First time in boston and it was a last minute trip. Wish we would have booked sooner considering it was Fenways 100th anniversary a lot was going which could be the very reason a lot of hotels were booked. BUT this hotel was very nice! Richard (I think his name was) at the front desk, was helpful, with giving us directions to the train station. It was a busy weekend in Boston. Good breakfast, free parking since we drove into Boston. I would stay here again!

Great place for our 2 day family trip to Boston. Plentiful breakfast buffet; small but fun pool for the kids; easy access to T.

If you're looking to get a good night sleep I suggest you sleep elsewhere. The beds have NO give at all and are comparitive to a park bench. It's a plain hotel with very few ammenities in a convenient location for an averagel price.

The hotel was fine. The location was obnoxious. It's located on a one-way highway route, and in order to get going toward the Boston area you have to drive a few miles in the opposite direction to the turn-around.

I've stayed at a Fairfield before and am always impressed. Again I was surprised and impressed by their service. While checking in, the gentleman at the front desk offered great spots to eat. I was immediately called on my room phone to check if I was happy with the room. The hotel was very clean and kept well, no signs of wear. The pool/spa area was very clean and wasn't dirty either. The complimentary breakfast was very good and wasn't just a row of stale bagels and donuts. Make your own waffle stations and appliances. Plenty of room for everyone to comfortably sit and eat. My only complaint is accessing the hotel. This might just be because I'm from upstate NY and don't' encounter roads like this often. But the hotel is on one side a divided highway. In order to go out and about you'll need to take exits and make u-turns. Became a little obnoxious when venturing out after driving all day. Other than a common out-of-town driving experience, I have no other complaints. I would recommend this hotel to others as it's only about 7 minutes from downtown boston. Very close to eateries and stores.

This was the fifth stay at this particular hotel. The past four stays were good. This stay was disapointing. For a non-smoking room there was the tell-tale oder of a cigar when we first went in. We overlooked this, but the hot water was only luke warm and the bathroom door did not latch. These oversights were unacceptable if for nothing else the cost of the room. We're hoping that our next stay is better.

If you want to be in Boston it's not the right hotel for you, 7 miles to city center doesnt sound like a lot but it's complicated to get to and the hotel doesn't provide a shuttle to the subway or anything. I believe this was listed as a three or four star hotel but it was more like a 2.5. MOST of the staff was friendly an the lobby was nice but the room didn't seem very clean.

I was very pleased with the room and the breakfast was excellent. I was happy to see the hot tub was working it was wonderful. Lately I have found many hotels advertising hot tubs an when you get there they are not working. So I was ewxteremly happy to find this one working an so clean.

location was very convienient, right on a major highway. About 20 minutes to get to downtown Boston and Salem. Rooms were clean and staff very accommodating. Over all very pleased with stay!

The pool, staff, and breakfast areas were very nice. The location left a lot to be desired. No walking to restaurants and very close to busy highway. I got stuck in a lot of traffic coming from Boston. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

It was located close to the Boston Airport. Which was nice. We really appreciated the nice condition the room was in. It was very clean. Our beds were very comfortable. The employees at the front desk were so helpful giving us directions.

The best thing about this hotel once you can actually find it, is that it is on a street with tons of restaurants. Of course a motorcycle club also were there, all 50 of them revving their bikes half the night in the parking lot! Four of us stayed in one room, had to ask for towels twice and did not receive them..the maids were busy chatting in the hall. The sheets were also scary...were they actually changed??? The free breakfast ran out of fruit...The reception staff seemed quite disinterested in the checking in process. Were they intimidated by the mortorcycle club who were there??

Good hotel, good service, good breakfast

Hotel was fine, room was clean, free breakfast was good. Location wasn't great but we knew that going in. Traffic in Boston is abysmal.

Hotel address does not match location on sight. Hard to find as Hotel is North of Revere on HWY 1. Access to Hotel from North is difficult. Access to Hwy 1 from Hotel is dangerous.

