Its an older property with no elevator so you have to drag your luggage up concrete stairs. For the price, its not worth it. The rooms are run down and out dated, but clean as they could be for old stuff. The staff was fine. The location to the St Louis airport and the shuttle service were the bright spots. It would not be my first choice, especially for the price.

This isn't a destination but a clean place to sleep and a safe place to leave your car. The price was great!

Staff was great. Breakfast was complete and well prepared. Room was extremely quiet and restful. However, the parking situation- while free- is a major inconvenience. If you want to park close to your room, you're out of luck here. Overall, I enjoyed my overnight... and got my exercise.

My fiancé and I booked this hotel on a weekend getaway to STL. I had forgotten about reading the previous comments and eagerly typed in the address on GPS. We ended up on a dead-end road across the street from an airport landing strip. So I am very thankful for the previous comments concerning the address. We used the recommended address and still thought we were lost. The hotel does not face the road that you arrive on, so the place is mixed in with factory businesses. All you can see when you drive up is a parking garage. So after about 10 minutes of confusion, we finally figured it out. The location is not close to much, unless you were planning to catch a plane, which hence the name airport. The hotel staff upon checkin was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were located just inside one of the corridors so it was easily assessible from one of the various parking lot entries. The hotel is set up very strange and you can almost get lost. Drink machines and such are located in the hotel lobby, but the hotel is formed in such a way that it took us a few minutes to get to them. The hotel surrounds a courtyard with pool. We ended up taking the spooky courtyard to the other side. And spooky meaning no lighting on the first half of the walk over. I'm not a fan of the dark in unfamiliar places. But Im sure in the daytime it is very nice. Our room was very clean. I was very impressed. It even had a remote bag that states the remote control had been cleaned. The bed was cozy and the air conditioner worked very well. Bathrooms were spotless. The towels did have a slight discoloration to them but I assumed it was from bleaching them, as bleaching repeatedly can give towels a dingy appearance. I was not bothered by the towels though. Aside from the color, they were very clean. The walls seemed thick as I couldn't hear any ongoing activity outside or next door as found in other hotels. Great Stay, airport parking & pick-up was a big plus. The bistro had good food& service. I will stay again when flying out of St.Louis.

The hotel was very clean and convenienty located close to the airport. The hotel shuttle was never more than a 10 minute wait, and took me to an from the Metro station. Breakfast was also very good! Hotel staff could use a little more customer service skills.

They checked us into a room already occupied. We opened the door and someone elses belonging were all over. We made a trip back to the desk and they couldn't figure out how that happened. We did get settled into a nice, clean, comfy rooms and the rest of our stay was quite nice.

I found the staff at the desk to be very helpful .I enjoyed the lounge it was laid back.The location wasn't to far from the Arch an the downtown entertainment .

Clean hotel for the price. Would definetly stay here again.

Very utilitarian. No elevator to upper floors so be ready to lug your stuff. No clear directions on where to park or how to get to your room when you park. It is an old parking garage office building that has been retrofitted to be a hotel. The morning breakfast was a zoo with one very overworked person manning everything. If you don't have other options and need a place to crash it's safe and the beds are fine.

I had to make changes to my reservation. The general manager would not come to the front desk nor would she return my calls. The other employees at the front desk gave me incorrect information regarding hotel policies. I was charged for 2 days that I did not stay at the hotel. AVOID

The front desk did a good job, and the guy in the bar area was wonderful, the 4 nights I stayed there he worked very hard to keep up with his job, the hotel was very busy and he really needed some help, but I felt he did everything he could to keep us happy, the hotel could use new drivers to the airport, all of them were very slow and really didn';t seem to care about the customers they served.

This is an older hotel, room size is standard and they have kept it up. It is a little hard to figure the floor plan out right at first. Overall I would stay there again, its c;eam. very close to the airport, they have a 24 hour shuttle and a park and fly plan that is awesome. The hotel is a little hard to find - the entrance is not on the street of address, but around back of the hotel - that is my biggest complaint - and the entrance sign is very small up on top of a hill, so at night it is easily missed..

This hotel is well worth the money. The rooms are nice the hotel itself is hard to find but worth it. Parking leaves a little to be desired but worth the time finding it and staying there.

This hotel has comfortable beds and decent views. We had to drive to the lobby because it was a very long walk from our room... Not convenient at all. It was in a central location with easy access to 70. Don't use the address listed for navigation... Call hotel for a address that will work. I'm not sure why they don't put it on their website...seems to be the biggest complaint.

I made my reservation through Hotels.com and sailed through the check-in. Friendly staff, clean room, nice clean bathroom, good tv cable channels and convenient for us. We have stayed there before and will stay there on our next trip to St. Louis. Getting into the hotel was easy - just follow the signs. It is a twisty route but it works.

Mapquest does NOT work for this hotel due to new construction. Call hotel directly for directions or drive around forever.... Good breakfast, great pillows, quiet, good shower, and good for the money.

