I really liked the hotel they are very nice hotel is very clean I would recommend it!

Had a wonderful experience!! The hotel looks very Sheek and staff very accommodating! The staff made sure I was comfortable with my stay. The hotel's customer service is top notch! I was impressed with the lobby and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The rooms were very modern and spacious. Very clean with the exception of the jets in the bathtub for the Jacuzzi. They could've payed a little extra attention to the cleanliness of the Jacuzzi. They also offer a free hot breakfast in the mornings. Food was good, but the french toasts were a little hard and sausage as well. I think it's because I was at the end of the breakfast hour where everything were left overs. I was also bummed with the juices. I noticed they are not as sweet as I would want them, so they tasted a little watered down. Again, maybe because I like my juice thicker and sweeter than normal. The pool and Jacuzzi outside were very nice! Especially the bungalows! But other than that, I really cannot complain!! I was checked in on time and had no problems with my check out either. It is pricey during the weekdays for the corporate business guests, but the weekend rates are truly a bargain!

This hotel is a little sanctuary in this neighborhood. They are doing all the right things. Suggested a nice restaurant within walking distance, had happy hour, had very nice, friendly, professional staff, and a great bed to sleep in. Their one huge drawback is their sign on the road. You can't read it! I drove by this hotel 4 times! It appears to be attached to either the hotel next to it or the retirement community on the other side. It's ridiculous! My small breakfast meeting attendees were all late due to the same issue. For such a wonderful place to stay, it should be easier to find.

The A/C in the room makes it smell like a cat litter box. The cold water only runs warm/hot. The "Sleep Number Bed" was non-functional. The room was noisy with noise from the lobby. The bar is tiny and the bartender is probably on his first bar job. Bar smelled just as bad as well.

Stayed one night with a deal and couldn't love it more!

Great stay, staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Hotel ensign was modern chic, even if it was a rehabbed older hotel. Would recommend this stay if you need to be in this area.

Internet was a bit slow. Didn't like the fact that there was a charge to use the computers with online access.

We stayed at Domain Hotel so that we could be close to my daughter's championship swim meet. Unfortunately the hotel was hosting a "gaming convention" that weekend. We were assured that they would be gone by 9pm on Friday. So not the case! They were getting drunk (loudly!) until at least 1am. We woke up to find people passed out in every public space. My daughter barely slept due to the extreme noise. The next night was more of the same with the exciting development of some drunk guy passing out with his head literally against our door at 1am. The staff were very apologetic, but also very ineffectual. The upside was that they refunded the cost of our stay. I'm sure it would have been a very pleasant stay if it had not been for the convention.

The service and room was extraordinary, there was good crowd in happy hours in the evening, free sheltered parking, very convenient to highway and walk to many great restaurants.

The hotel was trendy and cute, and the front desk was very friendly and made me feel like a friend that just arrived as opposed to a customer. In my room I realized I forgot my toothpaste, so I called down to get some delivered. I also inquired if they had breakfast in the morning (they have a buffet, no room service) and when they brought me my toothpaste they also brought me a free breakfast voucher which hadn't been included. The only downfall was the window faced the inside over the lobby, and being on the second floor it was a little noisy.

Was comfortable and nice...did have slight feel of "Putting Lipstick on a pig". The being said, it was clean, felt safe, seemed to have amenities needed. I like the use of the gym across the street.

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights in a superior king room. the decoration was very ikea feng shui, which I really liked. The room was very well lit and had a nice private balcony. We are smokers and they accommodated us by bring ashtrays to our room for the balcony. They even let us smoke by the pool as long as we were respectful of other guests. We requested a microwave that they delivered for free. Maintenance came up immediately and fixed, within five minutes, the somewhat temperamental toilet issue we had. We loved this hotel. Very clean and great service. We departed and accidentally left some things behind and they held everything and called us immediately. Wonderful place, really.

Nice, spacious rooms and well maintained hotel, but a few things prevent me from giving it 5 stars. The water pressure was poor and the hot water didn't last very long. The bed, while a "Sleep Number" bed, wasn't particularly comfortable. Otherwise, this is a very good option for business travellers to the area.

I have never had a favorite hotel, but I do now. I did not expect much because of the price, and I wasn't familiar with the area. I travel a lot for work, and I am in Santa Clara at least twice a month and have stayed in various hotels that are decent hotels, but this hotel was the total package. The lobby was was inviting and peaceful, the employees provided excellent customer service. The bar was nice and peaceful and they have happy hour specials. They have complimentary wine in the lobby during certain times, and even that didn't disturb the ambiance of the hotel. My room was amazing, the bathroom was immaculate. I definitely will be staying here every time I visit Santa Clara County.

I love this hotel. I travel to the bay area often and have stayed in various hotels. This is one of my favorite. Shuttles to companies (Google, etc) is a nice touch.

Excellent room, very clean, great weekend price. The sleep number bed was a treat. Breakfast was fantastic and that's rare.

Fun hotel, very centrally located if you're there for work like I was. Small bar has its own charm, and is very friendly. Great bartenders and staff, the managers were on site and walked around and made sure we all were having a good time and were taken care of.

The place is old but has been nicely reshaped. The rooms are large and come with a very nice design. You can go to a full fitness place on the other side of the street, where you will find all you can think of for a full-body exercise, which I enjoyed very much. What makes it hard for me to put anything higher than an overall 3 is the noise. You can hear people having breakfast from your room (and I was on the 3rd floor!), and the noise of the AC is simply deafening.

I booked the hotel last minute for a stay to see our daughter in college. Very surprised. The place has a modern artsy feel. Nice fountain in lobby. Plenty of seating area in lobby to meet friends or just chill with the paper or iPad. Staff is FIRST RATE!!! from check in to eating area to just walking down the hall and being asked how are we enjoying our stay and is there anything they could do to make it better. Location is pretty good. Plenty of eating choices are within walking distance. Breakfast buffet is great. Only complaint, on the side I stayed, early Friday morning...Big trash truck unloading many bins and the gardeners doing their thing. Overall, we will stay again on our next visit.

This hotel is beautiful. Amazing service, great beds, really nice. Except for a few important things. You have to go on a treasure hunt to find the ice machine. And when I did find it, it was broken. I gave up as I had to walk the entire floor to find it. I didn't feel like going to the next floor to start my search again. The air in the room is super loud and it rattles. If those things were fixedI wouldefinitely come back for another stay.

the beds are quite comfortable and the staff was professional and polite, calm atmosphere and reasonable price, what I did not like was the fact that they did not include free continental breakfast like other hotels have had

It was a great experience staying there. The staff were attentive and courteous. The breakfast was great. However the noise from the screaming children and adults in the pool, until midnight, wasn't so pleasant. Other than that, love the comfortable sleep number bed the hotel provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
