Worst hotel ever. Spend a little more bucks and go to a decent hotel.

Broken box frame on one of the beds tv didn't work and shower curtain too small water leaked onto floor

People just hanging around, old rooms but otherwise no major complaints

1-10 it was a 1 only becasue it had a bed.

Room had dead bed bugs scattered through out. Advertises a Continental breakfast but only thing they put out all three days of my stay was coffee. It is the low point of the area.

This was my fifth time at this hotel. Prior to this stay, each time had been tolerable. However, this time, the service was barely there at all, the room it's self was a completely unsatisfactory experience. This time I got a room with two double beds, one was hard as a rock, the other offered no support at all. I was there for three nights and the only thing housekeeping did was throw the covers on the bed and leave towels. This was likely my last stay at this hotel. I understand they have the lowest rates in the area but, enough is enough.

The room was horrible....the conditions were horrible!!!!!

I stay at this hotel the same three nights each week. The quality of of the rooms is very inconsistent. The service is acceptable, however, housekeeping needs some work.

You are paying $25 per night, you can't expect a whole lot for that price, The only real things it has is location.

Again, service was minimal and accommodations tolerable. 2 stars at best, 2 1/2 stars on a good day. Not the greatest but it fills the need.

If you are simply looking for a place to sleep, it was OK. But, don't expect any real service. Only the basics, Microwave, SMALL refrigerator, old style TV with basic cable, VERY SLOW WiFi. Minimal furnishings, 2 double beds and a chair along with built in dresser and luggage bench. Free Breakfast, don't bother, prepackaged pastries and coffee.

When I arrived at check in time at 3, I had to wait an additional 2 hours to check in causing me to be late for my event. They did not have an iron. I was very uncomfortable in my room.

all the reviews are true it was as expected no towels soap no shampoo my room didn't even have a phone it lived up to all the previous reviews so at least they stay consistent with their two star status just bring your own towels bed sheets and some Lysol and you will be fine

Bed was ok, TV was ok, water was hot. Room was old and needed repairs and maintainance. However for the price I was happy.

The price isn't bad...they charge you 3.00 a week for internet...which I think should be included in the price. The room keys constantly deactivate themselves. The cops are constantly driving around that area Trying to catch drug dealers. My suggestion if you can afford a better hotel go there. The mirror in my room was smashed...so classy right?

The hotel was terrible. It had cigarettes burns everywhere. It had gum on the carpet. The room had a stale order.We did not carry any of our clothes in there. we slept in our clothes.My family did not feel safe there. The room should cost less than $20. I think the place was used for people who can't afford apts. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I almost live in hotels and this by far was the worst place I have ever stayed in. There is nobody ever at the front desk. When I told the man at the front desk how displeased I was, he said " What do you expect". All I was complaining about was not getting my wake up call so I could make it to work on time! I will never stay here again and this place is 2 miles from my job!

It was OK for the price

It was the worst place ever. First the night person do not know what their doing. They don't supply you with enough towel they give you one of everything. Then they have drunks all over the place knocking on people doors following you through out the complex. Then its too many people hanging outside a room don't know if their in any room. Then they breakfast consist of milk orange juice in a pitcher; cereal and bread. The pool was dirty. The room was dirty drawers were broken alot of water damage. The bed was messy yet no one stayed in that room in weeks. Now i see why!!! DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF YOUR HOMELESS!

This hotel has nothing I can find to recommend it. A permanently sealed pool, rusting, dilapidated building, dirty stained carpets, bedding and linens, and unpleasant, noisy long-term residents make this a difficult place to stay at best. "Non-smoking" rooms were nowhere near smoke-free. While the counter help was friendly, management was belligerent, rude and unhelpful. Conditions only worsened over a 4-day stay. I suggest avoidance of this hotel if at all possible.

I was horrified by the room, but you get what you pay for...

I did not even stay, the room was filthy. There was hair on the bed and crumbs. The light in the bathroom flickered on an off the entire time and actually went out while I was in the shower one time. Check in is advertised as 3 pm and I was told when I arrived that check in was 4. Then when I asked to check in at 4 the rooms where still not ready. I was told they were waiting on the cleaning. It was almost 4 before I ever checked in and then I was told by a different person that the computers were down and that was the reason for the delay. I had a wedding to get to and I was late because I could not check in on time and shower. I was extremely disappointed. I left at eleven that night and did not stay in the hotel because I did not want to sleep in a dirty bed nor did I feel comfortable with the constant people riding through the parking lot on bicycles. I was afraid that if I left my car overnight it may have been broken into before the morning. The constant foot traffic and bike traffic through the hotel parking lot made me extremely uncomfortable.

