We had an awesome time. Breakfast was great, and so was happy hour. Only downfall was you could not watch the Rangers game in your room. They didn't have the channel.

Clean rooms, great beds, and indoor pool was great for the kids...enjoyed our stay! Less than half a mile from Medieval Times and close to downtown.

Very nice room, great free food, loved the pool area and bar. I would stay here again.

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were very eager to please and helpful with whatever we needed. The continental breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty which was nice since I had 3 picky kids to feed. Indoor pool was convienient and my kids really enjoyed swimming in it. My only complaint, which was purely coincidental, was the AC units for the entire hotel went out our 2nd day there. The staff tried hard to accomodate us and thankfully it did get repaired, but we had a couple of warm nights and days. Would I recommend this hotel, most definitely! Just hope the AC units are in good working order next time we stay!

The hotel was great. Very clean and the staff was excellent. Hotels.com was most helpful and they were complete accurate about the hotel.

Our room was awesome! Clean and the breakfast buffet was great! Don't have any complaints.. And I will definitely book this hotel again!

Very nice, good customer service even though I was given the wrong key and room, she was polite. The rooms were clean and the breakfast is THE BOMB! Most def will be going back.

The hotel is beautiful !! But their service sucks !!! My friends bed had a blood stain on the comforter. We had to call 4times to have some one come get it but they NEVER brought it back!!!! The complimentary happy hour was awesome but when we asked the clerk about it she didn't even look at us when we were talking to her !! The servers in the restaurant were very nice. The room was spacious but had very few outlets. Overall my stay was enjoyable.

Hotel was super nice. Kids loved it. The breakfast was great, service was too. Will stay again.

Hotel has plenty of parking at no fee. Suites are large and very comfortable.

Well Spring break was hectic. There was about 30-40 kids in the pool/hot tub at all times. However my kids didn't mind. There were absolutely NO towels available so we used the small gym towels. The rooms are so spacious we could all have our our area. The had a free cocktail hour and snacks. And the breakfast is unbeatable! We will defiantly be returning.

The housekeeping lady named Diane or Diana. Was rude an not helpful to me. Iask for towels and it took her 15- 20 minutes to get them to my ro when she got there she was very nosey . She was trying to look in my room ad she handed me the towels. On Sunday morning the pool was not opened an I asked her when were they going to open the pool because the sign says the pool opens at 6a.m . She told me she didnt know when ever the cleaning guy gets there but she didnt know when he was coming. There was another lady at the front desk who open the pool for me and said I dont know why she told me that because the pool opens at 6 a.m... I will not stay here again all tho the rooms were great the guess service was not.

We had 5 in our room & only stayed one night. We did not have enough pillows. It took them 2 hours to respond & still could not find any extra pillows. All other aspects of the facility were great!

Well, the hotel has been remodeled so the private balconies are no longer there. The check in was fast and easy, the staff were nice and very helpful. The pool was supposed to provide towels but both locations were empty and when we asked for more they said there were no more clean towels avalible because they were still being washed, so we had to trek to our room soaking wet. Also there was a fraternity reunion the same weekend and we heard yelling and running around the hotel at all hours of the night despite several calls to the front desk, nothing was done about it.

I stayed at this hotel on March 8th with my kids.. Everything was fine until I found out that the $50 that was held out for incidentals was not and STILL IS NOT put back into my account. I do not like that..

My stay was mostly good. The breakfast was not cooked and the dishes were dirty. I did like the pool. The towels were thick. Will stay again.

The hotel lobby was nicely updated & clean. Our room (for 4 girls) was very clean & spacious- the living area made it so roomy, & provided enough space for all of our luggage & mirrors to get ready. Complimentary HH cocktails at the lobby bar were minimal, but good (something not offered at most hotels!), & so was the complimentary breakfast in the morning- omelet & egg station; bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, muffins, juice- basic but good vriety. Be aware- brkfst shuts down PROMPTLY at 10:30- not a minute later. I will stay again if I'm back in the area.

We stayed at this hotel twice during the same week and had two slightly different experiences with this hotel. On the first stay, there was a large family reunion and we were not allowed to check in early because of all the chaos. We were given a room that was already occupied -- AWKWARD -- and had to go back down to the front desk to get it straightened out. Once we were in our room, everything seemed fine until we had to use the bathroom -- the toilet was stopped up and maintenance took forever to come work on it. AND they left saying they had fixed it, but never did. You could NOT use the toilet in the room -- VERY inconvenient. The bed was very comfortable, though, probably the most comfortable bed we've ever had and that says a lot because we travel all the time. On our second stay, we had to have a room with two doubles and they were made of concrete! But the toilet worked!! There was a trade group staying this time around who were very noisy, but could not be heard from the bedroom. Breakfast was exceptionally good, and the manager's reception each evening is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are many hotel choices in this area, though, so we will likely stay somewhere else when we return next week.

