هادئة ومريحة ولكن أسعار الفطور مرتفعة

السفر مع طفلين صغيرين (5 سنوات و سنة واحدة) ، لقد حجزنا جناحاً صغيراً. فكان نظيفاً جداً و واسعاً ( الغرف في باريس معروفة بصغر حجمها). طاقم العمل في غاية الترحاب و الود و التعاون. الموقع رائع فالقطار RER و المترو تجدهم عند خروجك علي الفور من الفندق. كما أيضاً ستاربكس ، و علي بعد مسافة صغيرة يوجد مركزين تجاريين و منطقة تسوق جيدة في حين أن الأماكن السياحية الأساسية تقع علي بعد 30 دقائق سيراً علي الأقدام . أوصي به

فندق كونكورديا أوبرا مزهل من الخارج و في المناطق العامة الرئيسية مثل المطعم و الإستقبال و البار. غرفتنا رفيعة المستوي لم تكن بنفس معايير( لأنها إن كانت أشك أني قد تمكنت من دفع ثمنها) و لكن لم يكن لدينا أي شكوي حقيقة. الغرف صغيرة و لكنها كبيرة بالقدر الكافي و بها ثلاجة صغيرة. أسعار الميني بار باهظة الثمن مثلها مثل خدمة الغرف و وجبة الإفطار. الأثاث جيد القيمة و لكنه مستهلك بعض الشئ. الأسرة في غاية الراحة و به مفروشات كتانية نظيفة. الحمام نظيف و بحالة جيدة. المياه بالحمام إما كانت ضعيفة أو كثيفة. فريق العمل كله الذي تحدثنا إليه في غاية التعاون و الود. عملية تسجيل الدخول و المغادرة تم دون أي مشكلة. يقع بالقرب من المترو و محطة القطار فهو 5 دقائق سيراً علي الأقدام من أوبرا جارنيه و من المركز التجاري لو برانتون و جالريه لا فايت. المطعم بالفندق يبدو شهياً و لكن الطعام لم يكن جيد. في الشارع المقابل للفندق يوجد العديد من المطاعم . قيسبر أو فابير جيديد و أسعارهم في متناول أيدي الجميع و يقع في الشارع المقابل، المنطقة المحيطة جيدة و لكنها ليست لطيفة مثل باقي المناطق المجاورة.

إقامة رائعة. طاقم العمل بالفندق في غاية التعاون و الترحاب. وجبة الإفطار و المشروبات بالفندق باهظة الثمن و يوجد الكثير من البدائل من البارات و المقاهي بالقرب من الفندق. بالتأكيد أوصي بهذا الفندق

بصفة عامة, جيد. موظفو الحجز حاولوا بسرعة أن يبيعونا غرفة تتكلف تقريبا ضعف سعر الغرفة التى حجزناها. موظف البوابة كان متعاونا وأمدنا بمعلومات عن كيفية استخدام المترو, و الذى كان يقع بمكان ملائم جدا. هناك خط مترو مباشر (رقم 14) يربط بين Gare St. Lazare و Gare De Lyon و لم يكن واضحا على الخرائط. الغرفة كانت دافئة جدا, و لم نستطيع تشغيل المروحة بدون حرارة. كان سقف الحمام يتدلى من أعلى الغرفة. لكن الغرفة كانت هادئة.

إقامة أخرى رائعة فى احدى الغرف الديلوكس المطلة على الفناء. هادئة, نظيفة, بار فندق جميل & طاقم عمال, مكان رائع للتوجه لأى مكان. بند صغير واحد فقط أتمناه فى المرة القادمة - سيكون جميلا لو كان هناك منصة قهوة مجانية أو حتى بمقابل فى اللوبى أو البار, حيث أنه كان علينا أن نخرج من الفندق لإحتساء القهوة من مبنى قريب, أو ندفع إفطارا كامل فى الفندق أو خدمة الغرف - ولا خيارات آخرى. بخلاف ذلك , كان رائعا.

Good location, close to restaurants and shops and easy access to tourist destinations.