Multiple electrical outlets in the room didn't work. One lamp was missing a bulb entirely. The hand towel bar by the sink was obviously broken off and not replaced. But the TV worked, it had a mini fridge and microwave and you can't beat the price for being along the GA 400 corridor.

For its rate, the hotel is recommendable enough as one needs a place to stay in during an event that calls for night recluse.

Acceptable for the price.

The room was dirty, carpets stained and wet, closet door was broken and the chair in the room had stains and a iron burn mark in it! It didn't represent pictures shown on the site at all, me and my daughter were very uncomfortable!!

The phone number mentioned is wrong. It never connects. I tried 22 times whole day. At one point i thought of it as fraud. But when i reached thank god there was a hotel at that address.

Acceptable for the price. Front desk help was very polite.

I stayed in this hotel and I had a very nice stay. I found the hotel's management staffs very friendly.

I THOUGHT THAT SINCE I BOOKED IN THE CITY OF "ROSWELL" THAT THE HOTEL WOULD AT LEAST BE AVERAGE. I HAD BEEN AT ANOTHER 4 STAR HOTEL THAT WAS PAID FOR ME BY A COMPANY. I JUST NEEDED ONE NIGHT BEFORE FLYING HOME AT MY EXPENSE. THE COCKY GUY ON DUTY INSISTED THAT I STILL HAD TO PAY MORE MONEY EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED HIM MY PREPAID RECEIPT. I CALLED HOTELS,COM SO THEY COULD TALK TO HIM BUT I STILL HAD TO WAIT FOR THE MANAGER TO ARRIVE BEFORE I COULD GET A ROOM! THEN WHEN THE MANAGER CAME HE PUT ME IN ONE OF THE WORST ROOMS ON THE PROPERTY. SOON AS I OPENED THE DOOR THERE WAS A FOUL ODOR! THE PHONE DID NOT WORK SO I COULD CALL THE FRONT OFFICE PLUS THE TV DID NOT EVEN WORK! FINALLY I INSISTED ON ANOTHER ROOM WHICH WAS BETTER BUT THE TIME I WASTED WAS SO FRUSTRATING!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO TRAIN THE FRONT DESK STAFF BETTER! THAT GUY EVEN HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME I COULD LEAVE IF I WANTED TO EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE TRAVELING BECAUSE IT APPEARS TO BE USED FOR THE HOMELESS OR THOSE ON WELFARE! PAY A LITTLE MORE AND STAY AT A MUCH BETTER HOTEL FOR OVERNIGHT!

Competently staffed;mixed ethnic[I am white male,was alone],seemed friendly here.

Service is very basic. Good location and good money value. This is not a hotel for vacation.

Came to ATL for New Years and everything else was booked besides this hotel. The rates were great and so I took it. The outside of the hotel and the lobby looks great. The location was great. But the greatness stopped there. The room smelled like pure smoke and it was supposed to be NonSmoking. There were not enough towels, the mattress was dirty, the cover hard. The sheets barely covered the mattress and the door barely closed. The people there looked suspect. I can say that my visit was uncomfortable, I was scared to go to sleep. Never AGAIN!

We were not satisfied with the condition of the hotel the lobby looked great but the rooms were not good

We get to the room and there are no sheets or blankets on the bed, a missing vent, furniture strewn about the room, no shower curtain, and a dirty bathroom. I guess they were fixing something, but come on, shouldn't you know what rooms are under construction? They did give us another room, but I would not want to stay here again. The television remote also didn't work and the channels were too distorted to watch. We left as soon as possible. They deserve their two star rating. You get what you pay for.

Hotel was nice and clean, but rooms smelled musky and of stale smoke. For the price, you can't complain though.

it's on a good location that every thing near by some attraction are 30 min drive.. resturants are close by..

ok, the only benefit from staying this place was price. If you afford to pay more, you should avoid this place. the staffs, I cant say they were nice... just part-time workers quality. Here is the thing, I stayed 3 weeks, and I saw police coming there 5 times a week.
