I enjoyed my time at this hotel. I had an exceptionally quiet room and found the staff friendly and obliging which cannot always be said of hotels in London. The one gripe I have which has been aired before is about Hilton hotels' absurd policy of charging outrageous prices for extras e.g 59 pounds for 5 days wireless access or almost 4 pounds for a bottle of in room mineral water: I managed without either. The location is really hard to better and for central London is quiet and very safe.

The hotel is great. Just avoid calling from your room because every call is charged.

The hotel is in a perfect location for walking to the best sites in London, and for the sites that are slightly farther away, the Green Park tube stop is about a block away. Plus, there's a little square of excellent restaurants right behind the hotel, called Shepherd's Market (definitely check out the "Little Square" - a French restaurant with good prices for their daily specials and unbelievable food!). We were upgraded on check in, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean!

Hotel was generally good and convenient as it was near to the Tube station and park. Passageway to the rooms are rather narrow and surprising there was no refrigerator in the room. Other than that, it was a rather good stay for us.

Staff are friendly and constantly alert to one's needs. Breakfasts are a feast. Location perfect, just off Picadilly, with Shepherd's Market, full of moderately priced restaurants, just around the corner.

We really enjoyed our stay at Green Park. The receptionists had a great attitude, the concierge constantly helped us booking tickets with fastpasses, getting tables for restaurants etc. The location is also fabulous - walking distance to practically everything - and just a 3 minute walk to the underground Green Park with three intersecting underground lines - able to get you easily anywhere. This hotel is highly recommended, and we will probably choose it again.

There was nothing overtly wrong with the hotel, but little annoyances. The shower was the smallest I ever saw. The free wireless in the lobby rarely worked and the cost in the room for wireless was among the highest charges I have ever experienced. The staff was wonderful. And, the location was terrific.

For one night, alone, the accommodations were above average. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, a bit small. The hotel did not have a fitness center, so for a longer stay this would of been a negative; although I was offered the opportunity to go "5 minutes" (It probably was more like 10 to 15 door to door) to a sister hotel to work out.

We have just spent 2 nights here and loved every minute. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was delicious with a huge choice. We ate in Shepherds Market at the Little Place but there are plenty of other options. We used the buses to get around London and again the location meant we could get a bus for wherever we wanted from the bus stop round the corner at Green Park.

We stayed here on the 20/21st January 2012 and were very pleased with our choice of hotel. It is in a great location, just opposite Green Park, and a minute or two walk from the underground. We explored all the sites on foot from the hotel. Rooms were pleasant and a reasonable size for a city centre hotel. Bathroom was plenty big enough, with bath with shower over (nice and hot). Floor boards were a little squeaky! There is a relaxing bar, which wasn't too over priced. Staff were polite and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for London theatre break and shopping.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, location was good but the room was a little basic compared with other hotels we have stayed at locally.

The Hilton Hotel at Green Park is in a great location, close to good restaurants, shops, and some of the major tourist attractions. My friends and I(4 ladies) had a great stay in December. Would definitely stay there again.

My room was a single, and very small, with a single bed. It was a surprise, but there was enough room for one person. The only downside was that the bathroom door would not stay open. I tried to prop it open with various items around the room. A little annoying when getting ready in the morning.

Lovely night stay in hotel, breakfast was amazing but was expensive, Only for special occasions.

The hotel is in a nice area (Mayfair), very close to an underground station and within a walking distance from shops, restaurants and pubs. The hotel staff was great, very helpful! They also had a very good breakfast. The only negative was not having wifi and having to purchase a card for it, which was a bit pricy-10 pounds for 24 hrs. But overall, I recommend this hotel, I would stay there again!

The hotel is in a good location. The staff seem nice. It was clean. My room was really small but I knew it would be small because I got good price. The walls are a little thin, meaning you can hear noises. I had one of the worse rooms in a good hotel. It is what I expected and it was ok for me. There was an ATM a block away, a coffee place less than a block, a Testcos a block, Sherpards market a block, The Tube 3 blocks and the tourist stuff like 8 blocks away. For the price and location it was good. There are other hotels close by that are more expensive with thicker walls and with their smallest rooms bigger but I wasn't willing to pay that price. Yes, I would stay there again.

