Quiet, no gambling, thus no smoke. When I felt a yen for gambling, I just walked across the street to the Hard Rock Hotel, also the hotel is walking distance (half mile) from the Strip. The room had a refrigerator, which saved me some on restaurants. A comedy club in the hotel provides excellant night time entertainment.

I needed a room in Las Vegas at the last minute for business. I booked this hotel and it was a great find. Close to strip. Suite was huge and very clean. The staff was very nice and I had breakfast at the hotel and it was excellent. Very nice property with large pool. I would stay again for business and I would even stay here for leisure next time. Great find for me.

GREAT LOCATION....If you want a good, nice place to stay at a low price? This is it! Nooo resort fees and free parking!! NICE!!

this hotel was a great place and a price was unbelievable. pool, strip...everything is walking distance, i would stay here many more times....great place to be away from the strip traffic. loved it! 10 stars for sure...

The hotel appeared to be a conversion of a time share or an apartment. My wife and I booked a room with the loft. There were three separate wall air conditioning units in the room, which made it extremely noisy The air conditioning unit was unable to cool the upstairs bedroom. The hotel was also in close proximity to the airport and you can hear the plane taking off as early as six in the morning.

Parking is very easy and the overall rating acceptable

Room was brand new. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Room service prompt and good as well. Only drawback was Internet was pricy especially when they charge you Per device which I have never seen before.

Alexis Park is clean, comfortable, and has great service. The rooms (monarch suite) are spacious, separate living room, good size bathroom. The price is excellent and inexpensive compared to other Hotels. Its located a couple blocks from strip. Only down part was the pools. Only 1 of the 3 pools were available. Other than that...excellent stay.

The hotel is not a casino, more of a resort style, which was what we preferred. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was a reasonable price and generous portions, the wait staff was quick and friendly, the pools were clean and the rooms were comfortable. We were very pleased with the resort overall. The only exception was it did not have any drinks available after 10 p.m. It is a bit of a walk to Las Vegas Blvd, but we did it several days (don't attempt in heels ladies, its much too far) The neighborhood we had to walk through seemed fairly safe. We would definitely go back again.

The only good thing I can say is it was a comfortable bed. There was no cold water in the bathroom. The a/c & heater did not work even after they said the fixed it. The smell of raw sewage was enough to make you gag. There were homeless people living in the irrigation canal next to building. Breakfast buffet was awful and overpriced. Lunch - We had 4 salads in the dining room that took 45 min to arrive (dining room was almost empty) Tried ordering 3 oatmeals and bowl of cereal from room service - 30 minutes. Staff was slow and knew nothing about their property. Every question we had was answered incorrectly and differently be each employee. Next time we will stay next door @ Rumors

Originally this was a last minute trip in search of a cheaper hotel close to the strip. When we arrived we were shocked for the price and location it was an absolute great hotel. Clean and very roomie even had a fridge and small kitchen (crazy in las vegas). I would recommend for anyone looking for a nice relaxing trip, walkable to the strip with a great layout. Great service.

It was my first time staying at Alexis Park and I will certainly stay there again. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Unlike the casino hotels, they don't have a resort fee, which is what I was looking for. I despise having to walk through crowded confusing and smoky casinos. At Alexis Park you can park right near your room and avoid the chaos and extra fees that come with staying in a casino hotel.

Large room. Looked like the pools were good, but diden't try them.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The hotel lobby is beautiful. The staff is friendly and prompt with any requests. The rooms have some damage due to age, however, are clean. They are located off the strip across from The Hard Rock Hotel. Walking distance to CVS and some restaurants. I love staying here. There is some noise from the airport but the rooms are well insulated. The pools are nice and kept clean.

The rooms are large with a fridge and microwave. The downside is that the hotel is old and I had to call maintenance a lot. They were quick to respond but the heating, hot water and TV had consistent problems throughout our stay. The staff was friendly though and the size of the rooms makes it a place I would go back to when I do not want to stay on the strip.

great hotel. great people. you get all the thrill of vegas without being stuck in a casino hotel. great room lay out. windows open to outside. great pools. awesome landscaping. vegas with a touch of home.

This hotel is about a 20/30 minute walk to the strip meaning you can escape the noise of the Strip when you want to go home to bed. The room decor is a bit dated but has everything you could need while in LA and we paid an amazing price through Hotels.com. Would definitel stay again.

Worked well for new years to not stay on the strip....any other time I would have stayed on strip. 20-25 min walk to strip loved the Hard Rock which was close by. Overall nice stay.