The price is right for this hotel. Staff is efficient, amenities are sufficiently adequate; clean, comfortable and affordable. Hard to find if this is your first trip, but very accommodating, so definitely worth it. Very near the airport, but you never hear it.

The hotel is good if you can get to it. The location is so hidden and took me almost half an hour to find it.

Reasonable rates, great covered parking for your car.

A very good value for the money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Provided free parking and shuttle service to airport. Nice continental breakfast. Only complaint is that hotel is difficult to find, especially at night. Would help to have a couple directional signs posted near the hotel. However, I would stay there again and would recommend to others.

We were leaving out of STL for 1 week in Mexico and wanted a parking option with the hotel. The Best Western was perfect. The price was right for one hotel night and 1 week of parking. Can't beat it. The shuttle was on time and courteous. Our flight was at 7 so we left at 6 AM. Breakfast was ready and the shuttle was prompt. Would recommend it!!

It was hard to access this hotel. You could see it, but it was round about to access it. It would be better if they listed a Hunter Rd address.

The staff is very friendly and caring, do what ever they can to help make your stay comfortable. Great shuttle service. Knowledgeable about sights, how to get there, safety for women traveling in a group. good suggestions for things to do. We were pleased.

Perfect location for us leaving St Louis airport. The folks are always nice and the rates are very reasonable considering you get a little breakfast.

We arrived at night and we could see the hotel right off the highway. The street to the hotel is shared with businesses so it looks like you might be going the wrong way. Also the sign pointing to the street you need to turn on is not lit at night. The breakfast was more extensive than one might expect however the breakfast area was small. The cable channels were fair to poor. Disappointed that there was no NFL channel to watch the game in the room or the bar area. Also the rooms are split into a couple of buildings so you may have a bit of a uninsulated trek to and from the main lobby if you are in building 2. Housekeeping was friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is quite close to the airport and has decent shuttle service to and from and can be used to connect with the Metro light rail to downtown St. Louis. The continental breakfast wasn't great.

i am not a native of the city were this hotel is located (st. louis). so i don't have friends and i have to rely on public transportation. there is no access to public transportation from this location. the layout of the hotel is impossible for a person with disabilities. and the pub in the lobby offers a wide selection of fried foods. really good if you have dietary issues.

My stay was for one night before flying out before 6 AM. I left my car on site while away. I arrived around 8:30 pm, checked in, they told me to park in the parking garage on 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor. Was not easy access back to the hotel. Decided to drive back down and bring luggage in to room before parking. No one let me know there was NO elevator to the room. Being by myself without my family on this trip I did not feel as comfortable as I would have in another hotel we have stayed in the past. I also waited just under 1/2 hour for the shuttle to take me from the airport back to the hotel on my return. Needless to say I will not be returning to this hotel. Yes the rooms were pretty clean, not as up to date, but still not a comfortable stay.

Good rates, good breakfast, clean rooms. The directions from mapquest were difficult at night: street signs do not match web sites, and directions are outdated. Study the map carefully. The exterior doors are typically not locked at night, which seemed alarming. But really, who is going to go out to a remote airport vicinity to do some mischief. Still, one expects secure exterior doors at night these days. The vents bring in cigarette fumes from out doors. Generally minor nuisances. I'd stay there again.

Couple items layout of facility (northend) was very confusing as it connected with another building. I end going up the wrong steps a couple times to end up in the wrong building. I saw at least 4-6 other groups duplicate the same mistake. 2nd issue is when I left my cell phone at the motel they charged $25 fee to mail the phone. This seamed a little steep. Outside of that service was resonable & the place was clean & quiet.

I like the Indian Palace restaurant with the great view adjacent to the property and the quick drive on a seldom used side road to the airport. Everything else is comparable to other properties that are a few dollars higher. They should cut the long walk to some rooms by allowing guest to cut through the pool area.

Right off the interstate, but make sure you map it...it is kind of tricky to find the entrance and the signs were very small. We booked to go to the World Series Cardinals game. I probably would have paid for a more expensive hotel down town had i known that it would cost $30-$40 to park for the event. The hotels downtown have parking attached. Parking here was covered and free. Easy to get to anywhere in StL b/c close to I-70 & I-170. The TV/Cable only allowed me to watch a few channels...we called, but they could not move us to another room and they could not get it repaired until we checked out. Might stay again if i wanted to be close to the airport and needed a low-cost room.

THE CONVENIENCE OF THE SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT ALONG WITH PARKING WAS WORTH IT.

The lobby of this hotel is nice but the rest of it is "seedy" and in a dark and secluded/scary location for night-time arrival. The rooms open to the inside of long, narrow and low-ceiling hallways, which are not secure from the outside--does not require a room key to get into the hallways. Though clean in appearance, our room smelled like a sewer when we arrived and we had to walk a long way back to the front desk for a remedy. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the staff--they were all fantastic and they did their best to make us comfortable.

The hotel does not have an elevator to get to the second floor. This was a pretty big problem because we have young children. The hotels second floor is only accessible by two interior stair cases. Other than that the stay was fine.
