The hotel staff, the room size, the amenities, bed comfort all contributed to an excellent stay. This is the first time I stayed at a Thin it will definitely not be my last. Club membership is all top notch.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie. I would say the only downside was that the pull out sofa bed could use a new matress. Other thatn that, it was excfellent! The location of the hotel, combined with the cleanliness and modern appliances was superb!

A tired hotel, in a convenient location. I arrived to find they were overbooked and they tried in a very matter of fact way to move me across town, but let me stay when I explained I needed the location. I ended up in a twin room, not double, and for the VERY high rate, it was clean, large but very old fashioned and worn. No complimentary WiFi which at their rates I would expect. Aircon didn't work very well. The mattress was unbelievably soft, felt like I was drowning. In the morning, the expensive breakfast was served under halogen searchlights, among uncleared tables, my place mat had jam stuck to it, no cruet, the food was lousy as was the coffee and service. It is remarkable only for how they get away with such poor value for service. Reception didn't ask me how my stay was on checkout, and that pretty much sums them up. Avoid if you can

This is definetely a top of the class hotel. Stayed on the 10th floor with an amazing view. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel other than a few brown stray hairs in the bathroom (I am blonde myself). I travel to Brussels quite often and have stayed a lot of places. This is by far a very nice hotel at a very afordable price.

Clean large rooms and 5 mins walk from metro. Helpful staff and accommodating of a cot for our little boy.

Although I had booked (and paid) for a Superior Room I was allocated a single (and in my opinion 'small') room. When I queried this I was given evasive answers until I produced my booking confirmation printout. More importantly the toilet was faulty - would not flush. To quote the maintenance man - 'we have a big problem here'. In fairness, when I complained I was moved (& upgraded) but I was only staying two nights and to have to move (re-pack etc) was a major inconvenience.

A nice hotel in a convenient location. A good standard of accommodation, and professional staff. I enjoyed my stay.

We spent one night here but would love to have stayed longer!! Room was spacious, amenities aplenty, and made for a very enjoyable stay. We walked to most of the sights we wanted to see as they were fairly close . We would definitely stay there again!!!

We will stay here next time and will recommend it. The price was reasonable for what is offered.We really liked the large spacious rooms that were nicely decorated with wooden floors instead of carpeting. The bathroom was nice except for a very strange shower door system that let water seep onto the tile. The amenities were nice. They gave us a room facing the road but had a good system of glass doors that kept out the sound of traffic. A tiny 50 cent bottle of water in the mini bar costs nearly 5euros which was more that excessive. The location was perfect for walking to the Grande Place and most tourist attractions and all the best shopping and restaurants..It was too bad they didn't have a cheaper and easier breakfast plan to offer other that the slightly expensive breakfast bufffet on offer. But the Pain Quotidian across the street was available.. The desk employees weren't the most knowledgeable nor were they warm and welcoming. A little bit snobbish.. We chose this hotel to have the available free parking offered, but the desk kept trying to bill us for hourly parking. All in all it was a really nice hotel.

Good hotel, very good prices, attentive staff, let down by the terrible beds! We come to Brussels often for family reasons and struggle to make this our regular choice, but can't get a truly cofortable night's sleep here.

hotel was good, one bald guy at the checkin was little rude. bed were sagging we couldn't sleep good. we left our ipad in the lobby at checkout and realized when got to railway station, ran back and asked them to check the video to see also, cuz pretty sure who was there when we left the area(one of the guest of the hotel). they were not cooperative at all and said come back in 2 hour. so we did and then made us wait an hour and then told us we can't do any thing until monday cuz there is a big wedding going on and they are very busy today.....at this point we knew there is no hope!!

We lucked out with a low nightly rate on a high-end hotel right on what is apparently Brussels' answer to the Champs-Elysees on a weekend in June! This was a luxurious hotel with a spacious room. Two minor complaints: our room had two single beds (which actually didn't bother me, but bothered my girlfriend!). Our only other complaint was the somewhat rude attitude of one of the front desk staff. Oh, well. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

Great value for money and except for the trampoline-quality beds, and the TV turning itself on at 7 a.m., it couldn't be faulted. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well maintained and in a posh locality. This was almost the only one to accommodate kids in same room. This was an enormous saving. And breakfast was included too. But if you are looking to go to Grote Market where all the action is, then you need to go to the Metro station (a 5 minute walk). The tram stops right in front of the hotel in case you want to experience that too. Service is ok. Like most hotels in Europe smiles are very rare. One serious complaint is the noise from the road at night. The glass doesn't seem to be sound proofed for some reason.

