This is my first time in Vancouver and this hotel was perfect. I met a buddy at the airport and took the Skytrain (Vancouver Subway) from the airport to the hotel in about 25 minutes for less then ten bucks. You exit the subway into a large shopping mall that is connected directly to the hotel. On almost every occasion we came and left the we were able to move a couple blocks in any direction inside the mall before exiting on foot towards our destination. Other then the mall, it's a Four Seasons, so the rooms and staff are going to be great. We were there to eat, drink, and explore all of downtown Vancouver so the central location was perfect. If like to walk, you can get anywhere downtown pretty easily on foot.

Small beds great location not worth the money pool was dirty fair mint blows this place away

Best value for the three nights we stayed. For just around $150+ each.

On the whole, a very enjoyable stay, we were lucky to be given a room on the top floor (28th) which had a view of North/West Van and the Mountains. Two minor niggles - the room was a bit dated despite the renovation (new wallpaper cant cover for everything) and the shower area was a bit dim. That being said, the bed was super comfy. Service was excellent in general, esp. the concierge, but had a minor screw up when they delivered somebody else's food to my room and I cant believe there is no kettle in the room (or bathroom slippers!) which had to be ordered via room service/housekeeping. Convenient location that was next to shopping, food and even the drop off for the Whistler express service

Wonderful hotel, incredibly helpful front desk and concierge staff

Hotel was spotless. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Winnie at concierge desk. Beau was also very helpful. Yew restaurant very good for all meals, service pleasant. Overall a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The pricing was good through Hotels.com, however this 4 Seasons Hotel was very much not up to the quality or calibre of a 4 Seasons - the room was no better than a mid- to low-priced chain. Service very good, locale good, but room calibre very surprisingly low for a 4 Seasons. Would recommend other local hotels over this.

The location of the Four Seasons Vancoucver City Center is excellent. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and take the Skytrain to destination further away from the City center. It was very convenient and I would consider staying there again the next time I go to Vancouver.

From check-in to check-out we were treated so well...Friendly check-in. The restaurant was also a truly amazing experience, where the service was unparalleled by anything I have ever experienced in a hotel restaurant before. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Vancouver. The pool is smallish but otherwise very satisfied.

OUR 1 BEDROOM SUITE ON THE 24TH FLOOR WAS SPECTACULAR VIEW TO THE SOUTH. HOTEL INROOM SERVICES WERE SUPBERB. FRONT DESK WAS SOMEWHAT ARROGANT AND HAD LIMITED FUNDS TO EXCHANGE CANADIAN DOLLARS. ROOM OVERALL WAS COMFORTABLE BUT LIVING AREA NEEDED A CHAIR OTTOMAN FOR ADDITIONAL COMFORT.

While I read the many reviews about the condition of the hotel, particularly compared to the standard of what to expect from a Four Seasons Hotel, I chose to stay here and would do it again. The hotel was dated and the rooms (and bathrooms) were very small. It also had limited number of amenities. So, if you are someone who spends lots of time at the hotel while you travel, this is not the place. However, if your PRIORITIES are a hotel with SUPERB location and UNMATCHED customer service, there is no better place than the Four Seasons Vancouver. The concierge was amazing and extremely attentive to our needs, like no other. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. They acknowledged our Wedding Anniversary on multiple occasions with great attention to detail. The location was the absolute best. While you sacrifice a little with the view compared to other properties in downtown Vancouver (Pan Pacific, etc..), we feel we were able to maximize our time (and save a few dollars on transportation while there) as a result of being right in the center of the downtown Vancouver core. We had many choices for meals, shopping, and night life, and were a short walk away from the scenic waterfront views downtown Vancouver is known for. Based on our two priorities, we are extremely pleased with our choice of hotel during our recent trip to Vancouver.

I splurged on a room for a weekend with my boyfriend and wasn't terribly impressed. The room wasn't anything special, and there was a problem with how my reservation had been made. I think you'd get better bang for your buck at other hotels near Robson Square. Kaia

The hotel's decor is impeccable as to be expected but the hotel does not offer any perks at all. For the seasons to not have even a coffee maker in the room nor tea or coffee at noon available without going through room service is a travesty. Certainly they don't need the money to provide coffee or tea at noon. Lastly, the restaurant was beautiful but a couple of the waiters were less than expected. One even tried to get us up from our table and move over 10 steps because that section was closed after we were told to sit anywhere. I can say my love affair w/the 4 Seasons has run it's course.

Every once in a while you have an experience that is over the top. We had a great time, the staff, Everything was better than expected.

I expected more luxury but it was kind of a bland room and was extremely small and so i had to upgrade .

Great location, beautiful room and superb service.

Great hotel in the perfect location. A short walk to the Canada line, Robson street, and the water. Friendly staff and beautiful rooms.

This was a nice spot, though maybe a bit less so than most Four Seasons. My only complaint was the dial-up speed Internet service for $13 per day -- seemed a bit 1998. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Not happy with no free internet. The days of trying to charge for this service should be over. I would recommend free internet hotels to any of my friends

We came to Vancouver for our honeymoon, and the Four Seasons Vancouver made our time even more wonderful. This hotel had excellent customer service. The concierge (our favorite was Connie, definitely try to grab her) was extremely helpful and informative. She helped us get reservations at great restaurants and told us the local hot spots. The valets were prompt and always friendly, ready to give directions and helpful hints. The hotel is also located in the middle of downtown Vancouver, which made it easy to walk around the city to sightsee or to grab a bite to eat. Room service was excellent. They also gave us a room upgrade because it was such a special week for us. Definitely want to come back.

the hotel, service, pool, amenities and room were all excellent. The food fom Yew was not. We look forward to room service and although the service was prompt the food itself was overpriced, smaller than expected protions (especially on desserts), limited in choices and basically underwellming. We ordered spaghetti, kids fish & chips and 2 different chocolate desserts. There was nothing fancy about any of the dishes (all very planely presented) The spaghetti was tasty & well protioned but overpriced for what it was. The desserts were small and not as described (Chocolate cream had a layer of salted caramel that was a very dissapointing surprise). Recomend the hotel but not the restaurant.

The facility lives up to its five star rating. Excellent service, excellent location. Reasonable charge for internet service (approx. $11/24 hrs). Very close to skytrain stations, short walk to waterfront.

Everything is ok, the building is old and a little bite dark.

The deco is old fashion

一直很喜歡它的服務及陳設，只是溫哥華四季本身餐廳選擇性不多，roomservice可供點選的餐食也不多，比較可惜。但服務人員很有禮貌很快就認出客人並稱呼，備感親切。
