I made reservations for 2 rooms they only had 1 for us The girl at front desk wouldnt let us check in 15 min early we missed part of the concert very poor customer service .tv remote didnt work,no hot water,bathtub was discusting.

The hotel had a very bad smell. The television didn't work. Checkout was noon. Housekeeping started knocking at 8:30 then every 30 minutes. This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. They shoulnt be on hotels.com

Outside of room needed a lot of attention, trash everywhere. Air conditioner and other appliances worked good, carpet had worn spots beds were double with queen headboard, box spring of one of the beds had, what looked like vomit, which I didn't see until I was almost ready to leave. I am afraid that I will not recommend this hotel.

the only good thing about this place is the price.. nasty rooms, rude management, and totally lack of respect for people... i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

This hotel is no where near as nice as it looks, it's all a picture. This hotel is under renovation & is disgusting. Waited in line over 30 minutes to get checked in, there were 3 girls working on one thing & they were very slow. Disgusting, very trashy...

The TV was not working in one of our rooms and the handle for the joining room was messed up but the hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely nice.

I booked this room because it was cheap and I was in town for one night to go to a concert. The front desk staff didn't know how to use the computer system and tried to charge my card even though I pre paid on hotels.com. The property is big, it has four or five buildings which are almost completely empty. I was lucky to see a swat team van pulling in as I arrived. The location is surrounded by topless bars and I'm quite sure that prostitution and drug dealing is taking place on this property. The AC was extremely loud and the carpet was filthy. I called the front desk for a late check out, I was told 1:00PM would be fine only to have the office call me at 12:15 demanding that no one told me I could stay late. Listen If you have 300 rooms and 20 guests maybe you should accommodate them. The only plus I can think of is the Green Iguana restaurant / bar connected to the property.

Everything was great..

Its based on a busy strip traffic is bad but manageable staff was nice and accomadating pool is nice rooms are quaint but very nice

The staff ( andrika, margie,&sam as well as the general manager ) quickly addressed every issue i had with courtesy, professionalism and respect. Also the biggest and cleanest pool of all the hotels I've been staying @ the past 6 weeks. I would definately come back if need be. Great price too. Thank u for making me feel at home

Disgustingly filthy. Pubic hair all over the bathroom. I mistakenly took my shoes off and walked the carpet for a minute. It felt sticky and made the bottom of my feet black. Got no sleep because of neighbors blaring music despite being asked by the front desk and other guests to turn it down. Nothing was done about it. At a decent place, they would have been asked to leave for refusing to stop playing music that could be heard from down the street.

Room was clean, but the room really needed maintenance.

Overall the hotel served well as a good overnight stay by not for a lengthy one. Room were small and outdated problem with the tv remote unit thought I did sleep well and the hotel attendant she was nice helpful and very and do mean very gorgeous and pretty.

This was the dirtiest, most unkept hotel I have ever stayed. Many rooms windows were boarded up. My non-smoking room smelled like 50 years of smoking. The bedding had too many cigarette burn holes in it to count. The toilet wouldn't flush. The TV functioned more like a radio. (I could hear it, but the picture was blurred to unwatchable). The room and bathroom had ants and other insects. I asked for my money back, but the desk personnel refused.

I stayed here many times before. It has been a year since being there. There seems to be new management , or at least new front desk help. The lobby is stripped of the merely adequate furniture. I know there are better rooms than the one offered me. There was paint peeling on the door frames, water damage in the ceiling above the front door, and rust stains in the tub. When I complained the man offered to refund my advance, with no help to get another hotel/motel. I felt as a hotels.com person i was getting the short shift. never again.

The location of the hotel is awful being across the street from 2 strip joints. Chose it because hotels.com's filter said it had a shuttle to the airport. Paid for a taxi instead. Everything was dirty and a general disgusting feeling to the whole place. Customer review I had read said, "Not a bad place to stay if you're justing there for an overnight." Ha. hotels.com you should be embarrassed to offer this hotel at all.

I travel quite a bit and cannot recall a worse room. No hot water in the shower. Tub did not drain. Carpet, bedspread, drapes were filthy. Wakened at 2:20 a.m. by a knock on the door. Oops, wrong room. On the plus side, the lights worked.

The only thing that was convenient about this hotel was the location only because we planned it to be close to what we were doing. They say "full vacancy"...well that's because half the rooms arent in working condition. It was kind of creepy checking in at night and walking by hotel rooms with open windows and piles of furniture in them. There was random hairs left around our room, as in it wasn't cleaned properly. The shower didnt drain. We went to get the contenintal breakfast in the morning and had to WAKE the lady up at the front desk because she fell asleep and locked the doors. We all kept checking on our cars because of how unsafe we felt. Definitely would NOT stay at this hotel again!

horrible horrible horrible! no shuttle to airport! had to drag 4 suitcases up and down 2 flights of stairs twice because our room was not made up and had to get another room. stay far away from this one!

