I booked 2 rooms with my card and was told we could split the room cost when we got there. I had both rooms reserved on my cc, but when we got there they would not let us split them up. So i had to leave both rooms on my cc so that put the other guest with us where they had to pay me cash instead of putting there room on there cc. We got to the room and there was dirty towels in the bathroom floor, no soap in the bathroom. I found a employee and ask her to help me i had to follow her to get the stuff instead of her bringing it to us. Now that we are settled i tried to get on the internet and is wanted me to charge it to the room, had to call the desk where i got yet another one of ur rude employees on the phone. She said well they give u that info when u check in, I said no maam they didn't, then she said well u must have not been paying attention. Now correct me if im wrong, but i paid 150 a night per room ok, but yet i had to get my own towels and soap, remove dirty towels from the bathroom. that does not make sense.

Hotel was in a very good location for those wanting to be near downtown area. Within walking distance of the Broadway strip. Self parking for this hotel was very easy to access and affordable compared to other downtown Nashville hotels.

we could not have had a better crew or more helpful staff if we were at our own house. We will be back to the fine city of Nashville if we can book the Renaissance!!!!!!

Very nice hotel & one block from the Bridgestone Arena. All the staff were nice & the price was decent for the hotel. All in all was a great stay & comfortable hotel.

Great location, beautiful hotel. The room was nice, but a bit dated. We had an awful "gurgling" in the sink drain. It was loud enough to wake us. Also, randomly, there would be no cold water in the sink and tub. The cold side ran hot. When I checked out, I reported the issue and the front desk person didn't seem interested. Other than the plumbing issue, we had a wonderful stay. Great views.

Great hotel!! We were attending Women's Show at Nashville Convention Center (connected to the Renaissance) and a concert at Bridgestone Arena (across the street). So very nice to be able to park once and walk everywhere else. Valet parking was a little slow on checkout, but they were extremely busy and still very cordial. Terrific view from our room, super clean, comfy beds -- I'd rate it a 10 out of 10!

The room that I reserved was not what it was supposed to be. There were charges for the "included breakfast" that were not posted. Could not regulate the air conditioning in the room. Ability to get onto an elevator was a challenge. The hotel was no where near in quality to the price that I paid.

Experience was very good. Recommendatio: Free coffee in lobby vs. overpriced Starbucks.

Had to wait 3 hrs to check in. There were several events going on at the hotel. Other than that service was great. Rooms were nice. Beds were very comfortable! Breakfast buffett was excellent. Very convienent to Broadway and Night Life. Overall a great experience!

For the price I paid for this hotel I was very very surprised to find out I would have to pay $13.00 for internet service. I will not stay here again just for that reason. You can get that for free at hotels that charge 1/3 of the cost.

Wonderful staff, lovely rooms and a great location. Couldn't ask for more. We stayed here everytime we've come through Nashville.

Loved this hotel. Had some trouble with the cable in our room and they sent someone up quickly and within a few minutes everything was working fine. The hotel was a block away from our concert venue which meant we didn't have to drive. I didn't like the fact that we had to pay to park across the street, but it was only $8 and there is an enclosed breezeway from the parking garage to the 3rd floor of the hotel

We were staying at the Renaissance because we were going to a Garth Brooks concert at the Bridgestone Arena. The people at the hotel were very friendly and it took just a couple minutes to check in. The hotel is very clean and it's just around the block from the Arena, so it is very conveniently located. We parked out car in the garage and didn't have to move it our entire stay. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are going to a show at the Bridgestone Arena.

First impression from the design/decor when entering doesn't move up to the rooms ... the rooms are typical and average - comfortable bed with flat panel TV, dated bathroom. The hotel is convenient to most anything downtown Nashville, Bridgestone Arena is around the corner - Valet drop-off/pickup on busy street a little scary, high priced when there is self-parking available, although neither is connected to hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It's within walking distance to all of the major attractions in the downtown Nashville area. My only complaint is parking. There were no available spaces in the public parking deck so we had no choice but to use valet, which was a little under $30 bucks a day. We checked in right at a busy time so we waited for 15-20 minutes before the valet took our car.

