets in bathroom. Bathrobe was dirty. Room could use updating and planning was odd since tv furniture jutted out into space to walk through room. Restaurant for breakfast was poor food at high price. One time, then learned to go elsewhere.

Loved everything about it!!!

My husband and I stayed at Omni CNN Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. We were also able to extend our checkout time. Which was great because he was running the Publix half- marathon. Also the hotel is located at the starting line and the finish line. That was really convenient. We will definitely be staying there next year. And we will recommend this hotel to all our fellow runners.

I travel a lot but the service here was fantastic. Kudos.

Coolest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Once moved to the area I preferred the stay was great. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect. Just as we expected. We even got the type of room we requested.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was on the corner of the tower with a killer view. The staff was outstanding, assuring our every request was taken care of (plus things we didn't think of). We will return here!

The room was plain for price. Beds should have been queens. Would have been nice to have fridge, microwave and bigger beds.

It seems every expense was spared to make the rooms quiet. People were yelling in the halls all night long. I could hear people in the lobby and I was on the 5th floor. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Went to the Supercross which ended late at the Georgia Dome. Very convenient. Great room, great service. My only "wish for" list would be HD TV service. The TV was an HDTV, but the signal wasn't. Also, would like more than one regular coffee. No complaints, just wishes.

Only complaint is the $10.00 daily Internet charge. I can go down the road & stay at a discount hotel chain & get free wi-fi.

Great room, with good location to the CNN center. Excellent customer service, the staff went out I'd their way to make sure our stay was perfect !

My stay was short, but sweet. My room was comfortable and the hotel is gorgeous. This hotel is alot larger and just a little grander than I usually prefer but it manages to maintain a level of intimacy. Thank you!

The Omni Hotel is a great place to stay if you are touring the city, going to a Hawks game, or just looking for a good nights stay. The staff members are friendly. I stayed there for a basketball game. I would stay there again.

Our stay at the Omni/CNN was excellent. All the staff from parking, front desk, to room service were very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Our room with floor to ceiling windows overlooked Centennial Olympic Park. The TV was an old tube TV but other than that the room was excellent. Would suggest you remember to put the "privacy" tag on the door handle before you retire for the night or housekeeping may be knocking on your door early in the morning. We forgot to do this after coming in from a concert and at 8:30 a.m. housekeeping woke us up knocking on the door wanting to clean the room. Not their fault - just doing their job - lesson learned. We would recommend the Omni/CNN for any who are attending an event at Philips Arena, World Congress Center, Georgia Dome, Aquarium - well basically anything downtown.

Our stay was great, our view was good, the room was clean, the staff was supe nice. The only thing that puzzled me was, there was not a vent\fan or air conditioning vent in the bathroom.

I really loved my stay at the Omni! This is A very good hotel and I can't wait until my next visit to Atlanta. The only problem I had was with 1 of the valet's. He was very rude and nasty.

Valet was excellent and very friendly. Check-in was easy. Lobby and all hallways were clean and quiet. The room could have been better. There was a t-shirt hanging behind the bathroom door that must have belonged to the previous guest. The bathroom door would close but not latch, the bolt was stuck inside the door. Generally, the room was clean and quiet. Climate control was easy to use. The beds could have been better. Very stiff mattress. I'm used to sleeping on memory foam, so a spring support bed will always be too stiff for me. Linens and pillows were clean and comfortable. Overall, I would say my stay was a 3.5. I chose the location because it was close to an event that I attended.
