Rooms are very dated and dirty as such your ONLY paying a high price for a great location..

Well positioned in the excellent Buckhead area. All in all a pleasant stay.

The Housekeeping Supervisor needs to be ontop of things. My hotel shower curtain was replaced while I was there, not sure why, but it was replaced with one that was full of mould!! I found toe clippings that weren't mine, on the carpet near the bathroom and the bathtub itself has seen better days and needs to be replaced. The staff at the Bistro are lovely and the healthy start breakfast sandwich delicious. Front desk staff are personable. They have direct TV and with all the storms in Atlanta, cable went out every nightI was there. They need to look into these things

I was very happy with the hotel and was glad that it was available at the last minute. It was perfectly located for the start line of the Peachtree Road Race. I dinged it one point on convenience because it was impossible to find the entrance; I had to stop and call them to get landmarks, even with a gps.

Hotel has a great location. I stayed here a few years ago.. and its perfect for business and hitting the malls. Traffic out of this area in the morning is no problem. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone for business, especially with the convenience for restaurants and shopping etc.

I had a very comfortable stay. I enjoyed all the conviences of everything being at my finger tip breakfast, fitness, pool and was able to use shuttle service to Lennox Square and the Atlanta History Center.

The 1st person who greeted us was Fred- he took our luggage to the room, gave us a map of the surrounding area, explained the Marta system to us, and shuttled us to nearby spots. He was great! The front desk staff was great also- very accommodating. Even when I called the front desk to have restaurant fees removed ( because my rate included free breakfast-I was charged in error), Jeremy at the front desk took care of it. The Bistro restaurant within the hotel-the food was delicious and the staff in the restaurant made it their aim to satisfy!! The only thing I would change is the room itself. Water marks were on the wall & the toilet tissue was never replinished during our 3 day stay. But this wasnt a deal breaker. Now re: the A/C system-it was difficult to control the temperature in the room bcz the A/C would blow too cold & EXTREMELY LOUD! Now I can sleep pretty soundly with noise around me, but even I couldnt handle this noise. It was just that loud! When the A/C was off, it got hot quickly. We tried using the fan but it would get cold also. The problem is there was no way to adjust the temperature to one's personal preference- the settings were either OFF or ON. I would stay again bcz there were too many 'pros' that outweighed the few 'cons'. The A/C was really a big deal, though- I got little-to-no rest, but other than that, the hotel was great!!! If microwaves could be added to the rooms and the 'mini' fridge was slightly larger, it would be perfect!

Nice hotel but was very disappointed to find there was no self parking on location. Valet was available at $21/night and a commercial lot was down the street for $18/night. This added quite a bit more to the stay than anticipated.

Customer service, cleanliness, check-in, location, pricing.........TWO THUMBS UP!!! Cost of parking (per day)...........DEFINITE THUMBS DOWN!! Aside from that.....Overall great stay!!

Very nicely decorated. Good service. Pricey parking, but everybody around there seems to charge the same $20-25. Good breakfast. Bar closes too early on the weekends.

Great Hotel in fine neighborhood. For the price an unbelievable value.

We stayed overnight here to run the Peachtree the am of the 4th. It was a pleasant experience. Walking distance of great eats. Hotel clean, staff was very friendly and helpful!

every thing was excelent except for one thing the ice machine my floor was out of service for the three days my familt and iwere there. The staff was always helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet was top of the line, iwould stay there again.

What a great deal! I never thought this hotel would be as nice or in this great of a location for the price! It's in Buckhead! Everything about the hotel was great, the only thing that I would complain about is the fact that the shuttle service that they provided wasn't running half the time. I would come down to use the shuttle and it wouldn't be running. Very inconvenient when you depend on this service. They would say that they didn't have a driver at the moment. Why have the service available and then have it shut down half the time?

Stay was good. Valet was not so good. Longer to valet then to check in our room. Hotel offered van service to the restaurant which was great. Room was very nice. Did not like housekeeping coming to room at 10am when check out is noon

I was hoping to get a hotel right next to the mall. It wasn't but was within a short drive of all the shopping I'd hoped to do. It is a very attractive hotel with well appointed rooms. Although the complimentary breakfast seemed a bit meager, it was sufficient. The parking garage is a completely different public parking structure. This was a bit inconvenient as you had to walk out of the hotel and down the block a bit to reach your car. It also didn't appear to have in and out priveleges. This could pose a problem.

If you like spending your time riding on subways stay here. Otherwise you can pay alot for a cab to hotel. Should have a shuttle service.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, clean rooms with new decor, nice staff. Within walking distance of Lenox Square Mall.

Very convenient to a meeting that I had at the Continental. The clerks were very helpful and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable

The hotel is well located closed to restaurants, shopping malls, movie theaters and the metro. They have a free Van service to drive you to these places. The staff is super friendly in every area of the hotel. The hotel seems to be recently renovated, the room has nice, clean and comfortable without unnecessary luxury. Overall, very good experience.
