I loved the Hotel and would stay there again when I return.

Great location close to everything. After initial problems with a/c we were moved to another room, staff all very helpful.

Close to north end...great restaurants...neptune oyster...phenomenal!!!! great hotel...clean...courteous...couldn't have been better....bed was really comfortable!!!

The Millenium Bostonian Hotel is convenient to everything you would want to see in Boston. The front desk was knowledgeable and more than helpful. Upon arrival, I received an easy to read map of the area and the bellman was very cooperative in giving directions to my meeting the next day. Although I did not eat there, the restaurant was beautiful and the host was very accomodating with my "peaking" in to check it out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Boston.

nice location,good staff. The room view was terrible, into an alley way with the HVAC system just outside the window. Excellent food at breakfast with a good wait staff. Parking was the normal high rate of 45.00 per nite valet.

The location is superb, right beside the Quincy Market. Decoration is modern and comfortable. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The only thing I wish they offer as complimentary is the WiFi.

This place is a top notch hotel. Perfect location to walk around some of the great parts of the city. The hotel itself is definitely a luxury hotel. Rooms are beautiful, service is top notch. Highly recommend!

Very convenient off of I-93 and very convenient to the Financial District, the Millenium is clean, upscale hotel right next to Fanueil Hall. I stay there frequently on business and it works perfectly for me.

The location is wonderful, the staff very attentive, the room very nicely decorated, the beds and sheets wonderful. I will not stay anywhere else again.

Service was very good and the hotel dining experience was enjoyable. Hotel valet parking is quite expensive and other reasonable options for parking on week-end are close by. There was only 1 bathrobe in our closet and no luggage racks in order to keep our luggage off the floor. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience.

The Millennium Bostonianian Hotel was absolutely great! Loved it! The location is perfect, with the Quincy Market & Fanueil Hall basically across the street (and therefore right on the Freedom Trail) as well as very close to the Government Center "T" stop where you can hop a subway and cover the whole city easily -- as well as Cambridge/Harvard. We were thankful the hotel was about halfway through the Freedom Trail as we were able to stop and drop off packages and add some more layers since it was cold when we were there (Feb '12). In the other direction from Fanueil Hall, is the North End with all the fabulous Italian restaurants, Mike's Pastry & Modern Pastry -- very close to walk to all of them. (We ate at Al Dente which was excellent, and the waiters SO friendly. They recommended Modern Pastry, and we weren't disappointed.) As for the service at the hotel, my daughter forgot her iPhone charger, and they charged her phone for her at the front desk. Couldn't have asked for nicer front desk staff. Room was beautiful!! Loved the "fancy" bathroom and extra vanity area where you could sit and do your make-up while someone else was in the bathroom, and the bed was SO comfortable. Our view was pretty ugly (overlooking back parking area & dumpster), but who cares? We were on the go all the time so it's not like we cared about having a fabulous panoramic view. Hope we can return and stay longer, and would definitely choose this same hotel. (Tip: When on the opposite end of the Little Italy area, try a restaurant on Newbury St by Copley Square area called Piattini (sp?). It was SO good. The name means "small plate" and you order 2-3 of these sampler size plates each and share them. My daughter and I just ordered a salad to share and 3 of the small plates and were stuffed! Butternut squash pasta was fabulous, and eggplant/spinach also. They also have full entrees if you'd prefer to go that route.) This Newbury Street with cool shops & restaurants is near the Boston Public L

I booked this hotel because of its location and that was good but everything else went downhill from there. I must say that I am known to be a good sleeper. My family actually tells me that I can sleep through anything but this hotel certainly put an end to that. Our A/C unit made this very loud noise every time it started. Additionally, we could hear people walking and talking all night--not only from the street but from inside the hotel -- even worse, we could hear people flushing their toilets. The bed and pillow were also uncomfortable. If you are one of those people who need to sleep, please make sure to bring ear plugs or book another hotel - because you are not going to be getting much sleep there.

The Millenium Bostonian is in a great city centre location and even though I had a room at the front of the hotel on the second floor, there was very little street noise. Room was well appointed and modern with all the facilities you could need. There are many cafes and restaurants around for lunch or dinner. We used the hotel restaurant for breakfast which had a good range of options. We were all happy with our food, although it wasn't a cheap meal. Overall, very good. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Great service, nice rooms, friendly staff. Would recommend for both business or tourists.

We visit Boston once a year for a weekend getaway. This is our second year going to this hotel and are already planning next years trip. It is a perfect location and walking distance to everything. we LOVE the food market set up on the side street every weekend. we pick up our fruits and vegetables before heading back home.