I think this was a great deal for price. The lobby was beautiful and oranate. We got a small room for an excellent price. Thw bathroom was not that great, tiles and grout had some black and were older. Definitely not a 4 star bathroom/room rating. More like a 3 star. But definitely acceptable. The only concern I had was that we confirmed a king size (one bed) They put us in early check in which was fantastic , in a room facing Main Street. It was awesome BUT it was 2 single beds put together. We did not notice til we had unpacked everything and went to bed. Next morning we asked to fix and they wanted us to pay for upgrade. We asked for them to waive charge but they wouldn't. We had to repack everything (when on vacation this is a hassle), wait for porter to show up to help us move... They gave us a much smaller room overlooking an interior courtyard of roofs and mechanicals. It would have been much better business sense to include the upgrade especially since we had to re-pack and wait to get moved. However, I roils highly recommend this hotel, it's a great plaice, the staff was awesome and I didn't mind a small room with an older bathroom.

We had a fairly large room for Paris. Bathroom was quite large. Bed was comfortable. TV was small, but we weren't spending too much time watching it. No view from our room window, however. The hotel lobby was magnificent. The hotel itself was about a 20 minute walk to the Place de la Concorde. It was about a 10minute walk to the Galleries Lafayette. There were several nice restaurants in the region, too.

Loved, loved, loved the concierge service! The best I've seen in a long time. Would/will stay here again just for their service. The hotel, which is beautiful, is located in a great location. Cleaning service was fantastic. My only complaint would be that I felt the bar service could've been a little more attentive and friendlier. Wonderful staff. Wonderful hotel. Would recommend to anyone.

The Concorde Opera is a fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. The Hotel itself if beautiful and the staff are great, the concierge service is excellent. The rooms are a little on the small side but very comfortable and clean. Would definately stay here again on a return to Paris.

Excellent location for us, especially during the January sales and close proximity to Printemps and other stores and small shops. A great bakery across the street which provided a very inexpensive breakfast of coffee, oj and a croissant. Small cafes on side streets also provided relatively inexpensive meals that appeared to cater to locals. Lovely hotel, clean and friendly staff!

Very conveniently located. Lovelh lobby. Some rooms are great, others are very unremarkable and showers are deeply unreliable (lack power and alternate from hot to cold and back).

Was close to the train station (next door!) Very nice sized bedrooms and amazing lobby! Limited Room service on holidays ie Sunday

i stayed in delux room with double bed which was actually just two single beds. It was uncomfortable for a couple to sleep because the bed keep moving and split apart. No free wifi. No coffee pot. It was good that slippers were provided. Shower was a bit challenge because the water temperature keeps changing from too hot to too cold. Location wise this hotel was perfect. Room size was not too small by paris standard. No english paper or magazine provided. If you want to stay in a hotel that is easy to move around then i recommend, because it is close to saint lazare train station and shopping area. But if you want to enjoy more than that, i would not recommend.

Enjoyed, beware of pricey breakfast!

loved the spacious rooms. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The architecture in the lobby was very nice. My only issue was with the cleanliness of the breakfast area floor - there was so much dirt, food crumbs and even a used dental stick on the carpet. It was quite grim. This put me off eating breakfast because it made me question the hygiene of the kitchen.

Location was great. Very comfortable room and nice staff.

We loved this hotel, definitely recommend it. Everybody spoke English, was very helpful, rooms were very comfortable with a big washroom. The shower was a little weird, but not a big deal. Great eateries immediately around you, and walking distance to Champs-Elysee.

The hotel staff was amazing to deal with and really understanding when we got stuck on a tour and were several hours late checking out. The lobby and general appearance of the hotel was excellent. It was also ideally located as it was easy to get to a lot of the main attractions by walking or public transport. The rooms themselves were pretty basic...nothing too special (I had a standard room). But everything else was a real plus.

Every time we visit Paris we choose new hotel to stay . Now it was a turn of Concord Opera. I have never stayed in Paris for such a low price before and I was really afraid that something would be wrong. But surprisingly we had perfect deluxe room - specious, quiet and decorated in perfect style of old Paris. Long balcony and wonderful view to real Paris, perfectly working AC, big marble bathroom with good light and balcony also. I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel. All was very good or rather perfect. Usually I pay twice more for such a quality room . We have only positive experience and recommend this hotel to everybody who likes to stay in 4 star hotel with 5 star care for the price of 3 star hotel.