Nice hotel in a good location. It's a bit of a walk to the nearest subway station, but not too bad (10 min). Generally nicer than your average Thon Hotel, I've stayed here twice, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast, at 25 Euros is WAY overpriced, and the staff is stuffier than they have a right to be. Not rude, but seemed somewhat annoyed at having to deal with guests and such.

Good sized room for 2 and modern bath. Hotel has touches of luxury from days gone by, everything is kept up nicely, flat screen TV with many world channels. Small, but fast elevators. Safe neighborhood. Close to luxury shopping stores. A little away from main tourist attractions, not close to main part of Old Town. Free internet computer in lobby with no time limit was nice.

We only stayed one night at the Thon, but we were quite impressed with the room. Late at night I went down to the bar and bought two diet cokes. I was surprised the next morning when we found on the bill that we were charged $4.50 Euros each. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and will probably stay at other Thon Hotels in the future. JLE

Great location with plenty of food/shops in the area. We got upgraded to an executive room and the room was huge and very modern. This hotel is great value for money. Enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was ideally situated and was about 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Brussels. Close buy were plenty of reasonably priced and very good quality restaurants and a number of bars. All in all a very pleasant stay in a first class hotel

Everything was just OK in my opinion, everything from the room, breakfast, staff etc

Wonderful hotel in a lovely area. Designer shops on street quite expensive but we enjoyed window shopping and it was only a short walk to less expensive shops. Very close to public transport.

Wonderful hotel in a very posch area but very few restaurants arround.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at your hotel. The room size was great and having a coffee service in the room was also welcomed.

This hotel was everything that I was looking for! It is in a great neighborhood, central to a main shopping district. The overall presentation was beautiful, especially the main lobby! The staff was very pleasant and professional. I have already recommended several people to visit not only Brussells, but to definatley stay with this hotel. If future trips should happen again, I will definatley stay with Hotel Bristol Stephanie.

I was incredibly impressed by the hotel. It is very easy to access, in a nice neighborhood close to lovely shopping. Easily accessible to public transportation. Hotel was very clean, comfortable, and an excellent price.

Totally satisfied, though the cost of breakfast is excessive: Provision could be made for thosw who just want a croissant and a coffee. I buy this at less than Euro 5 on the way to meetings

Is way too soft, everyday i woke up with a back pain, but with 6 pillow and a huge bed for 2 people, i guess i will give a 5 over 10.

Very nice, well-kept, roomy space, especially for a Europena hotel in a large city.

The hotel itself is okay but unfortunately the rude, lazy, and unhelpful staff means I'll never go back.

The hotel was just ok. I saw others that I should have picked and I regret picking this one. It is not that close to the center and is on a busy street. The guy at the front desk was not nice at all. I asked about breakfast and he told me it was 25 Euros per person and I thought that was expensive. He told me I was rich and not getting breakfast was ridiculous.

newer rooms, large, location and neighborhood good, highly recommended

This hotel is located within walking distance of the metro station Louise in the south side of center city Brussels. From there the ride to Gare du Midi train station is 5 mins away. A lot of nice shopping and eating options on Ave Louise outside the hotel. Rates go down on the weekends since most guest are business travel, so it was also a great value for us. I was attending a concert outside Brussels and gave the hotel address to receive the tickets; They received them and had them waiting for me the day I checked in. The only downside in my estimation is that the check-in time is a little too late, but no big deal. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is very good in itslef, it's just a shame the servaice was so bad. Individually the staff was courteous but the service was totally disorganised! When we came to check in there was a queue of about 15 people, and only one receptionist... no manager or anyone else was available to help her... we waited 15mins, then decided to come again later... On checkout I was surprised to discover that the parking for my motorcycle cost 25€... this had never been mentioned the night before when I asked where I could leave it, or 3 days before when I phoned for information. Also, before we left the room a member of staff just walked in without asking if he could to look at the minibar... This was totally unacceptable! Anyway, I would not go back to this hotel, it's a real shame because the location and the building itself are really good...

Bom ambiente e atendimento. O Hotel está bem localizado próximo ao metro, city tour e pontos turísticos. Café da manha um pouco salgado (14 euros por pessoa). Proximo ao hotel pode-se tocar um bom café da manha pela metade do preco.

Recomendo este hotel a todos...além de um serviço muito bom, fica bem próxinmo ao centro e tem fácil acesso a outros pontos da cidade.

Tudo perfeito, quarto grande e com tudo novo. Excelente localizacao. Apenas o estacionamento e caro.
