I will say this is the best hotel i ever stay in HK, although the room is small. But comfort level is beyond my expectation.

i've stayed here several times. location in the thick of TST is excellent. price at about USD 200 per night is great for this location in HK. room is tiny, like really tiny. staff is good, rooms clean. if you're not travelling alone or planning to spend much time in the room might want to re-think. its that small.

Best thing is location, Rooms are very small, even in executive suites. Room service evening meal was cold on arrival even after being delivered in heated trolly. Quality of food was poor compared to what is generally available in the area. Regard as a budget Hotel

Great location to be at so long you dont spend anytime in the room of some150 SQF (13 SM).

The most I've paid for a room in HK and far from the best. Overall the hotel is very nice, but the bathroom fixtures are old and have a lot of calcium/rust buildup around the faucets and drains. The furniture is due for replacement also.

I had a very impressive stay at your hotel, please help to convey my big thank you to the young boy who help me to keep the lugguage as I checked and carry my heavy lugguage to the taxi. His helpfulness is indeed impressed me a lot.

Disappointing service in the restaurants. Free breakfast a barely acceptable continental served with a prison caffateria level of attention. Rooms very, very small.

Overall, we are happy with our stay at Kowloon Hotel. Will probably choose them again on our next visit to Hong Kong

The location was good and the price in comparison to other hotels around was good, but the rooms are very small. I've stayed in other hotels in this area before and this was by far the smallest room I've had. The breakfast that was included was pretty good, but it's just a choice between Chinese or Western and you get what you get, which was ok - it did the job. The check-out line was very long, but I guess it indicates they were busy, which is good. I'd probably stay again, but it wouldn't be a given...I'd check other places I've stayed as well and see what the going rate was before making my decision.

I almost never write reviews, but I felt moved to for this hotel. It is very well kept, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful (concierge especially) and the brunch at the hotel is amazing. The only small downside is that the rooms are on the smaller side, but all things considered, that was not an issue for me at all. Location is very good---near all of the shopping and very close to the metro. I would definitely stay here again.

As others Kowloon has a great location, but the rooms are really small. We booked a club room. be aware of one thing the club room comes with free Internet for two devices but you can add other devices the same way with no problems ! The only thing is that those will appear in your invoice when checking out ! I was logged with my iPhone and iPad same with my wife so had to pay for two devices ? And the fees are apsulotely HIGH !

Kowloon Hotel is right in the midst of all the shopping, eating and tourist action, all literally right outside the hotel. Our room was a welcome escape from it all; quiet, clean and comfortable. The room was compact - this is Hong Kong afterall - but designed to feel spacious and modern. The shower felt divine and I slept wonderfully in the bed. Complementary bottled water, but bring your own snacks and other drinks - the mini-fridge contents cost a small fortune. Front desk service was friendly and efficient, they even upgraded our room for free. The area is safe and bustling with people until the wee hours.

Location isn't bad, but I think if I went back to Hong Kong, I would stay in the expat area...near Soho, in the Central part of Hong Kong island. Kowloon is the place to stay for a more economical hotel. The metro is only steps from the hotels front doors, and w/public transportation being so fast & cheap (about $9 to $11 Hong Kong dollars) to go on their high speed metro, getting to Central Hong Kong can take minutes. I never waited more than 30 seconds for a train. It's the cleanest & fastest metro I've experienced; not to mention a modern & great city to visit!

Great location. Take Airport Express train to Kowloon Station, then free shuttle bus number K2 drops you off right outside the hotel (same bus takes you back to Kowloon Station). Walk to Victoria Harbour and tons of shops and restaurants... and MTR subway station right around the corner. Lobby was always busy with lots of people waiting and gathering. Lobby looks a little old fashioned. Room was clean and samll like any other HK hotels. Friendly staff. Great place to stay if you intend to hang around Kowloon. Not all taxies are willing to take you from Kowloon to HK (to avoid the expensive tunnel fees) or HK to Kowloon. Kowloon Hotel is just one MTR station from HK island.

A bit light on soaps & shampoos which they keep to the minimum if at all but only hitch in a very conveniently located and surprisingly quiet Hotel

Good hotel but the extras are a joke. You have to pay 13GBP for Internet and you pay per device so if you use your mobile, IPad and laptop that's 39GBP per day!! You also only get two bottles of water on your first night that are complimentary. After that you have to pay 2 pounds per bottle. Basically just go to the hotel to sleep,anything else will cost you. It is very clean and good quality.

advertised as Deluxe room . . . for my needs not a good value for the price. smallest room I have ever stayed in. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels. Nowhere to put suitcase. Closet space too high for me to reach to hang up clothes. "breakfast included" was a stipen. No view. For $100 less in same city I was able to get a room double the size w/ a harbour view, a Chinese / Western Breakfast Buffet included, free bottled water and free shuttle service.

Hotel was great. Close to habourfront and ferries. Hotel located over the Tsim Sha Tsui subway station. Very clean and professional service.

Very small room. The rooms are clean and stuff are freindly. Breakfast in the lobby makes the expirience and the hotel looks very cheap.