I stayed at this hotel when it was new (15-20yrs ago) and it was impressive and very nice. But the unit we stayed in had not been updated but the staff worked hard to keep the rooms clean and working. The price was great and for a non gambling hotel is was just fine.

The Alexis park hotel was great. Good location, lots of food places around the hotel. Close to the strip and the airport. The only complaint was the air conditioning/heating unit, as we could not figure out how to turn the heat on. When we called maintenance , they were quick to arrive and fix the problem. Overall great stay.

i have stayed in Vegas probably 10+ times in the last several years, and this is by far the best value for your buck. Being right across the street from the hard rock, you can hop into their cab line and be on the strip for a 7 dollar cab ride. The rooms are spacious with a pullout couch and have descent room service food as well. I will be there again if I dont want to pay the higher prices of an expensive weekend on the strip.

Location is great if you don't mind hearing the airplanes starting around 630 am. Price is reasonable and it is great to have a bedroom living room and kitchenette. Place needs some renovating though, our tub was peeling and did not have a stopper.

We were super pleased with our room (the 2-story loft style one) which had a jacuzzi tub curiously placed on the landing of the stairs. The hotel is less than a mile from the strip and doesn't have a casino but it's just across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel which is convenient if you want to leave your boyfriend sleeping and steal away to play some poker =) The suite is very spacious, very clean, the kitchenette was convenient and the half bath downstairs made it easy for us to get ready at the same time without running into each other. We rented a car to get around which was super convenient and quite cost effective as you can park for free practically everywhere in the Self Parking garages that just about every hotel/casino has. I would definitely stay there again and anybody looking for comfy accommodations just off the strip should consider staying here.

It was pretty mellow, one suggestion maybe add some blankets it was freezing overall good!

Room exceded expectations. Large and very clean. A nice choice away from the strip. Got caught up in the anime gathering with alot of guests. Seems like multiple people sharing rooms, each bringing separate cars. They should limit 1-2 cars per room to ensure all guests have parking available. Backing out/pulling in also tight, but that's due to the layout of the lot- bad design. Excercise room also poor. Equipment not maintained and squeeky. Other areas seemed nice, although I did not use the pool. Overall, would recommend to stay here.

I enjoyed my stay at Alexis during the SEMA SHOW event. It was a inconvienant as far as SEMA was concerned because it cost us Taxi fares every day due to not being a SEMA listed Hotel and no Shuttle service. I will have to stay at a SEMA listed Hotel next time. Unless Alexis can comp us a better room rate. To help with the added transpertation services. The other inconvienants was that the Resturant was closed too early and so was the Bar. That made more Taxi fares for us to clean up and go someware else to have Supper & Drinks. If Alexis could solve those two Problems I would make The Alexis Park All Suite Resort My place to Stay every time I visited Las Vegas.

This is more Of a motel than a hotel! All of the rooms are entered from outside, and reminds me of a Motel 6 layout. We were there when it was raining and veryy very cold (48 F) and saw several major leaks and files falling from the celing. Again we were there when it was raining and were there for an event that required multiple trips back and forth from the rooms to the meeting salons... In order to by pass the rain we had to walk through the storage area and the kitchen .. Can ya say gross??

The bathroom in the hotel room was not clean and the bed was not comfortable. The hotel was nice on the outside and worked for the two days that we were there. For the price, I would recommend this hotel to others.

The first impression was very good but the Alexis is quite big and in the beginning we felt a little unsafe. But then we were suprised. The room is just awesome and very big. Just the bathroom needs a little restauration, but it worked all. The staff was also very nice. To the Strip you walk about 15-20 minutes, but the Hard Rock Cafe and the Hofbräuhaus is less then 2 minutes away. And you can always drive to the strip and park for free in every hotel self parking garage. The poolarea of the hotel is very nice. So all together it was a good and affordable stay for the weekend.

I was presently surprised about the all suite, it is essentially a mini apartment with a bedroom, and a sofabed, the only thing missing was a kitchen, there was a microwave,coffeemaker and a nice size fridge,I would encourage those who are not gamblers to stay at this spot conveniently located next to the Hard Rock hotel and Casino

Room was large but well worn out. Sheets had holes in them. Cover had stains on them. The best surprise was when we went to shower, I think that the water pressure would have better had we used a flower pot waterer. Overall could be a nice hotel but just really worn out.

I had a good stay at at the Alexis Park, although it was only one night. Comfortable. Three swimming pools good. Had a surprisingly good meal in restaurant. Rather a long walk into the centre of LV.
