The Mayflower Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel - واشنطن

worst hotel and never go back. Bathroom over flowed into room and they never offered to give me another room. No business channels on the TV

We travel to DC @ least once a year. The hotel was clean, most of the staff was great. Had a problem @ check in. Rooms are small for 4 people. After problem was resolved, staff was accomodating with our requests like fridde or more towels. I must say that the Easter Brunch price was outrageous!! Over all good experience and would stay again.

would not stay here again because there is o free wi-fi

Hats off to the management and staff at the Mayflower. Our room was huge and the staff was phenomenal. It was a pleasure being there!

The hotel was very nice but I had booked a room with 1 king and 2 doubles. I ended up with a room with a king. They brought up 2 roll away beds and my 3rd child had to sleep on the couch. Coffee and cups were not restocked on the second night. The second night there were plenty of towels but only 2 washcloths. If I only needed a room for 2 I would stay again but not for family trips. The staff was friendly, the hotel clean, and the location was great for what we wanted to see while in DC.

Our stayed for one night was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Grand Dame of Washington DC Hotels is showing her age a little and could do with a bit of a spruce-up particularly in the rooms. Good location and services. We loved the coffee and quick light breakfast set-up on the mezzanine if you don't want a full American. Concierge service let us down on the three recommendations they made to us.

The hotel was beautiful and the location was great. I did not think the bed was that comfortable. The sheets, pillows and towels were not that great. The breakfast was wonderful.

We love your hotel and want to stay there whenever we are in DC.

The conditional air was too noise. Personal very good. The place very nice.

We love this hotel. The lobby area is glamorous - busy but not chaotic, and the concierge and bellmen were extremely nice and helpful. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, with great daily housekeeping. We had breakfast in the cafe--food was not great, just okay. The Bar area was perfect - very good snack food and good drinks, impeccable service, comfortable places to sit, not too noisy. Even the doormen were helpful in getting taxis and giving directions to them. One of our best hotel stays, better than other four-and-five star hotels in D.C.

Very nice Hotel, good location, I would definitely stay there again.

very grand,helpful staff,large corridors,great breakfast and dinner,very convenient for all sights. Only problem-no safe in room.Good value for money.

It was better than i expected. Great location and wonderful room!! I stayed for only 1 night but my parents and i really liked this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Room was nice. Only real complaint was that pillows were all hard. Could have used a variety of pillows to choose from. Service in the bar was slow but there are so many other bars and restaurants in the area it is easy to find other more interesting places to go. Would definitely return...but will bring my own pillow next time.

A big, big hotel but staff knocks itself out in pleasing guests. I would have liked a safe in the room but that is only flaw. Amenities top notch. Fitness center outstanding. Internet should be free in rooms. How can cheaper hotels do it and yet more you pay for room, it becomes an extra.

Only deficiency is the hotel needs an additional on-site eating and drinking place. I imagine this will be forthcoming as they replace the recently closed hotel corner bar. A lobby bar and dining room remain and the neighborhood is full of good eating/drinking places.

Quick easy booking, check in and great service. Always a friendly staff member a available to assist. Gym facility was great too. Rooms clean. Only complaint is there isn't free in room wifi. The cost for wifi is like $16/day which was quite unreasonable for me.

The Hotel was elegant,beautiful rooms,great service ,1 Block from Metro,excellent location near Dupont Circle....the only mild criticsm was that it did not have a few free Computers to check E-Mails

We were very impressed with this old, historic hotel. Our room was clean and updated and the staff was extremely pleasant.

Great Place to stay! Hotel staff is outstanding. Accomodating and eager to please. Rooms and housekeeping were wonderful Especially loved the Banana Bread when you check in. Highly recommend

We were in DC to visit the White House and the Smithsonian museums and this hotel made a great place to stay. We were able to walk to all of the attractions. If you have a vehicle, be sure to ask about the per day valet parking fee before leaving the vehicle.

The Mayflower Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel provided excellent service and a beautiful hotel. I attended a conference that was in another hotel nearby and I am extremely glad that my stay was at the Mayflower. The service was excellent, the staff was wonderful, and the hotel was overall a great place to stay. The bed was great and the room, and hotel, were both wonderful. I would stay here again and definitely recommend others to do the same.

This hotel is at a very nice location, within a block distance from the Farragut North metro station. The restaurants right around the hotel are a bit pricy and stores close early in the evening, but there are lots of options within one or two blocks distance. There is also a CVS right on the corner where you can buy whatever. The hotel is grand and nicely decorated, but appliances are a bit old. We had an awesome bathroom in our room and a nice big flat panel HDTV with lots of channels. They brought us a mini fridge upon request because otherwise all they have is some weird minibar that charges you automatically when you remove items from it. The concierge was also helpful on more than one occasion for giving us maps, etc and letting us know about metro outages. My only complaint would be the noise from neighboring rooms and from the cleaning staff. The walls are quite thin. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel which comes at a bargain price!
