Copley Square Hotel - بوسطن

I have been in walk-ins closets bigger than this place. The ONLY positive thing was its location, but there are a number of other hotels in the area where I have had better rooms.

The room was very small. It was very close to shopping and the T. The staff was very professional.

Excellent--came into town because our daughter had a medical emergency (she was hospitalized in Boston)--reservation was very last minute, but hotel rate very good for that area and location was ideal

Great service. They upgraded me to a great room. The concierge and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.

A very nice economical but smaller hotel with splendid personal service. From front desk to maid staff everyone was courteous and helpful all the time. The "wine-down" after touring all day around town was a perfect relaxer. In particular, the staff was smiling and gracious and quick to point out routes, suggestions for food, shopping etc., all right around the corner. We would go back without hesitation.

Are stay at Copley Square Hotal was more than I expected, At check in they were able to up grade are room at no additional cost. There staff were frienly and professional I would stay there again

Pretty good overall. However, I didn't like the fact that I had to pick between the pricy bar food and a 1.5 hr wait for room service. Also, the room was far too close to the bar and it was hard to fall asleep with the music playing.

We were 3 girls travelling to Boston for the first time. This hotel has a perfect location, close to subway, shopping, restaurants and everything. And the staff are really friendly!

The Copley Square hotel in Boston was amazing. The staff was very welcoming and even upgraded our room for us. The wine down hour was comfortable and relaxing. Would definetly visit again. Although the breakfast was delicious in the hotel, it was a little too expensive. Overall a great experience with walking distance to great shopping areas.

Ambiance great! No hustle bustle, all services were well received by us from the Mini Bar and Xhale and the wonderful 5-6 wine reception in the lobby each night. Rooms very clean and well serviced. This is great get away older hotel in the Back Bay of Boston.

The staff was entirely friendly, helpful and charming. However, when I called the front desk for service to have my car brought around no one picked up the phone. I made three attempts. They need to work on this. Otherwise, my stay was delightful.

Very charming, great staff, room was very clean and luxury and relaxing. Highly recommended. Location is phenomenal for Boston, it's near everything.

Great hotel with competitive prices, beautiful European style rooms and tons of charm. Very cute and I would definitely stay there again.

The room was small but pleasant. I enjoyed the modern esthetics of the renovations and the location was ideal. I had an issue, however, and the way in which it was handled was horrible and unprofessional. Upon arrival, our room seemed cold so I kept turning up the heat. I awoke the next morning because the room was literally freezing. Turns out the latches of the two windows in our room were unlatched and the tops of the windows were open several inches, allowing cold air to pour in. We slept in the draft all night long and I woke up with a cold. The woman at the front desk was completely unsympathetic saying that the building was "old." She would not allow me to speak to a manager even when I asked to. I would not recommend this hotel if you expect quality service. I liked the hotel but we will not be going back.

As two New Yorkers in Boston, we received great service at the hotel. Everyone was friendly and the rooms were well-maintained. The hotel is in a great location, as well. My only complaint is that the rooms are a bit small. If you want space, upgrade to the king options.

The location was perfect!

I could not find a thing wrong with this place. It is not super opulent or overbearing. It is a great boutique hotel with GREAT service, convenient location to pretty much everything, featured comforts include great linens, black out curtains, great bathroom goodies. My favorite part of this hotel was the service. There was not ONE person in that hotel that did not go beyond to make sure that your stay was comfortable. BIG PROPS to the staff there.

Great hotel right in the heart of Boston. You can walk to everything!

Had a great time. Perfect for a romantic getaway to the city with your significant other. Perfect central location in Boston, unique atmosphere and friendly staff.

an excellent benefit is the on street partking at $1.25 per hour on both sides of the hotel. the rooms were very comfortable although a bit small..."boutique style" this is not a negative. the breakfast room was quite reasonably priced. the free wine cocktail in the lobby was a very nice treat.

We received a great hotels.com rate and this place was truly worth it. We ended up upgrading to a King sie room for a reasonable price. The hotel's "wine down" hour is a very nice touch; they also have coffee and hot chocolate available at other times. The attached restaurant is good for breakfast, if not a bit pricey. We stayed in an accessible room, which made the layout a bit unusual, but overall the room was very comfortable, very clean, high quality. There was little to no view to speak of from our room.

