Beds were comfortable, easy to find easy to get to airport

Very friendly service and full of smiles.

Stayed three nights while visiting the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Central location made it very quick and easy to visit both cities. Only a 5 minute ride to the airport! Very friendly staff. Clean, quiet room. Convenient continental breakfast at no charge. Would certainly recommend to others!!

The room was very clean & VERY comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly & spoke to us every time we came in & out of the hotel.

The hotel itself needs to be updated. But other than that room was clean and we had good service!!! They brought extra towels, etc within 5 minutes after we called Complimentary breakfast was awesome! Not just the ordinary fruit and cereal that most hotels serve. They had a variety of breakfast foods to choose from. I would recommend it most definitely!

This is a wonderful hotel and one would think it's easy to find...well due to the road construction all around - it's not! The building does not look like a typical hotel and at night the signage is VERY POOR and I must have passed it 3 times with GPS before I saw the poorly lit/visible sign. Otherwise GREAT HOTEL!

My only complaint was that other people kept allowing their doors to slam closed at all hours of the night.

We stayed for pleasure and we really liked it. Price was affordable, staff willing to help. I will stay again on my next trip

The Fairfield Inn is undergoing renovations at this time and will be a much nicer hotel when completed. Our room had already been renovated and was nice. The only problem we had was the air conditioning blew straight at our bed. We reported this and they are going to see what can be done. Overall our stay was very nice and convenient to what we wanted todo.

The hotel was as expected. The room was clean, the shuttle took a little longer than I would have liked to pick me up at the airport, and the front desk staff was friendly. The shuttle driver did stop by to let me get something to eat on the way back to the hotel, which was nice. All in all a good stay; I'd go back if I was in the area again.

Overall, it is a great hotel! Staff was very friendly and gave us plenty of coupons for everwhere we intended to go! Even tho the airport is just behind the hotel, you couldnt hear the air traffic at night, unless we were soooo tired we couldn't hear them! Any way, I would def stay here again!

The hotel stated it had new renovations. The bathtub in the room I stayed in would not hold water. What a disappointment since this was my weekend vacation from children. There was supposed to be continental breakfast and all that was available was microwaveable burritos and fruit. NO COFFEE.

Great location. Staff was friendly and ready to please. Breakfast was always ready before 6 am. Rooms were newly renovated. Fresh paint, furniture, and carpets. A+++

Very convenient with quite rooms and individual air conditioners. Bed was comfortable and the shower was the best I had in 2 weeks of travelling in CA NV and AZ. Beware that the included breakfast finishes at 9am during the week, which is early compared to most hotels. I arrived after midnight and was late up and missed out at 9:20am. Apart from the breakfast issue it was great value at 1/2 the price I had paid at other hotels over the previous 2 weeks.

I am completely satisfied with my experience at this hotel. The staff is super friendly. My room was neat and clean. It was fairly spacious for the price. I had a nice big TV. There is a computer available for hotel guest. The hotel is conveniently located within 2-3 miles of DFW. There is a shuttle that will take you back and forth to the airport. There is complimentary breakfast each morning. Oh and coffee and water available 24 hours a day. You can check in and out 24 hours a day. I got a really good deal on hotels.com for this hotel.

I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms. The bedding was super clean and comfortable. Everything was friendly, clean and inviting. The breakfast was excellent for a continental breakfast and for a sunday on that. Could not ask for more choices. The front desk staff was absolutely helpful and friendly! I definetly added this hotel to my will always stay when in Dallas list!!

GOOD EVERYTHING, BREAKFAST, FREE WIFI

Really liked it, but since theres a lot of construction going on it was hard to find a place to eat dinner.

This hotel is clean and very convenient to the DFW airport. I've stayed here several times and have been pleased each time. The staff is very courteous and efficient. A good complimentary breakfast is available.

We were very pleased at early check in. Sorry I can't remember her name but she was very friendly and helpfull. We took the shuttle for supper and the driver was very friendly also. We used the hotel for a lay over on our way to MX. from MN. There was a sign they were remodeling I am sure it could only get better. Of course not for the 5* crowd. Clean and friendly that's my kind of place!!!!

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were no frills but offered clean beds, bathroom and 32" flat screen TV to rest before and early mng flight. The shuttle bus driver was professional, prompt and pleasant. Good value.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, modern, and convenient. The only down side was the noise from the freeway in front of the hotel. A room on the back of the hotel would have been perfect. A very good value for the money.

Great hotel!

After visiting family locally, just spent the night to take airport shuttle in the a.m. Staff were all very pleasant, especially the drivers who took us to nearby restaurant for dinner and airport. The accommodations were just fine, although I was a little surprised to find our room's window was open when we got there.The room could have easily been broken into from the ground level. Breakfast was just fine, and as former hotel managers, we found everything perfectly satisfactory for the price. A good value!

The hotel was ok but their were stains on the carpet and the hotel is starting to show its age.

Although this hotel is older, it has been kept nicely. My only complaint was that we stayed Christmas night. It was a late arival and so we wanted to sleep in the next Morning. Since the day after Christmas was a Monday the hotel resumed its regular breakfast hours (6-9). The majority of people were off that day. We arrived for the breakfast just a little before 9 AM and the girl started taking things off the counter. I think they could have been a bit more considerate since this was the day after a holiday and most people were having a slow morning.

A good price for an overnight stay. Bed was uncomfortable, soft in middle of bed.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Hotel was nice only problem was there was nothing within walking distance. The staff was very willing to drive us.

The hotel is undergoing some renovation and the elevator was broken. Thankfully, it is only 2 floors. There is no indoor pool and the location is really only convient to DFW. There are no wall thermostats, only the standard hotel heater/AC. That is all of the bad stuff I can come up with. The breakfast was very good and plentiful There was hot coffee all day and night. The staff was amazingly nice. The rates were great. The entire hotel was very clean. I may not want to go here for a vacation, but for business travel, I wouldn't pick any other hotel.

Hotel location a little remote from services but more than made up by the assistance, advice and overall willingness to make our stay as pleasant as possible by every member of staff. Nothing was a problem

Convenient location to DFW airport and Dallas downtown. Close to Grapevine Mills Mall. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and helpful staff. Provides Continental breakfast(is also close to other food eateryS)

Not luxorious but clean, quiet, good breakfast and excellent price and staff.

Stay at the hotel was very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place for people who need to stay near Fort worth airport or visiting Irving or Grapevine

VERY NICE MOTEL FOR THE COST. HAVE STAYED THERE THREE TIMES IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS. ALWAYS CLEAN, GOOD BREAKFAST AND EXCELLENT STAFF.

Staff has always been very helpful and they have a great exercise room.

It was kind of like staying at a motel 6. The room was tiny. The shower head was good, but I won't be staying hear again.
