My issue with the hotel is how expensive the internet service is there and the fact that when I checked it I was not told how to access the internet which as a clear business user it was obvious I would need to know. This meant i had to return to reception to pay for the service as a later point which was unnecccesary

Everything was fine with our stay. Only thing is they charge €5 an hour for wifi which is outrageous, it should be complimentary like most hotels.

The hotel is in an excellent location but the carpark was full. We were told that we could get a parking disk for the quays. However we were charged for this and had to park half a mile away. This was a terrible start to our stay. Also wifi was very expensive. There was also a young couple heavy petting or possibly worse at the side of the hotel at 5pm on a Saturday. I still don't have a proper explanation for my 5 year old.

found hotel NOT up to usual JURYS standard. First time to Jurys in Cork & i found that the place could do with a paint job and a good cleaning ......

This is a very nice hotel .centrally located car parking at the hotel , service was good and room clean

Ideally located to the city centre. walking distance to st patrick's street and right beside the bus station. Only downside of the hotel is the parking facilities. Sufficient parking for at 30 cars but no more. Entrance and exits are a bit small. Staff are friendly. Otherwise i would go back and i would indeed recommend it to a friend.

I was attending a wedding and the hotel was very convenient, hotel was able to give me information on bus times, which I appreciated.

we enjoyed our stay i would stay there again the only thing that we didnt like ur car park is to small

we really enjoyed it, arriived late in the evening after flying in from amsterdam.... receptionist was friendly and welcoming. went to room and put bags in, room was nice an warm and clean.... went to the bar for a couple of hours, barman was very friendly, good fun atmosphere even though there was approx 8 people in bar, enjoyable and relaxing. the next morning the receptionist was very nice and answered any questions we asked. went into city centre after check out, arrived back to hotel in the late afternoon to collect bags to go home, receptionist was friendly. would have no problum recommending hotel to all my family and friends and will stay again whenever i travel to cork.. thank ye all very much :)

Thought the hotel was very comfortable and the staff friendly. Buffet breakfast at 10 euros was excellent value. The room was a good size with a lovely view overlooking the quayside.

Great location for city centre. Some elements in need of modernising, but a greatplace to stay.

My wife and I have just spent 3 nights in Cork. We found the Jurys Inn to be a lovely hotel in a very good location. The staff were always helpful, the room was fine, with very comfortable beds and the food was OK.

The lobby and restaurant area were pleasant, as was our room. It's somewhat within walking distance of the shopping/pub area of town, but we had to take a taxi since it was so windy and rainy (and maybe we were a little lazy). The first night we got there (a Saturday) the parking lot was full so we had to park on a side street behind the hotel. It was a close walk, but there were some shady looking guys hanging out (drinking/smoking) on the sidewalk next to our car. Lo & behold, in the morning we came out to find the passenger rear view mirror had been broken off & was thrown under the car. Awesome. The second night we were able to park in the secured parking lot and had no troubles.

A lot or all foreign staff very nice but I think we need to bring back the Irish for the banter chat not the same foreign staff are nice good workers But people love to see Irish in public places

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Clean, good food, service and location. Literally less than half a mile to the shops and restaurants.

I stayed one night in the Jurys Inn and the stay was very satisfactory. I didn't eat in the hotel restaurant or cafe but the menu looked delicious and I would have liked to stay longer to try them out. Staff were helpful, kindly allowed me to check in early and leave my bags at reception after checking out.

Good value. Good location.

fine overall no problems, not sure about the location around the back dont know if it was a hostel of some kind woken by a fight and the garda responding, not hotels fault. However was under the impression there was ample of parking for guests, but i had to find a spot elsewhere due to the car park being full. The cleanliness got two due to alot of cobwebs on the desk light but other than good

I was very very happy with my stay at Jury's. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, there was a bar, breakfast was outstanding, Cork city centre is at your doorstep. I was very happy and I'll definitely stay here again.

The room that I was allocated needed refurbishment; the decor was dated, the curtains were shoddy and their fitments were broken and the bathroom also was dated.

Overall the stay was ok, I stayed only one night on business so I left the hotel for dinner. The breakfast was fine, lots of choice hot and cold and to a good standard. The rooms could do with a little make over, expecially the bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is maybe not the best part of town but it is a easy walk to the center. The web discription does not explain the parking very well, there is a free carpark in the court yard of the hotel and this is gated for security so it feels very safe. Overall not too bad, but could improve with a bit of TLC.

Value for money, central to shops restaurants, city centre. Hotel clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, would recommend for short stay.

Its a nice hotel in a great city. Everything was fine including a nice buffet breakfast. Hotel is very central and staff were helpful and friendly. I couldnt get sterling changed there, that was my only set back

Located in an ideal location, very central and great value for money

Hotel was clean. We had a number of rooms booked and some rooms had issues which weren't solved quickly. The customer service could be improved. With Jurys Inn you get what you pay for. Every frill has been removed to cut costs but the rooms are clean and decent condition. If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep I would recommend otherwise not.

WOULD STAY AGAIN . ONE NOTE IS THAT THERE SHOULD BE SOME SORT OF PRIORITY PARKING FOR PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS AS THIS CAN BE A LITTLE INCONVIENT

I stayed in Jury's Inn as I was spending New Years Eve in Cork. I was really impressed with the location and the service. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which is always a good start. My room had a single and double bed even though I was staying alone and the price was extremely low which I couldn't believe. It was very clean and bright with a big bathroom. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the main shopping areas and restaurants/bars. Last new years eve I stayed at the Clarion in Cork and paid three times as much only to be kept awake until 4am with the music coming from a function downstairs even though I was on the 6th floor. I didn't experience anything like this at Jurys as it was very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

Jury's Inn is reliably comfortable, and Cork's location was the same. It had a nice bar/restaurant area that isn't too pricey, which is a nice plus. The bathroom was spacious, and the beds comfortable. The only minus is the difficulty of loading/unloading and finding a parking space. There are limited free spaces in the back of the hotel, which is convenient but in order to find it you have to park, send someone in to check in, etc.

Overall this hotel was good value for money. We stayed in a very clean and spatious room. Breakfast was included in the rate, which was a very reasonable price. However I was deeply unhappy with the lack of parking provided. The hotels website warns about the lack of parking, however it makes out that finding parking in the area is very easy....THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!! Unless you are very used to the city of cork, it is very hard to find the car parks 'opposite the hotel'. We spent a solid hour trying to find the car parks in question...this deducted time from our shopping day and was very irratiting! The fee for the car park is €10 a day....so be prepared to add that onto the price of the room!! This is the reason for such a low rate for a room in the Jurys! The other down side to our stay in the Jurys hotel was the reptionist that checked us in and out. She was evidently only there to do a job and wasnt helpful in the slightest...She seemed to think that the small car park behind the hotel Was very easy to find and seemed puzzled as to how we couldnt find it. She also had hardly any knowledge of the currounding area...how to get onto the road towards Limerick....She should brush up on her knowledge of this as it is good to be able to direct people if they need it.

Didnt have the greatest of sleeps due to the walls being thin and hearing everything outside the room. Wifi should of been free. Cant believe hotels charge.

WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT, THE STAFF AND FACILITIES WERE WONDERFUL

Room very cold,however when reception was contacted about it they did turn the heat on! The pull out sofa had a really thin mattress and looked uncomfortable,the room was quite small for a family room compared to other hotels!