This place is mighty expensive, but I have to say that it was well worth it. The hotel is smack in the middle of downtown Nashville, very close to many major attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. The customer service at this place was probably the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. The amenities are plentiful. The room was very nice. The best was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, giving me the best sleep of my life. Room service was prompt, friendly, plentiful, and delicious. Wi-Fi was $13.95 per night, however, it's free in the lobby / Starbucks area and if you're on a low floor it's not hard to pick up the lobby Wi-Fi signal. They run a shuttle from the hotel to the airport all day long, but I wasn't able to figure out how to get to the hotel from the airport so I just took a cab for $25.

Good downtown location with convenient inexpensive parking across street in garage. Above average rooms with comfortable beds. HD TV was very nice. Check-in and room service staff above average. Breakfast was crowded and noisy. I rated the hotel a "4" but would have preferred a "3.5" (which is NOT bad). I would stay there again.

very nice hotel, great location, attended a concert at bridgestone arena, was the perfect location for that, the beds were very comfortable. had a very nice experience will stay there again

I read a lot of reviews before choosing this hotel. I read that you can hear people outside partying, etc. We were on the 12th floor, which is half way up and we never heard anything. Our hotel had a connection walk bridge to the parking garage. Parking was only $4 a day. Not anything like I had read. Close to everything. We walked around the corner every night & we were on Broadway Street & at the Rymen Theater. I really enjoyed the hotel. Wished the rooms were a bit bigger, but nothing you can do about that. Same with bathroom. I was surprised it had a regular tub & shower in it, vs. a stand up shower with glass doors. Decor was a little dated, but it didn't look bad. I would stay there again. Looking at the location of the other hotels & what they cost, I am sure I would stay at this hotel again.

Great location if you are hitting the night life on Broadway and 2nd St. Just park your motorcycle or car and walk. The room wasn't what I expected for the price. However the hotel had other amminities that were real nice. The fitness room, swimming pool and hot tub were very nice. Did not use Starbucks, restaruant or the bar with live music but all would have been nice if we were staying in. But with that much great music one block over there was no way we were staying in.

The hotel was great! It was the perfect location to walk anywhere downtown! It was a little pricey, but all in all it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful and everything looks brand new.

I found everyone helpful and keen to give advice on the local attractions. The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equiped. There is a plenty atmosphere in the hotel bars and lobby.

We had a king deluxe room. However, we were disappointed that it did not have a refrigerator or mini-bar. For what we paid we thought it would have at least those few extras. The bed was super comfortable. The view was great. The staff was not the friendliest though. We veered away from our usual place the Hutton Hotel. Although the Reniassance was nice from now on I will still pay that extra and stay at Hutton Hotel where it is truly a 4 star plus the staff is excellent.!

I loved the location to the downtown area attractions. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel was clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

great hotel, but felt like i should have gotten more for the price.

The hotel was nice, but we were there on a weekend. Drunk people were coming in from the neighborhood bars, walking up and down the hallway, keeping us up from 12:15 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.. Since we had to get up at 5:30 a.m., the stay was very unpleasant. When we checked out at 6:00 a.m., I wasn't even asked how the stay was. Very disappointing.

We have stayed in several hotels around Nashville and as far as downtown goes this is the place to stay. Outstanding customer service and fabulous beds. Walk to just about everything. Their breakfast and dinner is 5 stars and well worth the money. They have a very posh bridge bar also. The bartender has been there for years now and knows how to take care of you.

a bit pricey for us but very nice & located close to where we wanted to be.

Das Hotel sollteumbedingt renoviert werden! Kein Kühlschrank, und das bei 38 Grad im Schatten. Kein Save. Unfreundlicher Empfang.