Got engaged in Paris recently and stayed in the Paris opera. Beautiful hotel everything you could want when lookin for somewhere really nice to stay.. Beautifull view in the room we stayed in, a balcony in the bedroom and bathroom that we could see the Eiffel tower from. Rooms just need to be updated a little. Loved everything about this hotel though and the staff were very professional.

Good

Close to major attractions and the metro. Many close by resteraunts and coffee shops. Overall a nice, clean and elegant hotel.

The hotel was mostly excellent (comfort, staff service, etc) apart from the ac, which was not the best; would have been a more important issue in warmer weather.

Enjoyed the convenient location. The hotel was all that we asked of it. Very impressive lobby

Over all a good experience, the hotel is in the center of Paris, walk distance to the big stores, Opera, Louvre, Champs-Élysées. Metro station is 2 mins away.There was 5 of us, so 2 got standard room, which is big for Paris, and 3 of us got family room, which was very big room, have balcony and big windows. For breakfast, there are lots coffee opposite of the hotel, cheap and very tasty. Only thing I didn't like was the shower, in the morning , pressure is low and temperature keep changing, so there was time, it was burning hot. But I would stay there again for sure.

We enjoyed the stay of 4 nights. The room was small but the price was also attractive. Service was very attentive and helpful particularly the bellmen and the concierge. The hotel is well located with easy access to several metro lines and numerous bus routes. I would gladly stay there again.

The rooms were too hot even after complaining to the receptionist, they sent a maintenance guy who stated that it was working when it wasn't.

Hotel was great. Staff really courteous and spoke great English.

We stayed 8 nights in superior room w. balcony french doors overlooking busy front streets. Overall, Excellent & Comfortable. Room was small & bathroom large. Bed comfy, all clean. Concierges always helpful with any little thing & directions. Highly recommend location for all transport & walkers. Howevers include: flaky Wi-Fi, tho free, inconsistent & frustrating. Shower temp uneven. Had to squeeze between end of bed & desk. Hotel could improve room layout by hanging TV on wall, smaller desk. Housekeeping & Rm Service fast on requests. Room A/C fine & windows truly soundproof street noise. No hotel bathrobes, tho didn't ask. Think you could pay much more & not do better in Paris.

one of the best I have been to in Paris. The staff was incredibly efficient and extremely helpful on all accounts. Location was probably the most central in terms of trains and subway convenience. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was built to take the boat train passengers in another era and it retains the grandeur of the times in it's foyer and lobby areas which are breathtaking. However be assured the rest of the hotel is modern, comfortable and well maintained. Being next to St Lazare station it was excellent for the metro and we found it very convenient for all the sightseeing we did.

I enjoyed the stay. The room and washrooms were both a very good size for a Paris hotel. The service was also attentive. I had a room facing the street which can be noisy at night or in the morning. The rooms could use a coat of paint but were clean and comfortable for my family of three (I had a deluxe room). The accommodat was not expensive for a 4star hotel in Paris so I was quite satified and would stay there again but perhaps would ask for a quiter room.

The location of the hotel and service was impeccable especially the concierge service. Free wifi was also a huge bonus. The building was extremely beautiful especially the hotel foyer. Location wise it was very convenient to almost all places, all the taxi drivers knew where the hotel was which madd things easy too. Had issues with the hot/cold water which possibly is due to the hotel facilities being quite old. During showers, the control of the hot/cold water was difficult and very temperamental.

Loved it

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was lovely, we had a suite so plenty of space. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was next to the metro station and we came from disney. We were able to walk to the arc de triomphe from the hotel which was very handy. We were amazed at how nice the French people were in general. Strangers kept going out of their way to help us, from helping with our luggage and buggy to giving directions without being asked they were so friendly I don't think I've ever had that anywhere!

The hotel was great! Everyone was very friendly and could speak languages from all over the world. The place was clean, looked great and we were welcomed fantastically. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The stay had no flaws, we properly enjoyed our room and sometimes ending up sleeping in later than intended due to the comfort. Right beside a central station so travel was no problem and the staff were great. Didn't try the food but the menu made it sound great! Also very clean.

NO AC! they just give you a junky fan, They Also charged us $58 per day for breakfast which they told us was going to be free. There are homeless people sleeping next to building which leaves a not so nice smell when you walk in and Spray paint on side of building.On the plus side the people who worked were nice, and is next to the train station, but if it where to go back i would say closer to Notre Dam it seems like a nice Area.