The Copley Square Hotel is a relatively small hotel that is well-run and has a capable staff. The rooms are comfortable, though our double was a little on the tight side. The closet was very large, as was the bathroom, so it could have just been the odd geometry of our particular room. The beds were soft and I slept well. The wireless worked fine. My one complaint about the room was that it was a bit dark. The curtains on the window were so big and billowy that you couldn't push them open to let light into the room, so we had to have the lights on even during the day, which was a bit silly. The complimentary wine service was a nice treat and a good way to socialize with some guests. I was surprised that the wine was actually quite good quality. It would have been nice to have had a breakfast included in the hotel package. Friends staying there said the restaurant's breakfast was worth the money, but I did not have the time in the mornings for sit-down service, so I did not try it. The hotel was two blocks away from the Hynes Convention Center in one direction and Back Bay train station in the other. I would certainly stay there again for another conference -- the convenience, wine, and soft bed helped take the edge off a busy day.

All requests were met with immediate, helpful responses and adjustments. Wine down hour was a delightful perk.

When we stay at a 4 star hotel, we expect a mini-bar and do NOT expect to pay $43 a night parking when it is $20 accross the street. Bar staff in the "Mini-Bar" was less than polite and poured house liquor instead of the top shelf ordered; very young crowd.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We loved the beautiful rooms, linens, common areas in the lobby.

Great location, friendly staff, nice bar downstairs off lobby. Will return. Parking however at the cost of almost 40 a night was a little wack.

It's a beautiful very modern and chic hotel. It had free wifi throughout the hotel and coffee in the lobby, but no coffee maker in the hotel room. The hotel underwent a new renovation, but the place was very dusty because of it. My allergies flared up due to the residual dust. Also, the windows were not very well insulated. This won't matter if you go there in the summer, but it was 20 degrees at night with 23mph winds when I went, and I felt drafts coming in constantly.

Husbands. If you're looking to earn some extra points with the love of your life, this is the place to earn some serious brownie points that last. Right in the middle of everything, but still quiet enough to get away from it all. Copley Square Hotel is great. My wife was just taken away by the decor alone. Lay back, Grab the "portable phone",set the playlist and pop the ipod in the doc (awesome) and chill. Central air, great beds, room service, and great customer care. Definitely going back !!

I lived in Boston for several years and have tried many of the hotels in the Boston area. There is just something special about the Copley Square Hotel that makes us keep coming back. The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are beautiful! My wife and I still have family in Boston, so my wife and I try to come back every couple of months, and we absolutely LOVE coming to the Copley Square Hotel. We tried other hotels over the last several years and just cant find that same level of professionalism and courtesy at the other hotels. I was so impressed to find the front desk staff as well as the bell staff and valet remembered us. It was like coming home! We cant wait for our next trip scheduled for the end of December. Thanks to the Copley Square for making our trips to Boston so wonderful!

Excellent location for attending the Boston Symphony and for shopping at Copley Plaza and dining and refreshments at Top of the Hub.

I went to Boston on business for the first time. I am trying to find a way to get back with my family for FUN. We will definitely stay at the Copley Square Hotel. The hotel was very nice, clean, and convenient. The staff is extremely very helpful and very nice. You won't be disappointed.

Stayed at this hotel on a Friday/Saturday for a Boston City weekend get-away... I had quickest check Ive every made in a hotel (like 30 seconds), their staff was cordial/professional and there was NO issues at all. The room was fresh, very modern and it was recently updated, new flat screen TV, very cool looking bathroom with nice granite vanity and marble everywhere. Cozy "living room area" off of the lobby, "W" feel to it with big TV, there is a cool local bar and pub in the building off the lobby. The front desk/concierge helped with Theatre ticket reservations and gave us tips on where to dine, shop and walk to... WEST BOSTON LOCATION is great, close to malls, shopping, good for walking to walking to Boston Common, close to Top of The Hub, Irish Pubs and Entertainment! Also for the value and location, the price was fair! I would go back to stay there anytime! JP

I stayed at the Copley Square Hotel for 6 nights. The hotel was stylish, clean and comfortable. The staff were all incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for eateries. The location was excellent, next to the Prudential Shopping Centre and within walking distance of many attractions. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends,

LOVED this boutique hotel! Great location for upscale shopping, walk to Museum of Fine Arts. Independent hotel managed by what must be a very cool organization. Staff is exceptional, friendly, there to serve you. Cool bar adjacent to hotel. Rooms are small, but big enough for two. Bathroom small, but everything else makes up for it. Can't wait to go back! Other than a repairable noisy heater.... We had a great stay. Staff very obliging and the location cant be beat for the time of the year

This is a truly lovely hotel, with gracious service at every level. I stayed for 3 days and interacted with many different staff members; every person was unfailingly helpful and warm. It's a great location in downtown, good for business or romantic getaway. I would stay again.

A small "boutique" hotel where lounge music fills up the common area. A more than century old building but nicely decorated, clean rooms and friendly staff. Good connection in complimentary WiFi. Central location, perfect for tourist in Boston, also short taxi drive from the airport. Only negative thing is the noisy Huntington Avenue that really disturbs at night, early morning in rooms adjacent to Avenue.