Another thoroughly enjoyable stay at our "London Home". The staff at the Green Park Hilton were efficient and friendly - as always. Particular mention (this time) should go to the two waitresses who served our breakfast over the days we were there. Helpful, courteous and super-efficient. They were (both) like friends. What a great way to do your job!! Everything and everyone else was top class, as always. Regards to all, and see you next summer.

Great location to central areas and sights. Clean and well maintained amenities, lovely to stay here. The continental breakfast was a fantastic start to the day, the service there was so good, thankyou. Only gripe we had was the very overpriced drinks at the bar, which was a shame because it dampened our idea of a cocktail hour before heading out to evening meals or a night cap before bed - which would have been a nice custom to have there on our holiday.

Checked in @ 11:30 am on a Saturday which was excellent as normally check in is only allowed from 1pm. The location is fantastic however the hotel itself need a refurm badly, The room that we recieved has a wonderful view of a wall, yes a wall, we were told that it would be quiet and upon seeing the view I can see why. Overall I felt that we would have been better paying a little less and staying in a 3* rather than paying for the name, Would I stay again : Only if I got a fantastic deal

The hotel is clean and modern downstairs, staff were kind, and breakfast was amazing. Unfortunately, a gap of at least an inch shown between the door and the floor, which meant all noises can be heard not to mention the thin walls. Modesty was virtually impossible as you could clearly look out to the street from either the toilet or the shower with a sheer white curtain providing the coverage. The bed was comfortable; would bring own pillow if could.

The hotel is conviently located and price reasonable.

Included breakfast was beautiful, staff were very friendly & helpful. Internet was very over-priced, for this type of hotel, Wifi should be offered free to guests.

Had a brilliant 8 day stay at the Hilton Green Park. This hotel offered excellent service, very clean rooms, and a delicious breakfast. The hotel is in a great location next to Green Park and near the Green Park tube. I was able to go for a run in Hyde Park which is very close by.

Standard 4 Star Hotel. Pros: Windows that open, tea/coffee making facilities in the room, really central location but quiet as on side street. Cons: pressure in shower not brilliant.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Room was modern, comfortable and very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful, a credit to the Hilton. Good location for a London visit, many attractions within walking distance. No hotel parking but discounted parking a short walk away. We would recommend this hotel and would definately stay again.

The hotel is in a good central location for the west end - just a 10 minute walk to Picadilly Circus. The hotel staff were obliging and the rooms are clean and stylish. The buffet breakfast was excellent with great service - nothing was too much trouble. I have stayed at this hotel twice and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Super location for all the main attractions of London. Many sights within easy walking distance and 3 tube lines run through Green Park station, making sights of London easily accessible too.

At first, I was a little disappointed at the size of the room. However, the bed was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good. The location is great despite the burnt old building right beside the hotel.

Had a pleasant suprise with the size of the room we were upgraded to a larger room probably because we were there on a sunday night. Very happy with stay allthough breakfast was pricey so we decided to go to a cafe on the corner. Would stay again.

Hotel reception was nice, staff polite but the room was so small, you couldn't swing a cat.

This is a very well located hotel, in a quiet street in Mayfair. The room I had had little access to light and no fridge. I could hear the neighbour's TV. Wi-Fi does not exist in the room, although I was told this would be fixed in a month. Supposedly, you can access Wi-Fi (at 6 pounds for 90 minutes!) from the lobby but I was disconnected 10 times in 15 minutes, so I went to the nearby Starbucks and got it for free without a glitch. On the other hand, breakfast is very tasty and the staff extremely helpful.

My wife and I decided to start our honeymoon in London at the Hilton London Green Park, and at the first moment in the hotel we were treated like royalty. Anja, the hotel desk manager, was pleasant and professional. She is a model of superior customer service that other hotels should emulate. We would highly recommend the Hilton London Green Park, clean rooms, delightful breakfast buffet, and outstanding bartenders. Keep up the good work!
