I cannot comment on this there was too much that was wrong and I would not recommend staying unless you are used to thick smoke that can burn your eyes and not so good room conditions.

It was more of the Center of the City, kind of close to Dallas. We wanted to stay on the other side, closer to Fort Worth to avoid the traffic in the morning, but we got out of there OK.

I was more interested in low cost than luxury for this trip and the hotel met my expectations on cost. I stayed 5 nights. The AC was broken and the first 2 nights were sweaty. I should have contacted the front desk sooner, but I was working day and night and didn't bother. After 2 sweaty nights, I did contact them and when I came back that evening, the room was nice and cool. So they fixed the problem and that's to their credit. The TV had to be 20+ years old and the picture tube is failing. I turned it on for a while one night and everything was mostly black. I didn't care because I was in town to work, not watch TV. The shower faucet took some getting used to - you have to pull down a doo-dad on the bottom of the tub faucet to make the shower work. After not figuring this out on my own, I asked at the front desk the morning of day 1. They pulled out a diagram and showed it to me - so they must get this question all the time. Some of the floor tiles around the toilet in my room were buckled and loose. The supply pipe feeding the ice machine on the first floor leaks onto the tile floor. The hallway smelled like stale cigarettes, but the room was fine. In general, it's an older building that badly needs maintenance. But it served my purpose just fine, the staff was nice, and the price was right. I would stay there again.

Only stayed for a night, did not find anything wrong with room or hotel.

Rooms were okay and wifi was a little spotty, but I was able to get homework turned in fine.

The hotel was extremely clean which was really nice. Wish they had more options for breakfast and was disappointed that they only served breakfast until 9am (as I am not much of a morning person). Hotel staff was decently friendly, although the cleaning staff were very pushy. Room was well worth the price and I liked that the Dart Station was only a 5min walk away.

Too many little things overlooked. No tissues in the room, the remote for the TV didn't work (probably just a dead battery), the internet connection went back and forth between "good" and "low" every few seconds. They rebooted once, but a few hous later the problem was back. So I couldn't get any work done at all. Breakfast turnout to be half of what I expected, half of what other comparable facilities offer.

Clean and comfortable beds. Hotel right off the highway (convenient), but not noisy (also good). Only complaint is that they are doing some rennovations, so there are some loose tiles, etc. Also the internet is a little slow and the breakfast is really bad.

Nasty and dirty

The hotel is clean and the room was plenty of room for what we needed. The location was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous, happy to help when we needed anything. I would definitely stay there again!

This is not a 5 star hotel and as long as you realize that it is great. Very clean and in a industrial area not far from anything. This is Dallas so expect long interstate drives as the norm where ever you stay. I stayed the weekend and went back when traveling through the next weekend. Would stay again if in Dallas and don't have the money for the 5 star hotel.

cool!!

Overall, I thought that it was a very good stay. The staff was adequately good and they took care of their business. I recommmend this hotel for people, looking for a great rate and a clean room.

SECOND TIME STAYING HERE AND I'VE ENJOYED IT ALOT. PRICES ARE GREAT, ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. HAD NO PROBLEMS CHECKING IN. WILL DEFINETLY STAY AGAIN

I normally don't rate businesses our service because everyone's experience is different. This hotel, however was bad. The staff was nice and helpful but they don't care much for its appearance. I should have known something wasn't right with several security cameras around the lobby alone. Everything is severely outdated, carpets, TVs, furniture. In my room alone the TV stand was missing decorative pieces and you could see the dried up glue. My window was cracked and the curtain was off track. I didn't feel completely safe at night. I will never go back to that hotel or any one in that area.

Large, clean, odorless, quiet room. Suprisingly, no closet or hanging bar. Comfortable bed. Great for the price.

Ice machine did not work, breakfast was not a hot breakfast. But the staff was friendly.

I booked for a two day stay and for the price it was a lot better then aot of hotels at the same price

My fiancé and I enjoyed a great stay at the Days Inn North Dallas. The staff was exceptionally hospitable, friendly and professional. They really went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Internet was very bad . thats the reason i shifted to La Quinta located next to this hotel. Overall experiance was good.

I was horribly disappointed. First I book a Non- smoking room and that did not happen. The first room had the window just leaning up there and curtian hanging (by one pin), room was very shady. Went down and got another room. Second room was a little better. However the hotel NO MATTER where you were it was FILLED with smoke. People walked up and down the hall smoking. Will NEVER stay here again. Not even worth the discount I recieved.

Awful

The room was clean, but somewhat disheveled and in need of maintenance/improvements. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend only for a limited stay with price restrictions.

The beds here were incredibly comfortable, which is always a nice surprise at a hotel. Everything looked and felt clean, and the surrounding area wasn't terrifying. Overall, a great stay.

Hotel is mostly run down, not a lot of upkeep has been done. The "breakfast" was a joke. The staff was not friendly or curtious. On the other hand it was cheap and you get what you pay for.

Ok for business if you won't spend much time in it..the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes...no elevator had to take stairs to second floor with all my luggage.

We stayed here a couple months ago and it was ok for the price, but this time we were dissappointed.

Nice hotel for the price... Condition of rooms and hotel overall could be better, but comfortable and no problems......

Room was lovely...lots of restaurants nearby. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Pros: Nice room, comfortable, good cable channels, room cleaned everyday, Good free breakfast Cons: Smoking rooms right next to non-smoking, fire started in room next to me, pool/spa was out of service (no mention at check in)

We resurved our room months in advance so they could save a nice room for us, however our room smelled like body odor or mold and when we complained about it they just sprayed the carpet with something that covered it a few minutes. One of the hotel staff stated that the room had flooded once and they have had several complaints. Why not replace the carpet instead of ruining your business. We won't be back.

So I get there and for 5 minutes I'm watching a guy order food and didn't even acknowledge me ONCE...I got there for early check-in and they gave me a room key. I went up to the room (VIA NO ELEVATOR, by the way) and walked into someone else's room...unmade beds, personal belongings, ect...thank God there was no one necked! And then I had to run the entire hotel in 4-inch heels to get the guy with no sense of urgency to get me another room. While he's cussing the maids in Spanish, I'm in a hurry to get into a room. They put me in a room and it was HORRIBLE…don’t have another 30 minutes to describe. I don't advise anyone to go for it because of the price and def not the employees. I'd been ok if it was a $2.00 room!

I needed to get the cheapest room I could for a 5 night stay as I was displaced from my home. Stayed over the weekend, it was fine. WiFi sucks...I actually ended up using the open WiFi from the hotel next door. And my Cable went out after the first day. You get what you pay for. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable...that was all I cared about.

It is a decent hotel for sleeping only. Towels at the bathroom were too small and also they did not take into account that 3 people were staying at the room (not enough towels, shampoo, etc.). Cable service was deficient. Internet was ok. Breakfast was too basic and lacked flavor.

When I come to Dallas ..I always stay here. They are friendly, welcoming . The staff looks out for you and your belongings. They have a hot/cold breakfast plus great rates.