Very pleased with experience at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and knew where to eat and how to get places. Only inconvenience was the hotel location; that was easily overlooked when looking at price, cleanliness, and good service. Would go again if in the neighborhood!

Tough acess/exit off Route 1 North which is not a good road,especially at night in bad weather.To go to downtown Boston you exit go a quarter-half mile north for U-turn.Tobin bridge toll going in,not out.Not a comfortable 7 or so mile commute.Route 1 is not a good road to travel.Facility and Staff are very good once you get there,as if they know what you go through!

The hotel is right on a main road and is about 15 minutes from the heart of Boston. It was not difficult to get to Logan and the price was not too bad. The price included a complimentary breakfast.

It was a nice stay, the loby is big and I used it like my living room, breakfast was not so bad and you can take some food out too, staff were friendly and coorpoteve, no complains at all.

The hotel was very basic and met our needs. Not too far a drive from downtown Boston but the surrounding area is lacking in anything one would venture outside to do. The room was small but clean and was fine for us as we did not spend much time in the room. The gym facility was small but had 2 treadmills and an elliptical, but both times I used it the thermostat was completely broken and the gym area was about 80 degrees! The indoor pool and jaccuzzi area was ok but water in jaccuzzi was dirty and even though the whole pool area smelled strongly of chlorine. The breakfast that was provided as part of the room stay was quite adequate, with a little something for everyone and we very much appreciated the nice assortment that ws available. I would stay there agai. And found it to be a decent value as compared to the high nightly rates you would pay to be in the city.

A little out of the way, but perfectly clean and comfortable place to stay. We were just in town for a day and didn't want to pay Downtown Boston prices. This hotel worked out perfectly. I love when the usual continental breakfast includes a waffle maker to make waffles.

For the Marriott name on it I was disappointed. Beds were like boards, the address said Revere but it must be on the outer edges in more of a commercial neighborhood. The Continental breakfast was pretty good. The hotel was clean but overall not worth the price. They charged my card for incidentals as a deposit and told me it was a Marriott policy, only problem is I rented 4 rooms at another Marriott 5 days before and nothing like that was done. Now I have to check with my CC to make sure it was reversed, they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me they did it, I got an email from my CC co about it.

Tha hotel was clean and breakfast was great, especially since it's free. It's only 15-20 minutes outside of Boston but it took slot longer during rush hours. Overall great stay for the price. I would spend a little more to stay in the city next time.

The hotel is conveniently located off a main road. The staff was very friendly. We forgot out tooth paste and asked the maid if she possibly could tell us where we may buy some and she directed us to the main desk where they happily gave us a tooth paste sample... sounds silly, but it was really nice. The breakfast was great if you go in thinking this is continental style. They had a waffle maker that everyone crowded to and no fruit in sight... disappointing. However, there was yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagels, milk, juice and coffee. Trying to eat healthy... well the yogurt and oatmeal is a great choice. All in all, this hotel was very clean, comfortable and made our stay cozy!

For the price and amenities this hotel was perfect. The staff was great throughout our stay and very helpful also. We had a continental breakfast included with our reservation which for me was perfect. You could also make your own waffles which were excellent. :) but fortunes who prefer a hot meal it will disappoint. Some of the amenities were access to Wi-Fi, pool, jacuzzi, gym and actual computer room. For the family or for a stay with friends its perfect. Thank you to all the grat staff who let u party in the breakfast area! It made our trip memorable!

The Hotel rooms need to be redone. sink was cracked tub was dirty.

Near mall for shopping. Convenient to airport and We would stay there again when in Boston.

Hotel is right on main road to go North or South.

We have never been disappointed by a Marriott. Sometimes it is just worth that extra $30. Beautiful hotel and breakfast area.

We are regulars at Marriott and Fairfield Inns, because the quality is very consistent from place to place, and this was no different. Great staff, clean, comfortable, well maintained motel, with a good complimentary breakfast. We were in Boston for college visits, and my only complaint was that it was a little farther from downtown than we would have liked (about a 15-20 minute drive in non rush hour, about 45-50 minutes during rush hour), but it was very convenient to many restaurants and suburban shopping.