This hotel is run down, needs carpets changed, door jump was broken bathroom badly needed of total repair. Afraid to take a bath or shower. Worst room I ever picked.not worth the money saved.

wanted to read in bed, over head lights didn't work, even after checking the bulbs and plugs ... "free" coffee wasn't worth the price and bathroom sink drained straight into floor making a huge puddle .. shower was too dirty to attempt

Don't stay here! When bathroom sink water turned on, water leaked out of the back of the toilet area. Did not follow through on morning wake up call. Unwilling to call a local cab from office to obtain a ride to the airport. Swimming pool not heated. Midnight encounter outside my door between roudy clients and a call to the police. It was awful!

I stayed here for dayglow 2012. For the price i couldnt argue with it. But the complex had so many problems. No extra towels or pillows, holes in the wall, clogging toliet (couldnt even pee) everything is old and damaged. they need to remodel everything badly. Like i said earlier i cant complain bout the price. The staff on the otherhand were really nice and understood everything. They gave is a full refund of the room

You should remvoe this hotel from your listing. The pool was not operatinal. The bath tub was plugged. We had to keep getting a new key card every time we used the key cared one time. Therer were few people staying at this hotel but they put us way int he back which was quite scarey. One night there was a party going on in one room near us; we locked up and did not move.

This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had!!! I arranged a room for my daughter who had an early flight on Thursday morning. The hotel was booked for Wednesday February 8,2012. After checkin, we were given the key to a room on the second floor. My husband and I helped our daughter, up the stairs and to a room near the end of the walkway. She unlocked the door. The room looked like a crimescene. There were papers and duct tape on the floor and used condoms on the bed. I can't tell more as we got out of there as fast as we could. My husband called the clerk and she had me come down for a new key. We didn't bother opening this room as we could see through the window that it had not been made up. Another call to the desk clerk. This time she took us to a room way across the courtyard and up the stairs again and at the end of the hall. We dragged all the baggage again down the stairs and up the stairs. This room was finally suitable. My husband and I left our daughter but with trepidation. This atrocity should be compensated in some way.

This is a very bad motel. We arrived in the midst of a rock concert...VERY noisey. The room had chipped paint, cigarette strains in a non smoking room, hair in the bathtub, etc, etc. There was hardly any place to park. Next morning the lot was empty. Concert goers must use it. Please remind me not to stay here again.

10:00 am No Hot Water and shower head broken, downer after waking in the morning

Wel when i checked in went back twice to change room becuase the room s was very dirty , and notice other rooms there people rppm door open and guys look rough with no shirt on and drinking beer smiking , god knows and taking loud , make you fell like they live in there or place for homeless , so sad , but am just done couldn't stay that long i checked out few hours later no way stay until next day ....

This place was very bad. First the girl at the counter was too busy talking to her friend than to notice that she had given me a room someone else was in. So when I got to the room there was someone's personal stuff in the room. Second the cable didn't work And the remote was broken. Finally, there was no hot water, and the bathtub was dirty. The place needs to be torn down because it doesn't look like the owner plan on doing any renovations.

The only reason to stay at this hotel is to be across the street from the Raymond James Stadium or, when there is no game, because is quite cheap.

No Hot water for shower...very min for Continental breakfest

Got this place because it was close to the Football Stadium and we were going to the Outback Bowl. The hotel was really cheap and in a great location (10 minute walk to stadium) with numerous bars and restaurant within walking distance. The room itself was pretty clean and big. The bathroom wasn't spotless but it wasn't gross. Front desk staff not polite but 24 hours and they handled problems quickly. I would go here again, but if you're easily grossed out, spend more money to go somewhere else.

Understaffed, no organization. I would never stay in this dirty hotel again.

Dirty washcloth in the bathroom shower with hair on the floor and dirty sink. Noisy as we could hear the TV in the next room. We were requested a rollaway bed at the time of the reservation-there was none. we had to put 3 kids in a double bed.

This motel is very much past its prime. It needs renovation very badly.

This hotel was pretty bad. Normally it takes alot for me to be upset, but this was an exception. The room they put me in was right next to a room "under construction." I didnt check in untill almost 9 at night and i have never heard of a construction crew working past 5 oclock! The door to the room was left wide open for just any person off the street to use it as a bathroom. When we politely asked to move rooms, our request was treated with poor attitude, like it was inconvenient for her. The rooms themselves were pretty disgusting. When it comes to this hotel you are pretty much paying for location. i paid a fair rate to spend the night before my morning flight. But i felt ripped off.

I did not have or expect a great motel when I booked. I merely needed a place to crash from a late flight and clean up before a early morning meeting. Cheap and close were my only criteria. I got that. What I did not get was heat (it was 37* in the morning) or hot water (cold shower). Unless you are swilling beer and trashing the place before a Bucs game, stay away from this place.

Do not recommend this hotel despite good reviews! The room has not been updated since the 70's even the comforter! Old toothpaste stuck to on the counter by the sink, and hair still in the shower. I would not sit on the toilet seat or take a shower. Luckily no bed bugs. Couldn't wait to get out of there!

mediocre and dated, but convenient to airport. Can leave car parked for extra $5 per night