My wife and I visited family in the New England area for Christmas and had one day to spend in Boston before heading back home. We decided that we would stay close to all of the attractions and although there were a lot of really nice choices, we chose the Millennium. We are very glad we did. The location was perfect, the building inviting and the check in was very professional and inviting. The room was laid out beautifully and the balcony (Very small) opened up to look over Fanieul Hall and all of the Christmas lights around the Commons. The bellhop was very informative and offered a lot of suggestions for dinner, activities and nightlife and made sure we knew how to get a hold of him if we had any questions or concerns. This was a wonderful place to stay and when we head back to Boston, we will stay at the Millennium.

I had brought my girlfriend to Boston for her birthday and had booked one of their better rooms. The service was extremely friendly and professional upon arrival. Their Credit Card machine was down while we checked and they compensated us generously for waiting. Keep in mind I dont mind waiting so I didnt even complain at all. It was actually extremely nice of them to upgrade our room. It made the whole stay way more amazing. I d definitely recommend it.

The location could not have been better, walking distance to great places to eat and upscale and convenient for going to the Garden to catch a Bruins game. Great stuff. The woman who checked us in was friendly and made us feel important.

Everything about the hotel was good except for one view of the AC unit .

I was spending the weekend in Boston with my partner so we wanted to be near some tourist-y things. The location of this hotel could not have been more perfect - right across the street from Quincy Market. Great hotel, no complaints, affordable.

The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. My boyfriend and I were in Boston to celebrate his birthday, and the staff made the visit memorable by upgrading our room to the top floor with a view of the city & a balcony! They outdid themselved when a bottle of champagne, bouquet of flowers and dessert tray were brought to our room to again say, happy birthday. We will most definately return to this hotel!

Great location to some of the best restaurants in the North End, and shopping in Fanuiel Hall area. Convientley located to the Waterfront area. The bed was comfortable, bathrooms nice and the staff accomodating. Will be back in May.

I never stayed in Boston overnight in my life. After 15 years of marriage to my husband we decided to book a room at the Millenium the week before Christmas. Perfect view of Fanuiel Hall, walking distance was great and close to Hardrock Cafe which is a place we frequent at all vacation spots we travel to. Room very comfortable and clean. Definitely will return.

The hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and accomodating. Room was very comfortable and refreshing. Elevators were prompt and efficient. Location was ideal for walking distance to great dining and shopping. Valet parking was a bit cumbersome. However,I would not hesitate to book there again when in Boston.

I call a front desk 1 am to tell them that the guest in next room have a very loud party and I can't sleep. The hotel staff and security did nothing to stop party. It continued till 2:15 am and after my call became more loud. During checkout I asked hotel manager, why security did not stop a party? The answer was "I am very sorry." The hotel staff needs a basic professional training.

I had My Parents and My Fiancee's Parents staying here as well as Myself and My Fiancee. The place is the BEST in LOCATION and HOSPITALITY. Once I told them we had gotten Engaged earlier that afternoon they upgraded our room to a balcony room facing Fanuiel Hall, and sent up a care package with champagne!!! This is THE place to stay when staying in Boston. I will be returning!

We loved our stay. Great room with a fantastic view. Loved the balcony, great view of Faneuil Hall. The staff was really great. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and they upgraded our room to the top floor and the Faneuil hall side. They also sent up complimentary champagne, fruit, and sweets! It was perfect! When we got home we were wishing we were back at the hotel!

For the price of the room the service fell very short.

From the Front Desk Staff to the valet and concierge, the Millenium Bostonian knows what 4Star+++++++ Service entails. Loved the ability to walk out the front doors and be literally seconds to local eats and attractions. Even the parking (while pricey) was a snap! Easy access to freeways and airport too. Absolutely would stay here again and will recommend this Property HANDS DOWN! Congrats fine staff at Millenium (in particular Kevin and late night concierge!)

The staff was very attentive. The room and overall condition of the hotel was execellent. I was impressed and very satisfied. the only issue I had was that it is directly across from fanuiel Hall and was a bit noisy in the early evening. Once it got later, it quieted down and I had no noise complaints. I would stay here again.

This hotel was a great find & one I will return to when in Boston. It is located in a great area for dining & night life & very near the harbor. Rooms are very nice & spacious. One down side was the $42 for valet parking that, based from the appearance of my car, wasn't in a garage. Also there was no ice available without ordering through room service. Very comfortable bed & friendly staff.

No problem with the hotel, per se, but the WiFi did not work in our room on the 7th floor and I feel that for the price paid per room that the WiFi should be complimentary. 4 out of 5 of the hotels used in the previous 4 weeks in N America had free WiFi. WiFi is not a luxury any more and it is cheap!

This was a great place to be, convenient to major attractions.