The hotel was nice and the indoor pool was a plus. However, I was really dissapointed with the room. It was small, no windows over looking outside but just one looking the hallway. The bathroom was too small and did not even offer a hair blow dryer. The baskets did not have a trash bag. I was also really disappointed that we had to pay for internet, a little pricey too. Clean room and good complimentary breakfast.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Great perks were free breakfast and happy hour drinks daily.

Everything is great as usual. We stay here whenever in Dallas. Good gym, great breakfast, nice rooms and friendly staff. Hunter and the lounge staff are wonderful. The hot tub went down on this visit...oh well. My only complaint is the gentleman making the eggs. I asked for egg whites and he said "NO, Next in Line!"...I was shocked because the others always did my egg whites. Later I noticed, it's even on their sign as a choice. This one man does not represent the staff on most days. But I was so disappointed by his short temper and unwillingness to supply me with something that they 'offer'.

Just overnight for sporting event with children & grand kids. Staff was friendly. Room service was prompt & courteous.

When we walked into our room on day 2, it was as if Goldilocks had came into our room and slept in my bed. It was gross actually. The room was in perfect condition, having just been cleaned by staff, but it was apparent that my bed had been pulled back and someone laid on my pillow. I was actually quite grossed out.

Fabulous. You can always count on the Suites!

Great breakfast, nice pool and amenities. Loved the manager's reception.

Everything good except workers were making a lot of noise around 5 am. Yelling, talking, very loud music playing and echoing thru the courtyard area all night.

Someone walked in my room while I was already in the room. They offered to give me a voucher for a free entree...WOW. I would've left if there was something else available!

The service and the room were excellent!

I absolutely loved the hotel and the bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and very clean. I would recommend staying in a room that does not face Stemmons Freeway because you can hear traffic noise. But rooms on all other sides of the hotel are completely quiet with no outdoor noise. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are like new and modern with classic accents. Flat screen TV's are big and high quality. Parking is free, but if you want wireless internet you have to pay 10 dollars per day for it. The hotel is located 15 minutes north from downtown Dallas and 15 minutes south from Dallas Love Field airport so it's a perfect location in the city.

I have never had nothing less than an outstanding stay at Embassy Suites.

I didn't give it 5 stars for the following reasons:1. There is no free Wi-Fi. 2 We didn't like the glass elevator but the stairs going up are locked up so there is no choice but to take the elevator. 3. Some breakfast was pre-made, such as pancakes were really hard when we ate them. However, it was still a very pleasant experience because of the following reasons: 1. After the front desk found out that my husband is a veteran, she offered us complimentary code for Wi-Fi. 2 My husband and I love the setting of the room. He actually said that he can live there everyday. 3The front desk and food service people are very friendly. I'd give it 4.5 stars if there is that option. We'd definitely stay there again if we receive another promotion. :)

Embassy Suites is known for their room layout that is perfect for a family and the wonderful complimentary breakfast buffet. This location definitely delivered on both of those, the area was a little sketchy, but my daughter and I felt safe and secure inside the hotel itself. I guess my only negative was the lobby bar closed at 11:30 on a Saturday night. Since it was only my daughter and I traveling, I had hoped to grab one drink before relaxing in our room (we didn't get back from dinner and shopping until after 11:00) and the bar was already closed. Had I checked the hours before we left the hotel for our night out, I would have known this. So my bad for not checking. Otherwise, this was another Embassy Suites stay that met all my expectations.

Very nice friendly staff

Rooms were nice, love the public areas & the breakfast was great. Very nice place.

Other than constant key problems and my toilet being backed up, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable and you can't beat the Manager's Reception and cooked to order hot breakfast. The staff was super friendly and on top of any concerns. Our toilet problems were fixed within 10 minutes of our request. One of our keys wouldn't work, but that was a minor nuisance. We will definitely stay there again!

Room was fine other than hair in the bathroom and the coffee maker not being very well stocked (only 1 packet of decaf and 1 packet of regular coffee and only 1 package with sugar and 2 creamers). The microwave was in the floor in front of the counter... kinda in the way.. overall the room was fine. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Had to leave before breakfast was served.

The service and hospitality was exceptional. We had a large family group consisting of eight rooms. Everyone was more than pleased with every aspect of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but most of all the employees of the hotel were absolutely fabulous! Our group commented several times how wonderful and friendly the hotel staff was. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.
