My family and I always stay at Hilton chains with the Embassy being one of our favorites. I loved everything about the hotel, especially their exceptional customer service!! They offered complimentary airport shuttle and anywhere within a 3 mile radius. The breakfast was very good and selective. They offered one of the best Jacuzzi's I think I've ever been in, however the chlorine was a bit much during my first few days there...They are also conveniently located next door to Enterprise Rental car in the case you wanted to rent a car to explore San Antonio....My hotel stay was affordable and I'm so glad that we chose to stay at that location and not the downtown location because it allowed us to have peaceful sleeps. I believe the windows are sound proof because I never heard a plane...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I've always enjoyed staying at Embassy Suites throughout the country. However, this last hotel seemed dingy, the carpets were dirty and my brother's room reeked of cigarrette smoke and he doesn't smoke. The hotel in in deperate need of a face lift. I was very disappointed.

Love breakfast and cocktails

It was 6pm in the afternoon and I had to call the front desk and let them know that we did not receive made service yet, it took until 7pm to have someone come up. My husband went down to get a new key because he could not find his. The front desk asked him what room he was in and made him a key, they asked him his name but did not ask for id. The scary part the room was not in his name.

I was very satified with the cleanliness of my room and all the available amenities. Will stay there again. 5 stars!!

Free Breakfast and evening Managers reception was excellent. Room Service dining was good and prices were not overinflated like in many hotels. I noticed they were the same prices as what was posted in the restaurant. The heated pool was nice in the middle of February and the gym was well maintained. Notes to housekeeping were ignored. I left a note for an item to be exchanged but it was not taken care of until I had to call. I thought I would be proactive and fill the coffee pot with water the night before so it would be ready in the morning but the water leaked out all over the counter over the course of the night. I tried to set the alarm clock to music but the volume was so low, it did not wake me. I ended up not using the alarm clock at all and just the alarm on my phone. Despite that the location is less than 1 mile from the Airport, the noise level from airplanes was not even noticed. If there are people partying in the atrium, it's very loud which is the nature of the building design.

I decided to stay at this particular hotel due to its close proximity to a testing center for professional licensing exam. I got there in less than 5 minutes. There were other hotels in the immediate area, but Embassy Suites provided the best option. I was not entirely satisfied with the breakfast buffet on the first morning of a 2-day stay. Even though I got there when the buffet opened, the eggs were cold, pancakes were lukewarm and bacon was greasy. Because I had to leave at 720AM for this professional licensing exam, I did not have time to wait and ask for one their build-your-own ommelletes. Despite this minor issue, the stay was great.

The hotel offers LodgeNet as there TV package. The strangest thing however each time I have stayed someone at the hotel has found a way to mute MSNBC only throughout the entire hotel. This a local hotel issue only. Fox lovers will find Fox News comes in loud and clear.

Hotel is very nice. Clean quiet rooms. My only problem was my GPS routing me everywhere around the hotel except the hotel.

We always stay at the Embassy Suits near the San Antonio Airport. The location is perfect; the 410, I-10, 281, North Star Mall, the Quarry, etc. The breakfast is always a great extra. This visit was exactly how I would want any hotel stay to go! Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Good stay but had maintenance problems that tool 2 days to fix. When got back to the room the first night things weren't fixed. Notified front desk and they were fixed during the next day. Stopped up kitchen sink, electrical plug would not work in bathroom and refrigerator had water at the base and it was unplugged. We didn't want you plug it on not knowing about the water. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Very enjoyable.

GREAT.

The kids loved it and we did too. It's really nice!!!! Service was really good it's worth the cost.

1st: $10/day for internet access?!?!?! wtf! for what i paid, it should be included in the price 2nd: i stay at embassy suites for the made to order breakfast, but the breakfast was bad, the bacon was tasteless, the sausage was horrible, the short order cook could not make an omelette (just scrambled eggs with some shredded veggies, it was bad!) 3rd: the bed was hard (like sleeping on the floor)

We had a two room suite for the family vacation. Our room on the seventh floor was spectacular compared to the rooms we paid much more for throughout our three week road trip. The front desk was very accommodating. However, there was one thing I was a little disappointed with. I can't believe in this day an age a Hotel charges for Internet access. I haven't paid for that in over ten years. The room was spacious, and the pool was great. Overall is was a great place to stay during our time in San Antonio.

We checked in late. In the morning it became apparent that the bathroom had not really been cleaned. Dirty towels (not just one) were folded and put back. There was hair on the walls, "stuff" in the bathtub. When we compained the person at the front desk asked, "is there anything we can do?" Do they really have to ask?

My family totally enjoyed our three-night stay. We will definitely stay again in any future trips to San Antonio.

This property is a great choice for staying in San Antonio because it is centrally located and the staff is ALWAYS nice and friendly. The manager's reception and free hot breakfast is always a welcome treat and a money saver. On the downside, the rooms could use updating but the beds and pillows are some of the most comfortable that I am slept on outside of my home. Also, the hotel tends to have a lot of kids during the summer and on weekends because of the amenities. Overall I definitely recommend.

My stay was as I expected. I saved $$ by going to Embassy Suites as the Riverwalk hotels were $30 for parking (TY Hotels.com for the reviews I was able to read prior to making a decision) and parking here was free. Also breakfast is free and I couldn't find it free anywhere else. When I arrived, my room smelled really good, like they had sprayed it with cologne. It was a nice welcome. All the staff were very nice. I liked that I could adjust the temperature in the room, also. The elevator wait times were not long. The free drinks at happy hour were great, full bar and snacks, and a pleasant environment with the other guests. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff is wonderful. The room was so shabby, couch dirty, carpet had ground in gum, "whiteish" stains by one of the beds on the carpet, just shabby, needs redecorating or steam cleaning badly. I got there early afternoon and was too exhausted to go through the hassle of changing rooms. I presumed that all the rooms were the same, shabby, so why bother? It had such an "ick" factor that I was uncomfortable all night and was glad to leave in the morning. The owners of the Embassy should be ashamed of themselves, but glad that the staff is so wonderful and accomodating. My suggestion: Buy a steam cleaning carpet and upholstery system and use it. By the way, the toiletries are lovely, small but lovely. I always travel with a big bar of my own Dove soap anyway.

The most accommodating staff ever! Although the hotel could use some updating, this works for me. Great full breakfast. Convenient location. Would rather have a more comfortable bed, but not a deal breaker.

Hotel is substandard for being an Embasdy suits hotel, minimal indoors landscaping rooms outdated and a very simplistic breakfast. Too expensive for what it is better stay down town for 10-20 bucks more

Hotel was acceptable and the stay was satisfactory, but the hotel needs updating. There are too many newer and nicer hotels available to stay in an older unit that hasn't been updated for the same price. Stayed in s non-smoking room that had a strong cigarette odor. This hotel did not measure up to the other Embassy Suites that I have stayed in before.

I picked this hotel as it was close to the airport. Some of the rooms over look a major highway, but there was no noise in the room. There is a great work area, eventhough they charge you for wifi. Room was a nice size and had to TVs in each room. Very nice staff and breakfest. Be aware there are TWO Embassy Suites close to the airport.
